Everything today was the experience buying a car should be like. Alfonso Morales helped us pick a car that fit not only our need but our wants in a car as well. The place was really clean and they were all really friendly. We took a test drive and Alfonso made sure all of our questions both financial and technical were answered. Definitely coming back for car purchases in the future and recommending it to all friends and families. Love my Mazda!!!

I was interested in trading in my Mazda 3 for something else that would better suit my needs. The cx-5 caught my eye and Marina kindly offered to take it for a test drive. She was great! She explained all of the safety features and benefits, and how it compared to other similar models on the market. It was comfortable, spacious, and quiet, so I decided to make the purchase. Its been about a week and I love it! Thank you Marina and Team.

The worst experience ever. This dealership is unprofessional, unethical, uncaring, and unkind. They lied to me and cheated me out of a deal. I had done a lot of research and finally found the car I wanted to purchase at their dealership. I called them and spoke to a salesperson who told me they would hold the car for me. I live in Hollywood and I could not make it out to Ontario until the weekend. On that Saturday, as I was driving out there, I called to let them know I was on my way. I was told the Manager was showing the car to someone else and writing up a deal. They offered no apology, no solution, no alternative deal, nothing. I purchased another car that day (different dealer, different car). I had 3 days that I could return the car if I was not happy. I did not like the car I bought, so I called back to Ontario Mazda and left a message with the salesperson that I wanted to purchase a car from them, that was similar in price, mileage and features of the car that I was originally planning on buying. I never got a call back. I decided I would call to the Manager and tell him of the treatment I received. I called every day for 2 weeks and never got a call back from him either. They knew what they had done wrong in selling the car they promised they would hold for me and they could not or would not do anything to try and fix it. I am surprised they manage to stay open. They do not care about their potential customers. I am glad I did not buy a car from them. They do not deserve my business. If this is the way they treat people, they dont deserve any business.

Terrible customer service. Terrible salespeople, I got ripped off with a service plan I thought would be a good idea to add on to my loan. I didnt understand too much about service and the cost. I thought I was getting more to it. Turns out they charged me over $800 more than the cost would have been for me to just pay out of pocket each time. Thats not including the interest I have to pay back. I switched to Temecula Mazda Service after Ontario Mazda had me wait two hours for a shuttle ride back from the gym. Horrible experience, I called them about 8 times and each time they said they had someone on the way and they kept forgetting to pick me up. If youre considering buying from here I hope you take into consideration the type of people that work here and the way things are. Theyre careless and are of course about how much they can pocket off of you. Regret going to Ontario, so will you.

Great car buying experience. Went in with my wife to start looking at all the new technology on the latest cars, since we were going to have to turn in our 4 year lease (VWJetta). Met ANDY LU on the lot and he was very easy to talk to, answered all our questions, esp. my wifes, whose car it was going to be. No pressure, took us for a test drive. We moved from the Hyundais to the Mazda, found a low mileage 2017 Mazda 6 with all the safety and techno features we were looking for in a car, and more. Both ALFONZO (Mgr.) and ANDY took good care of us through the pricing portion of the deal, and we came out with a great car at a great price. Thanks Andy for making it work for us!!

I was sexually discriminated against when I tried to buy a car at Mazda Ontario. After months of researching, I decided the Mazda 6 was in my top 3 cars. Went in for a test drive and I could tell salesman Brian wrote me off the minute I got on the lot. After a completely silent test drive, he refused to answer any financial questions I had and did not want to take me into the dealership to look over numbers. He insisted the dealership did not give any sort of financial information and instead suggested to email me the sticker pricing information that was already posted on the car. He took down my email but never emailed me. I got him to take me inside and after asking multiple times for ANY financial information, he pulled up the dealership ad on their website and read it to me out loud. This was not only insulting, but sex discrimination. Because I am a female, he did not take me seriously, did not offer any help or suggestions, and was reluctant to spend any time talking about details with me as if I didnt know what I was talking about. It was awkward and uncomfortable. It is 2016 and women should not put up with this treatment. Since the Toyota Camry and Corolla were also in my top 3, I went right next door to the Toyota dealership. I talked to 2 salesmen and both were welcoming and treated me with respect. After receiving full details of pricing, payment options, care packages, rebates and other deals (before I even gave them any personal information or applied for a credit check), I am the proud owner of a Toyota Camry.

