I was pleasantly surprised the mall was completely open. It was clean and not to crowded. No stores where closed. Great place to spend the day and good shopping.

Really nice mall, with great brand name stores. Has something for everyone. My family always enjoys our visits when were in town. Traffic can be a bit hectic in surrounding areas.

Ontario Mills its kind of like a huge shopping center Mall outlet,they have great prices. Next to the Ontario Mills they have a huge Edward Cinema

If any comes here for the first time, youll be so occupied looking at the many stores that is in this mall. Not to mention the many food stands that helps with a craving.Pretty huge mall, lot of directories if lost and wear comfortable shoes if expecting to stay for awhile

It was nice inside the mall. Would have been a little nicer if all the food places were open. However there was enough open to have a few choices so that worked out.It was a nice shopping experience, not crowded and we were able to get a few good deals on things we wanted. I like the outlet stores

A great place to shop until you drop. Its a big mall that will keep you busy for a couple hours. They have great food/snacks for when you build an appetite, and many stores to spend your hard earned money at.

Came here last night to see Bill Bellamy, the service I received from Curtis was good. He took care of my table very smoothly. I like how we were greeted walking in. The bathroom was clean, but not all soap dispenser wasnt working. But overall this place is nice, I will definitely be back.

Its good but can yall Hot Topic workers make it visible that youre workers???? My 15 year old sister got mistaken as a worker and literally wear your lanyards and make it obvious you work there? I cant tell the difference between a customer and a worker. Thats basically it.Also the clothes there are really cute but can be expensive

I love going there. They have quite a few varieties of different fast food ready and available. Sometimes it can be really busy in there because they offer many stores for every shopper. Parking can be a nuisance though. They also have an AMC theater, Ontario improve comedy club is right across from the theater when youre exiting the mall from the food court side. If you feel like stopping by Costco and other shopping area, theyre in close proximity of the mall. The Cheesecake factory is a few minutes away and you can stop by Victoria gardens to shop, its beautiful there. You can stop by the Mall on your way to and from Vegas, Los Angeles and the High desert area.

Its a nice mall with lots of shops. Its weird that they close at 7 pm on a Thursday and there is limited selection in the food court. All in all its a good mall and they have a comedy shop in there which is pretty awesome!!!

I love this mall because it reminds me of what America really is about! The concentrated mixtures of the rainbow of culture! The big melting pot of so many different beautiful races mixed as one human race, all there intermingling in an atmosphere of commerce! 😄 I only spent five dollars there myself, but the experience was one I absolutely loved! It was priceless!!

The pool tables we used, 3 in a cluster, were in sad shape. The food servers use the empty ones as tables. The tables reflect this, felt needs to be replaced, tables are not level and have not been serviced for years. Additionally you have to work around people eating at food table watching football.

Always when i go to visit my family i stop in this mall.the movie theater are also beautiful!

Plan to get your steps in as you walk around this place. Enjoy a pizza pretzel and Boba tea in between shopping. The prices range from reasonable to high end $$$$ for everything from shoes to sunglasses so whatever your budget, you can find probably anything you need at this mall. If you need a suit with tailoring, head to The District for outstanding service and selection.

Great experience to be there, under one roof, shopped and as well as lunch at food court.

Overall my experience here was great! The parking lot is clean and easily accessible. As were the restrooms and each store I visited.

Best mall hands down! If you cant find what youre looking for here, then you obviously dont know what youre looking for. They have the best sales here and stores for all price ranges. If youre in the area or just looking for a place to shop, this is DEFINITELY the place to go. 100% recommended!

This is the largest outlet mall that is closest to me. This mall is huge and has all the popular stores. I don’t need to go anywhere else to get all my Christmas shopping done.The Under Armor store is huge and has the most merchandise with most of the things I need and want. Like running short, they have my size that I can’t find in other outlets.The Ralph Lauren store is fully stocked here as well. When they have a sale, I can find all the sales items with the right sizes here.Another good store here is the Saks Fifth Avenue. They have very good deals here for high end cosmetics for women and fashion brand name suites for men. I found some good bargains here for Ermenegildo Zegna suites. For a typical over $1,000 suite, I found them here for less than $500. You can find the same bargain for famous brand name shoes and shirt.After you get tired of shopping and feel hungry. You can get a drink and have foods in the food court. There is a huge food court here. Even with COVID-19, all food stalls are open. You can get all kind of cuisines here.Despite the pandemic, holiday shopping is crowded here. Long lines for almost every shop. Hope we can get through this pandemic and get back to enjoy what this mall has to offer.

This was a nice mall, parking seems annoying but I got lucky. The mall seemed nice, I wasnt there very l long though. I didnt think it was too crowded either. The entrance smelled like pretzels too.

Its a nice mall with plenty of seats and bathrooms. There are accessible ramps for wheelchairs.

This place is huge and it was a neat experience this mall in person. What I recommend is to get the app so you can see all the stores and foods they have to offer. It will save you so much time

Dated on 060521, this is a great place to shop and eat.Unfortunately, COVID PANDEMIC is not over yet.Businesses need to run and customers/shoppers are allowed to enter these facilities, there are times when you may not be able to maintain 6 ft distance, neither some shoppers are wearing face masks along the walking circle. I advise to always wear mask and reduce the risk.Remember, we need to shop, we enjoy purchasing top quality items, where this mall offers mostly everything, but also, .....LETS ALL BE RESPONSIBLE WITH PANDEMIC.Otherwise, this mall may end up closing down by us neglecting something simple to do.However, the positive thing of all this is... all Businesses try to maintain the protocol from this pandemic. They are controlling the volume of shoppers per store.I can tell how much people are inside the mall based on the difficult times to find a parking space. It is very crowded.MAINTAIN 6 FT AND WEAR MASK FOR THE BENEFIT OF MAINTAINING THIS MALL OPEN.

