I like that they have a variety of styles of home furniture and can custom size sofas even make into sleepers! Unfortunately, I did have a bad experience with having to return sofa for wrong buttons that decorate backrest and bottom of sofa. So 2 weeks later finally had it, now my visit had somewhere to sleep...I did wait 2 months for 2 of 4 decorative pillows...ugh!! Im glad so far the sofa and bed are good. Sadly to say, theyre very professional and courteous to sell but not when it comes down to resolve an issue. I hope they improve in this aspect as they do have potential.

Friendly professional and knowledgeable staff who know their products and are there for you when you have a question and dont hover over you licking their chops like big chain store sales reps do. Amazing unique selection of furniture that I have not seen anywhere else. Super fast delivery in one week wow. Go here first and save yourself the headache of the bigger chain stores. A+ experience

Have been to this store and had purchased a dining table in the past.Went to check out couches/ sectionals Christmas Eve evening! Was able to buy and take a beautiful leather couch with all the options that night! Unheard of lately right? Jimmy was pleasent, and patient!

If it wasnt for Johnny we would have never bought any furniture at Valerie. His customer service and assistance finalized for us the furniture we wanted in our home.

Got me a nice sectional with 2 recliners and a recliner that turns into a bed

I purchased a living room set and dinning room set now the sofa you can hear the wood crack when you sit.This has happened to me 4 TIMESI called Valerie Furniture several times I asked to speak with with Paul last 2 times I called he assisted me with my purchase and again EACH time I they just kept telling me theyll send someone the next day to pickup the sofa and fix or replace it. They have not sent anyone nor called me to explain why. My dinning room also has its issues anything that gets on it CAN NOT BE WIPED OFF need to be extreamly carefull not to get any spills or platter on itPlease do not buy anything from this store the quality is extremely poor even though it looks nice on the outside looks are deceiving beware.

One star is too good for this place! Horrible Horrible Horrible experience!!! Bought a dining room table recently and when it was delivered it was completely different from the one we saw in the showroom. The base was of very poor quality and a different design than the one in the showroom. We called the manager and he tried to sell us a different story. Did not admit it was the wrong one, and wanted to prove us wrong. Completely disrespectful and rude!! Also, we have been waiting for this delivery for 3-4 weeks. And the table looked used and was scratched from the sides. For your own good, do not waste your time and money and visit this place. Awful and a total fraud!

This was our first time to buy furniture from this place. We bought a lot of stuffs from Mathis brothers. That day we were going to Mathiss brothers again to buy more furniture but some how we end up at this place . We like some stuffs and was order immediate. Roger was very nice and provided excellent customer service. When our was delivered we found out some issues but again Roger was there to take care of it. Because of Roger excellent service and his personal attention we are going back to buy more stuffs.

They are a total rip off. They tried to deliver me floor model for 7 piece dining table I purchased even without letting me know and lied to me that they assembled in-store, I refused to take delivery and they promised 2 more times to deliver new and failed to deliver. Finally, they delivered me after 2 months when I gave them notice to file a complaint with consumer court. Roger is a very clever person and a liar and he is the owner of the store and he will say he is an employee, do not trust him. Very bad experience with my purchase, be careful and dont fall yourself in the trap!!

Warning! Dont buy from this furniture store. Not only they dont call you back if you have a complain, but they dont take care of their customer. I have been dealing for them for the last month or so, will see if they finally come out this weekend to fix a brand new (supposed to be brand new) kitchen buffet. Edit: They made it right! 👍 We originally ordered our furniture (a dresser w/mirror, 2 night stands & a tall dresser chest) in February 2019, it took weeks for them to deliver (when the guy made it sound like we would get it that week) & the chest was missing!! About another 4 weeks & the chest came but it did not match the other pieces. Plus none of it was the same as the furniture we ordered from showroom. It looked the same, but was much lower quality, stapled together not dovetailed & was flimsy with less drawers & missing details like what we picked out in store. After waiting 5 1/2 months & many ignored calls and texts, they finally contacted us & said they had received the new set of furniture they had ordered to replace the first set & would come pickup the first set & then 2 days later they would deliver the new stuff. (FYI we kept it all in the boxes this entire time, they usually unbox but bc the chest was missing we had them leave it in the boxes). Well they came to pickup today & to our surprise they had all of the new stuff with them. It all matched and was the same nice sturdy wood with dovetailing, extra drawers & had usb plugs in the nightstands. So I am editing my horrible review. We really felt like we were scammed & after reading other reviews, had no hope of ever getting what we bought BUT they came through! Although we had to wait almost 6 months, we are happy & very relieved! So I want to say, Thank you to Crystal for coming through on your promises and making it right. 😊

First time in and last time. Silently followed me thru the entire store. I thought maybe it was just me, so I had a friend also go in while I waited in the car. He was also followed thru the entire store & followed out to the car. Most items seem to be low quality. I’ll stick with VIG, high end Italian furniture.

Sold me a fake mattress. It was suppose to be bamboo. A mattress that was ordered and returned but still in its plastic cover. Got home opened it up and its not even a real mattress. No memory foam, nothing and No returns. Shady store. Supposed to take care of veterans and got screwed over back problems

Bad place don’t buy anything they are liars, They have a bad policy you can’t returns any items so be sure if you buy something and another thing if they say you are not going to pay interest does not true you will get your bill with interest .Also if you really wants to return you must have to pay 30 porcentaje o f the total amount. Bad deal.

***BUYER BEWARE*** This company made it very clear to me that everything in my purchase was available and would be delivered to my house on a specific date. One they arrived to delivery my purchases, they then told me that certain items were on back order. What is so disappointing is the blatant lie that they told me that specifically that ALL items in my order were available. When I tried to call back they did everything they could to avoid my call. They would not respond to me. I just highly recomment that everyone be very cautious of the lies that they tell. They will tell you one thing, and not fulfill with their promises. They also refuse to help with anything once they have your money.

It was a total fiasco I drove for more than 1 hour and it was all a lie
