Diamond in the rough. Never new of this place until a worker in another store suggested it for some jackets. I ended up finding a great deal on a cute purse!

Not sure who trains their sales floor but they need to be reevaluated because they do not know how to sell or even help without being annoying or useless. I get asked if I need help, I ask if they have a certain jacket in a certain size and they tell me no but yet I look through them myself and HEY what do ya know! I find one. Happened 3 times within the 15 mins I was there. Not only that but they need to pay attention to each other and not be so overbearing to the same customer. being asked if you need help/assistance by 6 sales people within minutes of each other makes me feel like I’m at a used car lot and not a leather jacket store. never shopping here again.

Wilsons Leather has a great selection of products and found a few things that I want. Customer service is excellent and everyone is very friendly and extremely helpful

Some ppl would expect some kind of customer service especially when buying expensive clothing. First time purchasing here, no employees bothered to say hi or if I needed any help, probably will be my last.