What an amazing mall!. This is indoors and is formed in a giant circle. There are probably over 100 stores. Completely a one-stop shopping area for all your needs from department stores, to restaurants, to ice cream, and everything else. Huge directory...It is usually super crowded which is the only downfall, but overall a great mall.

I didnt go to many stores; however, the stores were clean, and neat. Theres a Rainforest Cafe and a Dave and Busters in this outlet mall. I liked the formal dress shop. This is a beautiful mall inside and the outdoor landscaping is breathtaking, too.

Service at the AMC Dine-In Theater for the handicap was terrible on Friday October 15th; No handicap concession counter help. As for the dine-in service, when I noted that I was handicap asking for assistance from one of the workers, she told me unless I downloaded the app dine-in service couldnt help me. No Service for Handicap.

At least Monday thru Thursday the Mills closes at 7pm. Its time to extend the hours to 9pm. Alot of great shops but there should be more of a selection of kids clothes.

This outlet mall is indoors & HUGE. It’s also incredibly busy. Make sure you wear proper footwear for walking because you will get your steps in.Also great for people watching. You will see all kinds of unique individuals here.

The mall is very big which makes everything confusing and the inside looks like an indoor swap meet which is kind of a bummer wish it was a prettier mall but other than that there’s lots of options and lots of stores to go to but lots of walking as well!! which you should be aware of before coming here

During my visit to Ontario Mills Mall this day it was very nice to see a fully functioning establishment while still practicing social distancing and other health safety precautions. Stores are thriving, shoppers out run full force, and the employees all taking necessary safety precautions to assure the shoppers are safe. Cant forget to mention that the food court is thriving also. Its been a while since we last seen this day but Im so happy Ontario Mills is back in business and doing so appropriately.

Brand outlet stores..Goods are on competitive price,and most of brands on Sale inside the store.

The mall should have better restroom for handling cap people older people. They should have security people by the hall ways control people not to used wheelchair restroom. The line so big that couldnt go to restroom need hold it for 2hrs just left home. Im wheelchair for health reasons and on oxygen tank didnt want fight with people just left.

Top notch mall! Dont let stores closed down.

Too many clothing, jewelery, and nit nak styles and as well not good quality on them from individual stores. It also shows how much prices have gone up on food.

A mall that actually is very active. A couple closed stores but otherwise very much active with good selection of the basic mall retailers.

This mall is huge! There are so many different types of retailers and restaurants there. Theres also a lot of activities for young people to do. It was very well air conditioned and the mall was kept clean. It was pretty crowded when I went, so I advise bringing your mask and hand sanitizer. You get hungry while shopping there are plenty of food options there.

Absolutely love coming here to shop. They always seem to have what I need. I have never had an issue with finding parking no matter what time of year and the bathrooms are always well stocked and clean. I dont mind the traffic when coming down here even though its a little bit of a trek because my shopping experience outshines everything! If ypur hungry the food court does not disappoint but if you have a little time to spare Dave and Busters is right here! Get a bite to eat, have a few drinks and dont forget to have a little fun playing fuse ball or the great variety of Arcade Games they have to offer!

Love this mall compared to the inland center only because it’s bigger I wish I lived closer to this mall.

Visiting from Florida. I enjoyed walking this mall, very big, clean, and lots of my favorite stores. Inside sitting is closed because of covid but we managed... Found this interesting restaurant inside, but disappointed that it was closed.

We ate at the Market Broiler which was amazing. I recommend the Salmon Oscar. Played virtual games at the Ride 7d. We had a ball.

Nice mall but get in early. This place is gets crowded quick on the weekends.

Grew up coming here. The shops are good the food is good and thats about it. No complaints just wish it was open longer.

The best in door mall in all Inland Empire! I’ve been coming here since I was little and it always brings joy since this outlet has so much to offer! From amazing food, to outstanding stores, to great parking! I always come here because it has all the great stores of all the great brands we all know and love! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here if it’s your first time in South Cali!

Had some shopping to do. Needed a dress for a my nieces wedding and for my daughter. Went to Windsor and a childrens dress store very cute and affordable. Only downfall was the mall was at full capacity it seemed. Very crowded considering our new norm of life.

Ontario Mills Mall is not what it used to be. It looks more like a huge, Grey, SAD INDOOR SWAPMEAT! THE outside needs paint and cleaning maintenance it so dirty and plants look like they are dieing!I 😪😪😪😪😪😪the inside is dark and depressing! Needs a cleaning! So sad go to Victoria Gardens instead. They still clean the outside gardening.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

The shoe shining people picked fights with a family today.Made a scene, it was very embarrassingCant believe they let people like that work at the mall. Will be calling on Monday to complain.

A fun place to shop and play!I have been going to this famous mall since it was open long time ago. It has been a major shopping and entertainment center for people living in the Inland Empire and tourist all over the world. Even though the pandemic has destroyed many other malls and the business, but this mall seems to have recovered very fast and grows even stronger!There were a lot of people inside and every body was wearing a mask. There were more restrooms to use than before. They have introduced some new and attractive furniture stores and shoes outlets, which are very popular and attract a lot of customers.The rain forest Cafe is open and it is still a very unique and fun place to go. The most important thing is, people seem happy and enjoy their good times there !

I live in San Diego but I love going to Ontario Mills Mall. It takes you the whole day to shop because theres so many name brand stores.

Ontario mills has upgrade which is awesome. But can you bring back the vans skate park and gameworks .

I been that place since last year when we were going to buy Nike shoes. They also have several stores in a one big mall. And it was close to AMC Cinema.
