Great customer service came here looking for a hat and found it with the help of the sales person even got the hat embroidered thank you good price

I visited this location today (11/24/2020). I went in to buy my kid a hat for their birthday. There were 4-5 employees and one other customer in the store. I was not greeted or asked if I needed assistance. I asked for help and the guy who assisted was super short with me. He also had a pretty nasty cough which I find to be highly unacceptable during this time. As I continued to look around the store all of the employees just stood in the back of the store cracking jokes and being obnoxiously loud. I walked out without making a purchase highly disappointed. I was very much looking forward to getting my kid another embroidered hat for their birthday as I did last year from the same store.

I love to collect tax looks like my passion of the Angels fan Im a big raiders fan. Lets go to the losing teams we have to win one day. But I like lids because they have a large choice of hats. And Ive never had a problem with their customer service.

Im definitely picky when it comes to buying a fitted New Era cap. some of the same sizes dont fit the same if that makes any sense. So I have to try on the hats. the employee that helped me was really nice and patient with me the whole process of picking out my new Dodger hat.Then play also help me find my son a matching one of course.

I love getting my hats here but the guys at the mills dont seem to take their job to seriously. You go in ask for a team hat they laugh and say you gotta get that online, ok I asked for another nope thats online too. Well who do you have at your actual stores then?

I always enjoy lids, just wish they took better pride in there hats. They seem to care more about how many hats they can fit on the rack then how the hat ends up after being stuffed in there. The hat club in the mall shows the care and respect for a hat that Im looking for, but Im loyal to lids.

Why dose it say there open and not open.. They dont open on time 3 guys on a Saturday 1005 am standing around with gate closed.

The coolest part is the embroidery. The not so cool part are the prices of the hats and the embroidery. If it wasnt a gift for someone special, I wouldnt have spent so much. Another downside is the interior spacing. They really need to expand the space. It almost felt like a club rave. Too much body heat and odor in such a confined space.

Got to love lids if youve never been they definitely have a hat for you

I went in today and had the pleasure of having Monica help me!!! She was so polite, knowledgeable and professional. Bought my hat and she informed me that it came with a free poster while also giving me the option of adding my name along with the Puerto Rican flag. Needless to say Im ecstatic about my hat. The reason this review came about is because Monica was on her break and reminded me about my poster. Its all about the small things for me and something as simple as telling me dont forget your poster meant a lot because Ill say majority will just let you keep on walking especially if their on break. Thanks Monica!
