Let me start with if I could give zero stars I would. I Went to this store with high expectations to buy an engagement ring. I handled my purchase with Armando. I finalized my purchase with a planned date to purpose, I called the store the day I was told by Armando the ring would be available. They informed me my order was canceled! I was not even given a email or make courtesy phone to inform me of the CANCELED ORDER.I went back to the store to see what the problem was and everybody was being rude and unprofessional. When Armando was helping me find the ring he kept changing laptops which I thought was a little suspicious!. He (Armando)ended up charging my new Kay account twice?!! One transactions for $2,000 plus and another charge for over $2,000and they couldn’t tell me what the charges was!! I believe they try to commit fraud. I ended up at the store for 3 hours in Ontario Mills trying to figure out the situation. I asked them to credit back my Kay account they than proceeded to tell me the funds would be AVAILABLE UNTIL JULY!!!!Mind you this happened in March. I will never do busy with this store again.
Very unhappy with this location. Dropped of my fiancé’s engagement ring for servicing. Went to pick it up 2 weeks later and they THREW AWAY the Neil lane box that the ring originally came in. Such a careless mistake on their part.
Went in for jewelry inspection, the consultant was nice and professional. Didn’t spend much time there being that I was the only customer at the time.

Wow Never have such bad experience in a jewelry store before. The Asian management lady, she seems have a bad day today. Asked me to talk to her if I want to buy it today, then she just walk away. Don’t recommend this place.
My daughter and I were in this store Kay Jewelers last Saturday looking at mens wedding rings no one came over, or even looked at us. And they were not busy just Rude. How do they keep these people
Avoid at all costs. Kay Jewelers is a shady company, google them and youll find that they have been accused of stealing diamonds. I came to this location to buy my girlfriend a necklace because the Asian manager convince me about a 6 month no interest plan. Turns out she lied to me.I receive my first statement and I was slapped with an interest fee. I called the credit card company to let them know that my purchase was part of a deferred no interest plan and they confirmed with me that it was B.S.I then call the store manager and confront her about the situation and she has the balls to tell me that I had to put 20% down in order to qualify. Never did she mention that to me EVER. All she kept saying was like pay 40 dollar a month, no interest thats where she got me.Honestly If I would of know that I had to put 20% down, I would of done that in the first place because now Im paying interest and spending more than I should on their overpriced jewelry. This lady literally put words in my mouth and had the balls to tell me make bigger payments.This isnt the first time Ive been screwed over by Kay Jewelers. The first time it was at the Tyler location In Riverside. I took in my gold rope for repair and they switched it out for a rope that wasnt mine. I had to call corporate about the incident and they took months to resolve the issue.How is it that Ive gone to 2 separate Kay Jewelers and had issues? Just stay away from this company. Dont fall for their payment plans. I missed one payment once because I got a new debit card and they blew up my phone asking for their payment.The manager here will lie to your face just to desperately make a sale and wont admit to her mistakes (asian lady)Employees here are ready to screw you over. BewareTake your hard earned money somewhere else. I know for a fact this company will run run out of business soon. It just explains their pathetic tactics they use.

I bought an anniversary band here for my wifes wedding ring. 2 weeks after waiting for a resize we had to resize it again and this time a stone was missing. We waited another 3 weeks and received it back. Right size but stone never replaced even though it was on the work order. Although the staff is somewhat friendly, keep moving....

Absolutely brilliant selection for whatever I feel like being - punk, glam or earthy.
I brought my wedding ring here to be reshaped and resized. After the jeweler had the ring for approx 3 weeks I was told that 2 to 3 diamonds MIGHT fracture during the process and it would cost an additional $225 to re-make these diamonds to fit in the setting. I decided to just get my ring back and get a 2nd opinion since when I took the ring in all the diamonds were perfect they said. Another 2 weeks went by before I actually got the ok to pick up my ring and when I did two diamond were now fractured and my ring was now more round instead of flat on the bottom...Of course they insisted they didnt touch the ring and wouldnt give me the copy of the receipt showing what they said the condition was on intake but avoid these people if you value your jewelry because now my 14 year wedding ring is now ruined and these people could care less. Believe me they dont care, its just a job for them.
Worst experience ever! Especifically this location, Kay Jewelers have the prettiest bridal sets, so I fell in love with them. Decided to purchase, with no second thoughts. Never did I imagine that their customer service representatives were so rude and extremely unprofessional! Im so upset, I will even write a letter to corporate complaining about this location!

When I went there there was a nice man that helped us but then a woman I think owned the place came by and tried ripping me off by trying to make me pay 200 more dollars.
This place is rude I sat and waited for help for an HR and couldnt get any help will 3members from the staff were in the back corner ignoring me I snapped a pick of them and still they acted like I wasnt there then I decide to check my $700 smart watch imediently then some one came over and wanted to help me now I will not be buying anything ever