TLDR: This dealer is incredibly unprofessional, does not stand by their warranties, return calls, or file basic paperwork correctly. This has been hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had.Im writing this letter in an effort to prevent someone else from having the horrendous experience Ive had at this dealer. I purchased my car in 2015 from Ontario Mazda via Mazdas CPO program. In fact, the CPO warranty was one of the main reasons I purchased the vehicle over a used Honda that I was considering. I was assured that repairs would be seamless when necessary, and that I would be covered up to 100,000 miles on the powertrain, in addition to a 12,000 mile extension over Mazdas 36,000 bumper to bumper limited warranty.I havent had any issues with the car until recently when my traction control sensor and check engine light turned on. Normally, I would have tried to troubleshoot on my own with something like this but since it was a CPO vehicle I brought it to another dealer for service. I was dismayed when the technicians were unable to find any verification in the system that my vehicle was in fact certified pre-owned and therefore could not guarantee that I was under warranty. This was despite the fact that I had the original window sticker which said CPO on it in the car with me. I found out that 3 years ago when I bought the car, Ontario Mazda failed to correctly file the paperwork. So I called Ontario Mazda immediately and spoke to service who also confirmed they did not have record of the vehicle being CPO. Understood, thats the issue I was calling about. They then passed me over to the finance department to try to find the lost paper trail. I left two voicemails with finance (two different people) without hearing back. I followed up the next day and finally someone in service said they would put me on hold and be sure that I was not put through to a voicemail. They send me over to Tina, who then tried to put me through to the finance managers voicemail. I explained to her that I had already called 7 times and was not going to leave another voicemail because nobody was getting back to me. I asked to speak with a manager at the dealer. They were so unresponsive that I had to get corporate involved. Ontario tried to give it a bandaid fix by giving me a 3rd party warranty (without consulting me). I received paperwork in the mail completely unannounced with zero explanation. Fast forward an entire month, and I tried to use this third party warranty they provided me with and I come to find out its also invalid. They filed the paperwork incorrectly AGAIN. I understand that mistakes happen, but this is inexcusable. To make matters worse, I have tried contacting them over five times the last few days and they refuse to return my calls or emails. Do not buy a car from this dealer.

Worst experience humanly possible. Dropped my car off for a few hours of repairs on Friday. Was never contact by my advisor Daniel. Had to get one of the girls out of the BDC department to actually go look at my car. Shes comes back and tell me my car is taken apart and the technician was gone for the day. There were no loaners available and they didnt offer to out me into a rental or anything like that.and. come to find out supposedly they only have lube technicians available on Sunday. And while Im on The phone with The girl Daniel had text me and told me my car hadnt been started yet and that I could pick it up on Monday. I dont know what to believe. The inspection was total B.S.. I knew my car had a cracked coolant overflow reservoir. Yet they marked on their inspection that my reservoir and coolant levels were fine ( there was obviously no coolant in in and the new reservoir that I had just purchased from their parts department was sitting on the passenger floorboard.) I collectively spent more time on hold waiting to talk to someone than I actually did speaking with my advisor.....who I never actually got to speak with until I went down there and had to get an update on my car in person. My recalls were not fully completed. They didnt align my car which was part of the recall........and, on top of that they never actually told me they werent going to align it, and they had recommended to replace one of the fuel hoses on the car while the gas tank was out....which they also never told me. I actually read it on the paperwork when I got home. I dont even know if an inspection was actually done on the car. My car is all over the road now leaving me to go pay for an alignment, not to mention the ubers I had to pay for for 4 days while my car was there. And not to mention, finding an uber at 6 in the morning isnt the easiest thing to do, so I was late everyday. I am extremely dissatisfied. I dont know how this place manages to function as a service department. Its sad I even have to give a star. If I could make this review with no stars I would.

