This is my get in and get out store! Usually just need a few items (great liquor sales). Today it was slim pickings all throughout the freezer section. Idk what is about to happen, but ummmm its looking like we in for a doozie! People are buying up everything! The water had a limit of 2 cases per customer. To top it off, everything has gone up in its price! Its just crazy in all grocery stores out here in the inland empire.

Smart & Final has my favorite sodas, snacks and dinners too. Plus some cheesecakes and ice cream especially those Drum Sticks

I love the ROTISSERIE CHICKEN!! fresh, hot, and yummy great sore if you need a larger quantity but not too much bulk like Cosco or Sams club.. nice staff and great selection.

Its nice to see the assistant manager that was in the upland store transfered down to the Fourth and Grove store. He provides the best customer service they were products that I needed that they were out of stock on that he made sure they ordered them to have them in stock. I dont remember his name but he does a fantastic job. I used to drive to the upland store just because of his service. You guys should make him store manager he works really hard.

Overall, customer service was great, the lines to checkout fill fast but the clerks (all girls throughout the store this particular day) were quick and kind about it! Parking is ample and overall stock of items is great! Aisles are a bit narrow for my taste but its not a problem if youve got the time to browse around. Overall, happy with my neighborhood Smart & Final!

I always shop at Smart & Final. And all the employees are always helpful if you just ask where can I find sugarless syrup for my waffles. Most will take you to the isle where you find what you are looking for. I shop at the Smart & Final store on 4th St.in Ontario Ca. 1/2 from my home.

ROBOTS!!! Thats all I can say! I was there at 7:15am today Saturday July 3rd 2021 and the young lady putting the sausages away or deli meats was Rude no good morning and practically pushed me away to open the fridge door I was next to. No excuse me no eye contact as much as I looked at her. FLOORS VERY DIRTY!

Smart and Final is cool. I usually go to Stater Bros but S/F is closer to my house. For me the beer selection is lacking but most everything else is covered. I stopped at Stater Bros to get chicken wings and they were out. Went on over to S/F and they had plenty. So that was good. I also like the roasted chicken at S/F over Stater Bros. The staff is pretty cool too.

I got what i needed on sale the store seem a little slummier than the Upland store but it aslo smaller and completely a different coulter of clientele

Good selection, I just hope they had more cashier open to move line. That way you dont have to congregate too long during this pandemic time.

This shopping center has a decent selection of stores,a little bit of everything.. the only thing is that it has alot of panhandlers and druggies hanging out..I almost got my bike stolen one time but luckily the couldnt fully saw thtough my lock

They stay stocked on what u need. Get lanes open when the lines get long. Very helpful on your needs. Just a little tight in the area.

Store was packed, manager in one of the registers, 1 guy in his line with no mask and no one, said anything to him. Very uncomfortable...

Its one of the most convenient stores ever with a friendly staff. The downside is they usually only have 2 or 3 registers open at a time when they should have 6. It slows down the process horribly. Plus they dont have a coffee grinder there in the coffee section for people who like to grind their own beans fresh. Thats a real buzz kill.

They dont have a lot of parking place here. The service was not nice and friendly. The place was in very clean. The neighborhood wasnt very good. Very crowded here. They need more people to serve you. 🛒

This place is terrible. The last several times I have been in this store the service has been so atrocious, it had me reacting in a manner that was /is not very nice. Today, I was just there, and had actually decided to do my best to be polite to a particular cashier regardless of all past experiences. Instead, I was treated terribly, simply for asking a simple question about a transaction. I will not go into details, already spoke to the manager outside when he was smoking his cigarette. If this place does not change how they treat their customers, they should be put out of business.👎

Went to the Smart & Final on Grove and forth looking for beef ribs and finally found them with the help of the lady at the meat department the name of princess. She had put some aside for me which helped out a lot considering that had gone to two other Smart & Finals one of which is on North Mountain they claimed they had them and when I got there they didnt have them and act like they dont remember me calling them just before I got there. So thanks to princess well have a nice BBQ. Store was clean and meat section was well stocked.

Good place to come not to crowded get in and out of the market pretty quickly and the employees are very nice. Not exactly the safest area to shop. I bring my son shopping with me when I come here.

Theyre pricey but the produce is amazing. I looked in 3 other stores finally found these gorgeous strawberries! Staff is very polite and helpful.

Was Very great cashier was happy and friendly. But store needs a security guard by the doors. A man put a black plastic bag behind the lottery machine continue to the store in side. ( Safety ) 😵

The checkout line system is not helpful for shoppers who are trying to get to merchandise. The people in line are standing in front of the food I was trying to get. They were in the way to walk to the beer section causing NO social distancing. Poor planning.

While checking out I notice the Aisle is partially blocked off causing one way traffic. This is not a good idea it causes customers at the end of the aisle to have to wait until traffic is clear.

Very nice prices, and employees who works here. The store manager on duty, Marisela was very helpful, nice, and professional when I came into the store last week with my aunt. Very impressed and will continue to shop at this Ontario location 😊
