The team is so helpful. Even though I didnt buy or rent my costume from them, they were willing to help me get my costume ready, provided suggestions for improving the fit without altering, but I ended up opting to have her alter it. I was so happy that I will definitely be coming to them for my future costume needs.

This place is the real deal. The make most of the costumes, and can customize sizes like no one else. Very talented and knowledgeable. Head and shoulders above all other shops. This was our last stop and it saved the party, dont waste your time at the pre-packaged costume shops. I am 7 feet tall and they didnt bat an eye, finding multiple options for me. Call ahead and they will have stuff ready for you. Do yourself a favor and go here first.

We initially found this place just searching the internet for a good place to get a last minute costume for a school play. Everything else was a big box party store, but this place is unique. Harlequin is not your usual party supply or costume shop. The owners work personally with each individual to get an accurate idea of their needs, and literally custom tailor the costume to fit the person. Its awesome. If there is something that you need that is not already in the shop, she will make it! After our first rental, we ended up returning for a second rental within a couple of months. The school play and History Day was given that extra touch thanks to Harlequin Costumes!

The Best, the owners here are super nice and extremely helpful. They have so many costumes and different variations of character outfits. If you need a costume for a holiday party or just a school activity they have an awsome selection. Its the place I always go first.

Kris was awesome she helped find my daughters Victorian costume for her school program. Price was very reasonable too.

Worst experience of my life. You have to catch the employees on a good day. They were short with us from the beginning. The costume I tried on worked but they were frustrated with the fit of it. We were getting 4 costumes in total and they were anything but happy. Someone in our group had a costume that didn’t fit. The parent suggested some fixes to the costume and she got furious. She told our group she could no longer help us and we had to leave. After a huge scream fest we were kicked out.

Extremely talented and helpful. These are great for theater, cosplay, Halloween and other events. They have a huge selection and will create custom pieces as well.

This place was super awesome. The staff A+ . I recommend this place for all custom costume needs and rentals. I can not wait to go back.

I always find what im looking for at Harlequin or they know how to make it for me or even special order it.

I usually go here for last minute costumes. BUT they are expensive and the costumes are for rent ONLY, unless you want to pay a ridiculous FEE to keep the costum. There is a racist old man that is very sarcastic and lacking a heart. His perspective against darker colored people is all HATE. As soon as you walk in he wants to know how much money you have. Explains that their store is NOT Party City or Spirit Halloween...AND is lacking customer service...but since it is his store I guess he can present himself however he sees fit... I will not be returning but if you dont mind HATEFUL PEOPLE be my guest. My first visit was way smoother with an older lady that took her time with me BUT she no longer works there..

My husband & I had the worst experience here awhile back & we wont be returning. Its not the best place to go for rentals & the costumes were in such bad shape that they shouldve been thrown out completely. The items for sale are also very expensive for some odd reason. You can buy better looking crap off ebay for less than half the cost. Usually you go to these privately owned shops for the great service, but not this one. The owner Chris, is the main reason why we wont be going back & I cant understand how shes still in business. Shes just one of the worst people Ive ever met & Ive met some bad people, but this old broad is by far the worst. If you wanna be seriously overcharged & treated terribly, then this place is for you.
