Terrible customer service. They never rotate anything so most of the products are outdated. I went to the deli today I was polite. The lady refused talk to me she used hand gestures . But yet the guy behind me she talked just fine to he was white just saying . Here is a pic of the tomatoes I bought today they were moldy disgusting!

Store is good, but customer service at the coffee bar is terrible, my daughter and I stood there for 5 minutes trying to ask what was good and not once did the employee even act like she saw us, she was busy cussing and talking to another employee from the deli and neither would wait on us. So we left and went to a good coffee shop. Lost business for being rude and foul mouthed.

Locally owned farmers aisles. The butchers are very knowledgeable and funny.

In the 1980s this was a Safeway. Its nice to see the employees take real pride in their work.The store is clean, employees were friendly, but just like the old Safeway its a tad pricey, but Im accustomed to bigger towns, and Ontario isnt that big compared to where I live (Florida).

What a nice grocery store! Very friendly staff and great selection of products! The fresh meat looked especially good! My compliments to the butcher/meat department! I will be sure to visit again the next time Im in town!

You can buy sushi here and its actually okay. Good fish and the rice is properly cooked. You dont see that with grocery store sushi most of the time 👍

A local staple, its been about the same for 20 years, some upgrades, still the same store. Good wine selection, good meat selection. You can get some things here you will not commonly find in other grocery stores.

99.9 % of the time service is good but sometimes very short handed because they send clerks home early just before closing and have to stand inline when only have 1 or two items for 10 minutes or so at least it seems that way

Staff is great. Friendly and totally understanding. Ill keep coming back.

My family and I love this store we have been regular customers since moving to Ontario in 2017, my only complaint is the poor customer service. After standing in line for 5 minutes to get change at the service desk, a man came into the store and decided that he didnt have to wait in line. I was polite and told him that I was next in line, the lady at the service desk proceeded to tell me that she hadnt seen me despite the fact that I was next in line and on a social distancing sticker but she would help me first because I was making a big deal about it. I had to point out that the man wasnt even on a sticker so how could he be in line? Then she told me that the stickers dont mean anything and that she cant see very well due to the plexiglas. She then went on to remind me that I dont need to shop there if I dont like the service. I think this was poorly handled and very rude to say the least.

I love Red Apple...the store is clean and well stocked and the clerks are friendly....my only complaint is there are no cart returns so carts are all over the parking lot and in parking spaces!!

Went into the store with and elderly friend who has trouble walking. The motorized carts are way out of date and all (2) of them were dead... Dont worry, I picked them up and brought them to a plug for ya.😉

Meat looked a little old today. Lots of unwrapped meat sitting in back of meat department and no one around. Looked at several brands of Yogurt and seen the were past expiration dates.Frequent customers and will find it had to go back without looking at every single item.

Ive been visiting this store since I was a kid and always loved it. I went in a few months ago when I was in town and the cashier who rang me up was obviously high on something. And Im not talking about the green stuff. It was actually shocking. Im not picky but the least you can do is make sure your employees arent on crack while theyre working.

Store always looks good. Clean inside. Prices on everything are a bit higher than pretty much anywhere. It is expensive. The upside is, they have a lot of specialty items. Their Hispanic and Asian selections are amazing and they have some frozen meat and seafood you would probably have to drive to Nampa or Boise for, if Red apple didnt have it. Also, the selection of beers for the build your own six pack is great. I really do like this store, I just wish their prices werent so high on regular items.

Red Apple is a great place to shop. They are always courteous and helpful. If u ever should happen to have an issue they are very happy to fix it. Prices are very reasonable abd sales are great.

This place is awesome, this was my first time in this store. The employees are friendly and efficient. Fresh meats, and cases are full of all kinds of stuff. Really great prices in comparison to other stores. Sitting area with coffee bar and even decorated in country theme. Plan on going back again tomorrow!

That home feeling of small name grocery in a great big package, Red Apple is amazing friendly happy helpful and a wide wide wide selection of all your favs, Ill take Apple over the others given the choice if for no other reason other than to see a friendly face, choose Red Apple you wont go wrong

The staff is always friendly and their case lot sales are amazing! We drive from Boise to get the 40lbs of chicken (we bought two boxes this time) and we just found out about their toilet paper sale. Well be watching for that one! Just need to seal-a-meal and well be set!

I only come here to see my favorite cashier. Tiff deserves all the raises. She has provided top notch customer service every time, all while making you feel important. Cant say anyone else does that there.

Produce wilted, kinda spendy

The stock girl was very helpful finding unusual items. Young man in the meat department helped me pick out steaks. They were fabulous. Both were friendly and enthusiastic about helping. I love this store. The variety is amazing and staff is excellent.

Love going to Ontario just for shopping here.. Yummy bakery..great deals..no sales tax..love the people.. love it when they stack it deep and sell it cheap! Need more of this. Its worth the drive

If you have ever been here you know this store and staff. If you are complaining go to California they are more than willing to take you otherwise enjoy and go complain about Albertsons or something that is name brand that you want.Cant wait for my next visit.

During these times of COVID and wearing a face covering, I counted 3 employees with their mask around their necks, the check out girl only covering her mouth ( I asked her about the mask not covering her nose, she said she was not required), needless to say I will NOT be back. I will take my business to Winco where I know they go above and beyond in regards to the publics safety.

Employees are always ready to help out. Prices are good, especially when you wait for on sale. Tuesday is the best day to go as both weeks specials overlap on Tuesday. Checking out is a bit tight but not bad for an older store.

Prices are high some staff act like they dont want to be there not enforcing mask rules.. Kinda cater to those that areregulars
