My wife bought a MJ table a couple weeks ago and shes very happy. Went to their office in Ontario and they were very helpful. I am so happy with my automatic US Maj table. It makes playing all the more fun by taking the work away, and playing more games. Having 2 sets in the table, as soon as you are finished a game with a quick push of the tiles into the table you are all set up and ready to play again.The table was easy to assemble with the online Youtube videos. i suggest watching the whole videos before you take the boxes and parts apart. There are some assembly subtleties that are best to know ahead of time.The tile process is pretty quiet. It does not disturb you while starting a new game right away.My table has the 33mm tiles, they are bigger than standard US tiles but you get used to them very quickly.The service and support is the best very customer minded, with quick responses and useful suggestions.I learned how to store both sets in the table for easy storage too, always protected when not playing. there is a video for this too.The table top accessory makes it into a card table, or tilt the top to put it away against a wall for more space.The table is attractive and very well made.Love it!

Found this place in Ontario, CA to buy automatic mahjong table for my parents. They have great selections there and prices are decent too! I got the four leg automatic table which Is perfect with the slim thin look and it’s sturdy. FYI- very heavy to move around but Everyone love our new mahjong table as the table shuffles in no time. Excellent service and great table. I’ve been wanting one of these especially for my mom who has athritis. The table is amazing - no more shuffling and more games. The Best part is customer service — they respond to chats right away and assists in questions. I originally bought the pedestal with wheels that fold - it was very easy to move however after playing on it for a week the design was not for us. I didn’t need to move the table as I had a designated space which was the selling point for the pedestal and wheels. Since it was on a pedestal and the table was top heavy the table did wobble a little. The company was great and exchange my table for the four legged table with no questions and extremely accomodating - we even got free mugs!!! Love this company and highly recommend it!!!!Ps I purchased the table with the company directly and was $50 cheaper than amazon.

It is a great table for American Mahjongg.The walls automatically come up with 38 tiles each.It did take 45 minutes to assemble and they sent a separate sheet with English directions. Nice to have electric screwdriver.I forgot to set it on number 10 =Underneath the table. It has to be on 10 or it will be set for 144 tiles/Chinese not American/152.Tech support is amazing but it is a lot of steps to change it back to American.

Bought the mahjong table for my grandma and she loves it! Wish we bought it earlier. Very convenient, reasonable price, the shuffling is very quiet, and it can also serve as a dining table if you put the cover.I wish there was a menu to teach you how to assemble it. The model that we bought came with a menu from an older model so it took us a few hours to figure it. It would have been straight forward with the menu. The table has charging for your phone but there isn’t any place to put your phone. The phone does’t fit in the compartment for chips. Also, it doesn’t keep track of north, east, south, west depending on the type of game you play.But besides that, love the technology and it was definitely a great purchase! The owner offered great custom service and even gave us a free gift!!
