Pretty cool place, first time in and a staff was great, a great selection of games from card games to board games and more. Im excited to make this one of my new primary spots.

I stopped in Ontario for the night and googled Board Game Stores Near Me. ProSoul games popped up less than a mile from the hotel. The game selection is smallish but very high quality. A nice mix of complex and light games. What made the experience was the kilted Andrew who was manning the store. He was very friendly and we enjoyed a very cool conversation about all things gaming as I looked through the games. He was very knowledgeable about all the games and couldnt have been a more gracious host. This store knows customer service and puts the F in FLGS! Well done ProSoul!

I brought my family in and had a wonderful experience. The gentleman that helped us ( Steve, I believe) was extremely helpful. He even let our family try out the board game in the store before we bought it. You can not match this excellent customer service. I live out of state and will be ordering offline from their business.

Great to have a local game store in Ontario! The employees are awesome and they have a good selection of Magic, D&D, and many types of board games. They have a game room in back and run Magic events along with other events.

I went to their stand at the Emmett Cherry Festival and was really impressed by their setup. The staff are super cool and knowledgable and were alot of fun to talk to. I will definitely be stopping by the main store and reccommend my friends to as well.

First time in, absolutely wonderful customer service. I am not by any means a gamer of any sort and have no knowledge about anything. My boys however LOVE Pokémon and Magic cards right now. We are not from around here; we’re traveling from Nevada and we popped into the Mexican restaurant next door (which is also really good). My 7 year old immediately saw a Pokémon sign on the door and begged to go in. It was already past their closing time AND a Saturday so I told him maybe next time. We went in and ate and as we were leaving he went and was staring in the door, to which the owner came out and told us technically they’re closed but that he does what he wants! 😂 He told me they have family game nights for all ages Saturday evenings FREE! Which is absolutely amazing! We actually just missed it but that is still note worthy.We continued on in and my boys geeked out over all of the cards. Andrew is the name of the guy working and he was absolutely wonderful answering ALL of my boys’ questions (5 & 7) so there were a TON. He showed them different card games and talked to them about the ones they already like. Then he told me he would sale us over 500 Magic cards for $7! Which if anyone has bought game cards in store know how expensive they’re and know that a 5 & 7 year old don’t take the best care of them so it was a great deal! Overall a wonderful experience and I’m grateful that both the owner and Andrew were so welcoming to my children and helped ignite their love for something other then a internet game! Please visit this ‘mom and pop’ business!

Love the game nights and any other event Ive been to here! Always well run and starts in a timely manner. When I do bring my young children, there is always an appropriate demo game on the shelf, and they love it!

This place was such a fun surprise! Popped in while visiting family in town, and had a ton of fun with the demo games. Plus, the staff was super friendly and nice to chat with.

They have an amazing selection of games including a whole wall you can demo for free. Weekly tournaments with games for kids and adults and a welcoming community of players. Best game shop around!

I have been coming here since June, the owners have been nothing but great. I can make a phone call and get anything ordered I need. Ashton goes above and beyond as an owner making sure that all patrons are satisfied with what they have gotten from the store. My first stop for anything game related, and the first recommendation when anyone asks me where to get game supplies.

These guys are some of the most friendly, community oriented groups Ive known. They are super friendly always willing to listen to your input, and will always help you when you have a question. They have always been able to give me input on a game, and do special orders.

I go around and check out tons of shops. These people? They act like every shop owner Ive seen that failed. Refuse to listen to customers opinions or suggestions. Calls customers names like retarded when they dont know them, openly admitted to overcharging just because they can, gets aggressive at the littlest hint that they did something wrong or rude. They are angry people who will ruin their shop in its own time. It always happens, and will happen this time too

I love this store. The owners are so nice, understanding, and willing to teach. My husband and I have made a permanent place for us there. They have a large variety of games such as, magic the gathering, key forge, pokemon, war hammer, dungeons and dragons, and pathfinder. And thats not even all of the games they hold events for in one week. They have many high quality board games such as settlers of Catan, werewolf, red dragon inn, pandemic, tsuro, and code name. Anything from family games to serious gamer games, theyve got. If you are into painting minis for any games you play they also carry perfect paints and brushes for any mini project you can think of. They also have a variety of large minis, small minis, and even very well priced second hand minis. If you are someone who is looking for a new home to play games at this is your place, I love it so much and they create such an amazing sense of community!!!!
