Purchased an outdoor fire heater and paid over $400 for it. Pretty disappointed on Father’s Day after working hard to put it together that it does not work. I have sent an email, called and attempted to chat with no reply or response. Hoping to get this resolved soon but not feeling very hopeful. The two stars is because it seems like a nice piece of equipment…….if it worked……….update I was quick to review negatively but received an email today about fixing the issue. Glad to know their customer service equals that of the product received. If my husband gets the heater her had always wanted fixed then I would give this company an easy 5 stars!

I purchased a Zain Fire Pit Table Set in Red but did not receive the set. I contacted the Kinger Home support team and was greeted by Cierra. This lady epitomizes what a support agent should be. She immediately contacted the freight company to determine to status of the shipment. The freight company could not produce a manifest and listed the shipment as lost. Cierra, immediately ensured our VISA card was reimbursed. Without her help, I believe we would still be looking for answers. Although we did not receive our order, I will without hesitation order from Kinger Home in the future.

I purchased the portable fire pit and have been using it on and off for the past month or so for some short camping trips. You definitely get your money back in no time with this thing! Its way easier than loading up a ton of firewood every time we want to have a campfire. I had a question about a problem I was having with the burner and customer service was prompt in response and helped me fix the issue.

I have purchased a variety of their products. I was lucky to score a bunch of Kinger goodies in one of their special promotional sales. I bought a 32 mirror, a firepit in my courtyard for friends to gather around, and an outdoor braided lounge chair set which I use indoors, a smoker, and two air fryers from them. All these products work just as expected and am satisfied. What is most impressive is their customer service and competitive price. Will definitely return for more purchases. Thanks Kinger!

I purchased the outdoor fire pit table set. The quality and customer service are great.

I received my mirror today. It was supposed to be gold, but it is more of an orangey based rose gold. I have gold finishings all over my house and it does not match at all so I called to figure out steps on how to return it. The girl told me that it would be $30 to return it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me that no one was available and that it was the best they could do. I asked that someone return my call and no one ever did. Im a little appalled that someone could be dissatisfied with the product and get zero help to resolve the issue. I was initially very happy with their level of customer service but I will not do service with a company that does not care about customer satisfaction.

I bought a Fire Pit set from them a last week and although there was some shipping issues with FedEx their customer service rep handled it efficiently and professionally! I honestly haven’t encountered a better experience and I’ll definitely be buying from them more often.

Love their outdoor furniture. And they also have 5 years warranty. Better than the warranty in living space.

The product was ok, but some items were damaged in shipping and the fire table didnt work. The damages were noted by the freight company. we immediately contacted the company by phone and email. We sent three emails and didnt get a response. so we finally decided to return it. We immediately got a response that they would not accept the return because it had been more than 3o days. so they can reply to that email but not the other? Terrible customer service. ok products.
