Have been using the T12J pallet stacker for about three/four years and have had zero issues. It is small enough to get into tight places, good battery life and handling, and has a decent lift capacity to save us from finding the forklift. The wheel covering finally needed a replacement and their customer service was super helpful.

Weve had a manual pallet stacker for many years. They make in an incredibly durable product that has served us well. Their customer service is as top-notch as their products, as well. As a small business owner, there isnt much you could ask for!

The lift is easy to put together and works great as it does what is promised, able to lift pallets and move easily around warehouse

I went to pickup an M30 pallet jack.I was in and out in les than 10 minutes.They offered to assemble the item. They assemble it in less than 5 minutes. Service was courteous and efficient.Of course there is always room for improvement.

Garbage! we bought a pallet stacker from some chinese on-line dealer and had some problem with charging.. Called the seller that spoke no english then told me they cant help. So called the manufacture and left 10 messages and have not received one call from anyone. Going on 3 months now. Like I said, garbage!

Product is ok at first glance however the W02 Electric Pallet Jack had some issues and concerns of wiring being crushed due to poor wiring diagram design. Tried calling Eso with little success in reaching anyone.

If youre looking for high grade material equipment come here. I will be back for more.

Tried working with them as a dealer however realized that they sell direct online and direct to the consumers for a lower price. Quality is okay hit and miss, but nothing is ever in stock. Luis stop calling me youre annoying!!!!
