Extremely hard to deal with very combative for no reasons. Mr know it all. Would not do business with again.

Called to get a quote on screen printing shirts, the guy I spoke to over the phone was extremely rude and did not help me at all! Will not be purchasing from here, very disappointed.

For the last few days I’ve been looking for a company to design a logo and print some stickers. I called a few company’s to get quotes and availability, some wouldn’t answer the phone others gave me very little information on the process. I decided to widen my search area and came across Grafix Designs, Printing and Apparel, seen plenty of good reviews and decided to call. Mike answered, I told him what I was looking to do and he spent a good 20 min on the phone giving me plenty of info. He informed me that he was really busy today, which I expected. Not long after our phone call I get an email and my logo was being designed, I couldn’t believe it!Within a few hours my logo was complete after I changed my mind multiple times, he never complained once. It’s very rare that you find a business owner that looks out for your best interest instead of making money off of you. I will use this company for all of my future needs and recommend them to everyone that needs work done. Great experience here, got a good price for 3 piece vinyl printing. Mike was very nice throughout the whole process. Took about a day which surprises me as to how fast it is. The details are spot on, even for dots on uncapitalized is on my tiny print (sorry Mike). Will bring any future clothing printing needs here.

I’ve been TRYING to request quotes from this place for over a year now. Every time I contact them, the demeanor is always the same. They have about some of the laziest customer service and don’t treat you like a customer. They treat you as if they have more work to do so taking on your job isn’t a win or loss for them. They had me send 3 emails and wait 5 hours just to tell me to go on the website and find my own quote. Horrible customer service. Treating customers like this as a business with no online marketing - that’s a set up for failure. I hope you guys turn things around soon, for your sake.
