The staff here is well organized

Poor customer service. Very rude, ask a question and youre in the wrong because you dont know the answer yourself. Truckers if you come to pick up here for your first time, just dont!

You cannot buy product from this location. It is a production plant. You can find a retailer on their website. However, this company lives out their core values and integrity. Product quality assurance is baked into every aspect of their processes. Always good to support companies that have good values.

This place need more hard worker and talk less and better shipping personal

They are amazing! Weve purchased items from them and theyve helped our school so much with soil. Service is fast and thoughtful as well!

I used their soil in all my raised garden beds and Ive had terrific results.

FYI this location is just a shipping yard and they DO NOT sell to the public. Felt quite silly when I drove all the way out there are realized that. Luckily the employees I ran into were very nice and even sent me home with an unserviceable (the bag was slightly torn and therefore couldnt be sent to a store) bag of potting soil.
