NO STARS!! You get what you pay for! This is what I get for renting table cloths for $5.99 each I rented 13 black table cloths for my daughters coco theme birthday party. I should have caught on the invoice description that it states 13 long and no dimensions written. Come the day of the party they are dirty/stained/patched/different shades and lengths! I called and the response I got is they are clean and we dont give money back only store credit! Are you kidding me??!! Do you think I want anything to do with this place after what they seem to think is ok to present a customer with. Also you pay for the rentals in full upfront (sight unseen)and must leave a CASH deposit on top of that. In my case it was (80.00) no way to dispute! Never once did I get an apology even when I returned per their policy! On the contrary I got a reminder call to return them and got hung up on. Do yourself a favor and find another party rental!

Outdated inventory, some employees put in charge dont have the knowledge to be there, communication skills are horrible. Dont reccomend. Looking for a legit organize party supply business All party supply on the corner of benson and mission

This place is filled with endless party supplies for all sorts of events. I was able to rent chairs the same day for an affordable price. The service was great! I totally recommend this place if you need last minute party supplies.

Horrible service, when we asked for table cloths that were not stained the reply was “they’ll all be like that. It’s been rented to other people.” It seemed as my business annoyed them in every way. No Blatant regard for good or even adequate service. Well over priced.