Be just as pushy as they are and dont let up or you will be taken advantage of. Know how your car works before you take it in for service or they will feed you a line so absurd youll believe your wheels go on the top of your car and not underneath it. I will be taking my vehicle to another mazda dealer for the life of the car and will never buy a car from them or their sister companies ever. Be careful and good luck.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business!!! My daughter wants a CX5 and I find Ontario Hyundai Mazda, also called Romero Mazda. I find a 2016.5 CX5 I like and set up a test drive with Brian Webb. I meet Brian and he shows me the car, I explain the car is listed online as a 2016.5 model and he says hes pretty sure that is accurate and will check, I test drive the car and tell him I will talk to my daughter. I find another car listed as a 2016.5 on their website and call Brian for a test drive, I go in again but like the first car better so I set it up to come back with my wife and let her co-sign with my daughter. The next day I see the car price has been reduced on the website, nobody informs me but I have to inform Brian Webb, was he going to sell at the higher price if I didnt see the reduction?I want to trade in my daughters current car. I am offered $600 and I inform them that two days prior another Mazda dealer offered me $1000. I say Ill take the car to Carmax and get more than $600, they tell me that with an accident on the record that Carmax will not buy it. I call Carmax from the dealership and find that Carmax has no such policy. I inform the dealership of their error so that they dont say the same thing to other customers. I sell the car to Carmax for $1600.Brian Webb prepares a sale contract to fax to my bank for financing, nobody offered to beat the special rate my bank offered. My bank loan rep gets the fax and informs us the numbers are wrong and dont add up, Brian has to redo the contract and fax again. It is now late and our bank rep has left for the day so my wife and I go home. Our daughter will be up from school on the weekend and can complete her end of the paperwork. We get a call the next day that the second fax was not received and the first faxed contract was so bungled it was unprofessional. We inform Brian the second contract needs to be faxed again. On the weekend I meet my daughter at the dealership to complete the contract. I see on the final contract the car is listed as a 2016 and not a 2016.5 model, I ask Brian Webb is this true and he says it is a 2016. I explain AGAIN that the car is listed on their web site as a 2016.5 and was never informed otherwise even though I inquired with HIM earlier. Brian Webb tries to tell me that I should have noticed this earlier. Now Im insulted and getting madder every time Brian Webb insinuates that I made the mistake which he does repeatedly. I researched the 2016.5 model and was under every impression that was what I am purchasing. I ask Brian for the difference between the 2016 and the 2016.5 models, I dont know. Brian is not new to the dealership and does not know the difference? After more insinuation that it is my fault for not seeing the misrepresentation of the model, a senior salesman takes over. We research the issue for over an hour and find that the cars on the web site are listed as 2016.5 but are actually 2016, the difference is navigation and heated seats. Eventually I am offered the upgrades to close the deal. After hours of squaring away the ineptitude I was about to walk away. After 4 hours that day, my daughter has her car.2 weeks later my daughter gets a ticket, the registration tag is a year old and the paperwork placed by the dealer in a packet on the windshield was folded and not readable. I check the DMV web site and registration/stickers are mailed 5 days after electronic filing. I call the dealer and ask for Brian the finance manager who processed our paperwork, hes not available so I leave a voice mail to contact me and explain the issue. I call back 3 hours later, hes still busy so the receptionist takes my info and will give it to him to call me. I finally get a call from Brian the next day and the registration is being filed today, one month after sale. The dealer also was supposed to put paper plates on. We now get to go to them for replacement paperwork for the windshield, paper plates and spend time fixing a ticket. Such a sad experience

Avoid at all costs. This dealership employs various tactics to extract as much money out of you as possible. My girlfriend and I went with the intention of test driving and possibly leasing a Mazda 3 Sport. We did not end-up leasing any car after experiencing the following:- Bait-and-switched car. After test driving a Mazda 3 Sport with appropriate MSRP sticker, they showed us another, similar vehicle which was missing the MSRP sticker, and then proceeded to give us pricing specific to this car with an unspecified MSRP. (After some research, Ive now learned that displaying a new car at a dealership without an MSRP sticker is illegal)- Lied to our face about hard credit check. My girlfriend specifically told the salesman that she did not want a hard credit check applied to her credit history. He assured us that it would be a soft credit check. Sure enough, after she provided them with her information, she immediately received a Credit Karma notification that there had been a hard credit inquiry.- Used the four-square tactic in an attempt to confuse us about the cost of the car. One square included three overpriced car accessories in an attempt to extract additional cash out of us from MSRP value. This included an alarm accessory, door-edge protective covering, and some liquid repellent seat coating. $795 each, for a total of $2400, tacked-onto MSRP. I called him out on this and asked for a quote without these packages included in the total cost. On top of this, the dealer used incredibly dodgy math in an attempt to make us believe they were being reasonable with their monthly fees, when mathematically these costs were very clearly being over-inflated.- Significantly higher lease cost per-month than published advertising. The lease we were looking for was published in magazine ads and online for $210 per month with zero down at least signing. When calculating her lease cost, they initially quoted $320+ and hardly budged from that point, requesting more cash up-front to offset a lower monthly payment.- Psychological tricks and general belittling/pandering. My girlfriend has not leased or purchased a car in the past, but has an excellent credit score (780). After we had enough time to clearly determine that they were trying to screw us, the salesman brought his manager out in an attempt to win us over, claiming that their figures reflect her lack of a car purchase history. Previous car purchasing history has no bearing on creditworthiness and this belittling sent us immediately out the door.Do not buy or lease a car here. I am going to determine what authority I need to report the missing MSRP sticker to. Go to another dealership. This dealership is not worthy of anyones business and will try to screw you.My girlfriend found a much more reasonable offer in another city for the same car with the same packages she wanted at an amazing monthly rate. Dodged a bullet with this dealership.
