I did not buy my OW Lee fire pit at this location, but even though 2 weeks old, I had countless issues with it. I briefly spoke with Brenda who is in mgmt just under the owners at OW Lee. She told me to return it for a refund. Very short. Very rude. I left 2 more messages for her and she didn’t call me back. I even emailed for an owner of OW Lee to contact me, with no return call. They don’t appear to understand the product and they certainly don’t know what kindness and customer service is. So, if you buy a OW Lee product, know that you are on your own. Corporate will not help you. I spent 10 hours on a full priced brand new product on service calls, videoing my issue, and attempts to get corporate to help me. I was really wanting this to help keep my family warm for the holidays. As a health care worker, it was very sad to have my time wasted in this way. Buyer Beware.
