Bought our wrought iron double door 3+ yrs ago.. we still Love our door! It’s a warehouse set up. There are many nice wooden doors to see. Happy with installer!❤️

Since I was told by several door experts not to buy a wooden door if it was to be exposed to any sun at all I purchased a set of ornate iron doors....... I could not be more pleased. From purchase to installation everyone was professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for a quality product!

They will not warrant what they say they will. The door they sold me was installed to their specifications and 5 weeks later the panels split. When I called they wouldnt made every excuse not to do anything. Now, I am out the price of a new door.

Terri W.Buyer bewareI don’t do reviews but I had to do this one. I bought a door from Asian Pacific, after 5 months the wood started splitting. I went to the store where I purchased the door. And they told me to contact Asian Pacific; they came out to replace the door. The door that they replaced started splitting in 2 months. They said that it should not face the sunlight in which it wasn’t (all day). I kept calling talking to one of the managers and he said he would help me. He never called me back after 6 months. I kept leaving messages, they stopped answering the phone. After a yearlater, I drove up to the company in Ontario, California. I spoke to the lady that said she was there to answer the phone. I asked her where the manager was and she said he was in China, so I said who do I need to take to court and then she said how I can help you. All along I was speaking to the owner’s wife. I showed my paperwork she took me in the back and offered me an iron door and she said you can pay the difference. I agreed. She asked me if the manager had offered me and exchange or my money back. She said you would have to pay for the labor, I agreed. When I got home I thought about it, if they hung the first door up wrong, then I shouldn’t have to pay for the labor. I had to take them to court in order not to pay for the labor. Bad businesship. I got what I wanted, thank God. Please do not buy from this company.

Bought a door from them in 2009. By early 2010 the door was cracking and it was replaced. The latest door now has cracks all over the place and has been cracking practically since the month it was installed. Oh yes, when they installed it on their lifetime warranty, we were told not to call again because they wouldnt replace the door again. BUYER BEWARE.

I bought a $3000.00 door in 2010 and in 20014 the door is completely broken up. The product they made is defective and they are unwilling to fix the door. The wood in is cracked in multiple places, the varnish has evaporated. The house has a 10 ft overhang over the door. Do not buy products from this manufacturer unless you plan on replacing in after 1 year.

Purchased their double doors set, they were in crate for 2 months then got put in after a month they starting cracking all over, not on joints .I contacted for a month got a run around and said they cant be in sun.Remind you their Exterior doors..wanted me to give a 1000 deposit I sent them many pictures of door . So I fear they will find a excuse not to refund so Im stuck with a 2000.00 door that looks awful ..So please do not buy from this Company...Worse company ever..
