As long as you know the facts (mobile home loans are higher interest rates than a conventional mortgage and it is a dual approval process) youre in good hands.She quickly and accurately weighed our needs versus our price range and found us a great home in our budget!

I wish there was an option to leave no stars. Im trying to sell my mobile home, everything is in order, but between Inland Empire Escrow and Action Mobile, no action is whats occurring. An offer has been made and accepted, yet it is taking forever for financing, appraisal, etc. When all of this is said and done, I will be contacting the California Department of Business Oversight and filing a complaint. I have never seen an escrow take more than four weeks-in AZ, where I just bought a home, it was only two weeks. But in CA, every company and entity is only out to screw people, and companies are reactive instead of proactive. The governor of Ca will also receive an email from me, as he has helped me in the past.

There horrible unprofessional they have no idea what they are doing,what should have been a 30 day escrow turned out to be 3 months for escrow to close. Do NOT go with Leslie Aguilar I dont believe shes even licensed shes horrible she has absolutely no idea whats shes doing or talking about. I would NOT recommend them to anyone..

First of all, horrible! I mean horrible in every aspect! The homes they sell are way over priced and are in the worst possible shape ever! My husband and I asked to see some properties! They showed us a property that was in the worst shape ever! I mean unlivable!! We asked to see more of there properties a the guy said in Spanish ooooo no, no tenemos!!! BS they have several ! This realator, if thats what you want to call him, pissed me off! Basically I could go on and on but this company are CONS so dont do business with them!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! From beginning to end this transaction was a nightmare. It started off with them telling me theyd give me several options on loans. They were very adamant about a bank called 21st Mortgage, Im assuming because of this, they get kick backs from their business. So when I received the email on the interest rates it was only from 1 bank... 21st mortgage. Keep in mind my credit score is excellent, 803 to be exact and they gave me a rate of 9.6%! The average on mobile homes is 4.5 to 6.5 on very good credit. Why was I getting a rate so high? I had to question it and ask them to try with another bank or 2 to get a reasonable rate which ended up being 6%. Huge difference from their so called wonderful bank with great rates... The agent I dealt with- Natalie Munoz is completely clueless in HER position as an mobile home agent. I pretty much represented myself the whole time. During the appointment I had with her of signing my purchase documents I had tons of questions and almost every answer out of her mouth was I dont know. Whenever I needed help she referred me to their finance manager. How am I supposed to feel confident in my purchase getting information from a finance lady? Everything was delayed. I was left with nowhere to go because my agent set a goal date of escrow close and I gave notice at my apartment complex (April 16th) 30 days after the sale was already half way through processing (it started around April 4th). I was approved for my loan on 4/14/17 and did not close escrow until 5/24/17. Keep in mind, this is a very simple transaction compared to an actual home sale. She never notified me when I received the home inspection I paid for out of my own pocket, the inspection company was unable to contact me because she only provided her information, several repairs needed to be made and there is still one pending almost a month prior to escrow closing. These were mostly safety hazards in the home. She also pushed me to be in direct contact with the seller which is against policy (unless I agree to, which I did not), the day escrow closed she verbally attacked me in front of the previous owner by demanding I pay prorated space rent for days I did not occupy the home, nor had access to the home, she promised my mom, an actual licensed Realtor a 200 dollar referral bonus to be able to represent me and still has not come through with that money for receiving my business, and did not provide me with mail box keys to my home, which led me to notify the management at my community to have the postal service come out and re-key my box 2 weeks after purchasing my home. Lastly, she provided false information which I have email documentation for on May 11th where she stated By law, seller has 3 days to turn home over after escrow closes. This was later confirmed false by her finance manager. Overall, this is an extremely unprofessional business and I will definitely make sure to spread the word to all about avoiding this place.
