Beautiful luggage and good customer service. While everything is discounted, it is still quite expensive. However, the luggage is very high quality with a lot of features. Also, the staff is so friendly it makes it easier to spend a lot of money.

I came to the store Tumi inside Ontario Mills, I made simple purchase of a McGuire kit in the amount of $62.50 which I paid cash. My husband found a more convenient kit elsewhere so I went back to the store to returned it. Sales associate Ean told me I wasn’t able to get my refund in cash although that’s how I paid for the item, then went ahead and told me to wait 7-14 days for a check in the mail in the amount refunded $62.50. MONTH AND TWO WEEKS LATER, I have not received the check. I have spoken to sales associates Janet and Ean to resolve this issue and I just get the run around and nothing has gotten resolved.I don’t understand why is so difficult for this know corporation “TUMI” to send the promised check and get this over with.I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT AT THIS LOCATION OR PURCHASE ANY GOODS FROM THIS CORPORATION “TUMI”.BE CAREFUL TRYING TO RETURN A PURCHASED ITEM AT THIS STORE, they give you the run around and excuses
