We have used Unifirst for about 2 years now. Marc, our driver is trustworthy and a hard worker. He has taken care of all our needs. We can always rely on him being here every week. The quality of the product he delivers is great as well. We dont see ourselves ever leaving.

Horrible customer service. We can’t ever get anybody to call us back, despite the multiple calls we have put in. We canceled them in October due to their lack of follow up & not fulfilling our request. Now we can’t get them to call back to get someone to pick up the lockers.
