Been working with them for years. Excellent company and employees. A pleasure to work with. Company name has changed but the service is still the same.

I called to see if they where opened to the public (especially during the covid 19 crisis) and the guy didnt have no clue! Than I asked if they had had a soil I needed and proceeded to tell me I needed to get in contact with a vendor which was a way to get me off the phone. By the look of other reviews I wasnt the only one with a bad experience, Dont waste your time with this company.

Things have definitely gone downhill since Miracle Grow bought them out. I can’t get good service on anything. I bought 7 ten ton drifecta Hvac units and it appears that after Monsanto came in they got rid of the Ideal Air team. Honestly I feel like I’m doing R&D on an unfinished product with these air conditioning units. They are giving me a lot of trouble and there is nobody to support me. Thankfully the rest of the equipment I got from them is running smoothly. The new Galaxy DE ballasts are really nice, but to be honest I am going to avoid doing future business with them since things have changed after the Monsanto buyout. There are other vendors and distributors and I will probably only use Sunlight/Hawthorne when absolutely necessary.

In spite of it being printed right on their box, this company does NOT honor it’s warranty. It will find an honest company with integrity for my next purchase.

Dont waste your time calling these people unless you have 100k plus to invest, Alissa will turn away a 30k dollar order. (She must be in those 100k plus orders daily)

Worst a/c customer service, never return your calls and a/c is like the main thing in a room, to me it seems like they wouldnt mind if you stuff dies other whys they would be quick and not have to leave mails this place is the worst. I have puppies and if they dont make it I know who to blame, poor customer service, cause every min counts.

Quick and easy unload every time I deliver here. Wish other places where ran like this warehouse
