This store is amazing. They have just about everything you could possibly think of. From little rocks to models and rc cars to mining. And every other hobby in between. The young lady in there is very nice and friendly. The conversation everytime is great.

I called here the other day to see if they had parts for my arrma kraton and when asked what I was looking for I was told that arrma was the biggest peice of junk and they wont carry there product anymoreFirst as a business owner you dont talk trash on other companies and especially to a consumer that likes the product best of luck you wont see me here

What a fun place to browse. Bought unique gifts for grandkids there. A lot of variety for home decor, crafts, and more. Staff was busy with others but when free they are helpful and pleasant. I recommend and will be back.Good e experience.

The employees are patient and extremely helpful to me and are even willing to go the extra step whenever I need to order something from them. They are even willing to make INTELLIGENT suggestions to help me.

Rudest, least helpful staff I have ever dealt with. My husband went in and was not even acknowledged by the two staff members that were leisurely chatting away. Its worth the wait from Amazon to not have to deal with these lazy, rude people. This is not the first time we have received poor help, but it will be the last.

This store has a little bit of everything! Im not a hobbyist, but I often shop this store for unique gifts, candy treats, souvenirs and more. The staff are always very helpful and quite friendly.

The people who own this store are aweful! I was so disappointed in the customer service. Normally I want to support small business but this was horrible. I will be shopping in Boise for my craft and hobby needs.I just read another review and in the response the owner accused another business owner of selling drugs!! Nice people. ......

This is the bestTwo weeks ago I ordered two props when I left I had lost 6 bucks out of my pocket. Today when went they told me i had dropped 6 bucks and gave it to me.

As a local, I was shocked at the treatment my friend and I received from the Oregon Trail Hobby Shop. I had bought a fidget spinner for my friend from this place. It was pretty pricy but he had lost his other one and this is the only place carrying them in town so far. We found the spinner to be less quality than the ones we were used to. It states on the receipt that we can exchange as long as the item is in re-sellable condition, which it was. We returned to the store to see what else they had. When we walked up the counter and stated that we wanted to exchange we were immediately met with a slight attitude from one of the owners. Mind you, my friend and I both work in retail, so we understand that returns can be frustrating. My friend was very polite in explaining why he didnt like it. We asked to see more options of the spinners. We even exchanged for a MORE EXPENSIVE ONE. The whole time we were met with attitude. Nearing the end of the transaction my friend asks the lady, hows your day so far? The lady replied, well, it WAS going good. Implying that our return had upset her. We looked around the shop to see what else they had. We understand its a local business so things are more expensive. But the treatment we had just recieved left us feeling that the shop was no longer worth looking at. As fellow retailers, this attitude is shocking and frankly a little rude. Its sad to say we will not be shopping there or referring our own customers to this place any more.
