I’m not one to normally write reviews but for this time I definitely felt that they deserved it. I’ve been a customer of sav on bags for over a year now and usually there is a bit of a wait time during orders. The max I’ve waited was 3 weeks but usually no longer than a week. Today I was in a pinch and needed bags. I live in Palm Springs so I gave them a call and asked if I could pick up a case of bags. The customer service rep was great and walking me through the options of bags but I asked if I could see a sample of one of their bags since I had never purchased this style and wanted to try something new before I bought 500. When I showed up he handed me the sample bag and I tried it out and left home with the case. They mentioned their will call service is not available at the moment but they made an exception for this time. I’m very grateful for their swift and easy service. It saved me!

I personally had a horrible experience with this company. As others have stated the time it takes to get to you is well over 3 weeks. I called and emailed serval times with only one response telling me my order hadn’t been processed. So I called repeatedly to cancel my order. When I finally got threw it was confirmed my order had not been processed. This is about day 25 so I kindly asked for a cancellation. The person on the other end was very passive but agreed to cancel my order. I asked about an invoice and he replied “an invoice will be sent shortly “. About 5 days later I get a conformation that my order has been shipped. At the point I had already went with another company for my bag needs. That companies bags still got to me before these did. So I called and called emailed and emailed. No one ever responded about me sending back the product I now didn’t need. I’m stuck with these bags that aren’t even the right size. Venders! There are several other companies with faster delivery and better service. Search Page 2 in your google search engine and skip dealing with this company.

Ordered bags 3 weeks ago and they confirmed they would be here before our launch and they still havent come. Doesnt seem like they are US based company either, no fluent English speakers and production time is way longer than it should be for us company. Extremely dissatisfied.

Alice is great to work with. They were short staffed when we were working with them, so some lagging with responses, but overall they are good to work with. Their stand up pouches that we get (Kraft Natural) are great quality.

Horrible customer service. Takes literally 5 days for them to answer their phones and then they hung up on me. They cancelled my order and have not refunded my money. This is my experience and I am hoping that no one else will fall prey to these poor business tactics. There are plenty of other providers for what they sell.

Ive placed 3 orders in the last 3 months and havent had any issues. I also consider their turn-around time on orders good considering all the COVID problems. Our customers really like the zip-lock coffee bags.

I love this company. Nothing but the best service. I can call on the phone and usually talk to the same people. Emails are quickly answered. The products have been the best I have ordered from any company. Not cheap thin stuff. Thank you!

I placed a customized order for my business 2 months ago. They charged my credit card right away, but my order kept getting postponed. I still hadnt received my order. Very disappointing !

Placed an order yesterday online, the total was over $1000 when check out the shipping was free, until 730pm last night got a phone call to ask me to pay for shipping for the tins I ordered. I agreed and the price was over $100 told by the sales person (I do know the name). This morning when I check the new email sent to me, the shipping was over $200. I have just called them to cancelled the order because I dont know what will come next. They have cancelled my order within 20 mins of our conversation on my invoice, however, I will wait on the bank statement to confirm.

Working with Sav-on Bags has been an extremely pleasant experience! At the start of 2016, a new business startup I was managing placed a very large order with Sav-on Bags. Unfortunately, over the next eight months the business partners dissolved the company leaving me with quite a bit of inventory that was never touched from multiple vendors.Let me tell you - the process of trying to return untouched inventory is a harrowing experience, regardless of storage conditions. Thankfully, when I phoned Sav-on Bags and spoke with Alice, she and the company worked diligently and happily to help us out by agreeing to purchase the inventory back from us if we were able to pay the delivery and restock costs.Because of the complicated nature of our semi-closed accounts and more, Alice stepped up even further to help us out and get the inventory off of our hands. Each phone call with her was helpful and happy and Im glad they have such a champion of customer service on their team!I hope to do business with them again one day!

Buyers Beware!!! I placed an order for a bag that was back-ordered for several weeks. After a week of back-n-forth (extremely slow response times for emails) I requested a different bag to be sent - but in half the quantity of the original order since it was not what I wanted. They sent the full original order amount and expected me to accept/pay for them. They finally agreed to refund me the amount if I returned the additional bags + $10 dollars in shipping costs. They sent me the UPS labels and I returned the bags. Its now been over a month with no refund and now I get no response from the person I was dealing with. I unfortunately had to file a dispute with my CC company due to lack of response. First and last time I deal with this company.

Possibly one of the worst customer service experiences Ive had in a while. Items listed in stock on their website are not actually in stock and they charge your card despite sending an email stating that the product wont be available for months. Ive made multiple attempts to recover my funds to no avail. Beware of these guys.
