I really do like this store. Every time I go in I find what Im looking for. Unfortunately, the 3 things I was looking for that day was not in stock. Theres a couple of sm bowls and saucers in white I wanted. I ask when they might be coming in. They told me next year 2022. Because of a pandemic.I noticed alot of other things. Soif yourinterested in medium size plates with dog faces, youre in luck. And there was lots of them.My original Corning wear was bought in the late seventies. Which I really cherish. Its the wild flower pattern. I have everything you can think of. They did recommend to check online.

All staff have been very helpful but the manager (Angelica) was the worst manager I have ever met in my life. I am a shopper and I own stores out of the country. We value customer service. This manager didnt care about customers. She obviously didnt like what she was doing. We bought very heavy items and requested to borrow their cart (we volunteered to leave an ID). She didnt care and just plainly told us that we couldnt. No explanations, no empathy when they have so many empty carts in the store.I feel bad for the owner of this store because they could sell more if they had an enthusiastic manager who can lead the rest of the staff.

Two stars because choices are good and wide variety. We went there today and staff are horrible. They are not helpful and prefer to chitchat rather than convincing customers to purchase. I guess they are paid to stand there and just chitchat. No wonder why this store has and reviews.

Came here to correct an error that was made only because I was already shipping in the mall. Otherwise I would not make a trip to the mall for .59 cents. Anywho the sales associate (Alejandra)who helped me was very nice and understanding about the situation but when we went up to the register to correct the error the assistant manager or supervisor named Chanel including her self in our conversation was very rude and talked to me in a very rude and in appropriate tone! When I had to provide my ID for a mistake that was made on the stores behalf with me also providing my receipt. But I was just a little flustered by having to provide the information when I don’t see it necessary.

Staff was very helpful, but not overly so. Prices for some items were a bit higher,but selection was great. Did have special discount for several items if you made a purchase.

What can I say but WOW! Always a sale going on. Employees Jonathan, Angelica, Heather & Gabe are the friendliest & best sales people around. LOVE THE BARGAINS!

Was going to buy something from this store but after my daughter threw up and the attitude and face expression of both female workers there when they saw she threw up and when I ask for napkins to clean up the mess and clean my daughter. They got some threw it on the floor and with attitude said I clean it. She is 3 years old. If you don’t like working retail you shouldn’t work retail I would never give attitude when I child throws up being in the same field. First and last time I enter this store.
