Have called the customer service department multiple times over the last 2 months. Always have to wait at least 30 minutes before anyone will pick up the hold line. Finally got a hold of a person that told me he would send out a part of a floor jack for me to replace my bad one. Jack wasnt even a year old yet. 4 weeks later, still waiting. Terrible customer service.

Purchased a shop press. Blew a seal after one year of use. Have left a dozen messages, sent several emails. No follow up. Impossible to get parts. This company is the worst.

One star too many! What joke of a company. Purchased snowmobile dolly set. Didnt even get to tighten the last wheel and the weld holding nut breaks. Pamphlet in box says dont return to store, call our customer service. What a waste of time. Called many times during buisness hours.They dont even answer the phone. Picked an option to speak to someone. Emailed info. Didnt hear back from them. Called them. Found my email. Said they would send out wheels. Dont need wheels...need replacement dolly. Long and short of it they changed their mind and told me to return it to store...even though they include that pamphlet that tells you to call customer service if you have a problem.Dont bother purchasing their products. If you have a problem with it youll waste a lot of time with these liars and hacks.

If I could give a negative rating I would! Im sick and tired of useless ass-hats lying, cheating, and being deceptive in their business practices and packaging. Got a gift today, thinking it was jack stand(S) like package CLEARLY states but no worthless pompous ignoramuses only put 1 in packages and put plural identifiers on box just to sell their Chinese GARBAGE! Well screw you Im returning it and Ill buy a real SET of AMERICAN MADE stands instead!

I bought 3 of the Blackjacks 1st time used front wheel fell off and lost bushing. Been trying for 3 months to get a reply from ANYONE!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
