I do not recommend them, I am really disappointed, the order I received has problems in printing and lamination. 2 pieces have different colors and one was damaged by poor lamination. I had to go back because the first order I received was missing one of the pieces and they put a different piece from another customer in my order. If you are new like me, I advise you to review your product in the same store if you are not going to waste your time like me.

I was taken to ace printing by a friend Eloise who always uses them. I had a vision of how I wanted my logo and a draft of my own version. Within less than 20 minutes there graphic person designed it with me explaining each part i saw it come to life. Today I went to pick up the canvas board with the logo on it . My husband went there with a copy of our already designed business cards and they decided to change the picture without our approval. No email no phone call to say we are going to change your picture to this do you like this picture? This is unacceptable never have I dealt with a printing company that changes a things and doesnt send a proof for approval. This unacceptable as a business owner I ordered 1000 of these and I hate what they did with it. I will never work with them again. Its a shame because the price wasnt bad.

🗣I WISH I COULD GIVE IT A LOWER RATINGI ordered a custom shirt from this place on Wednesday, May 17th and was told that it would be ready on Friday May 19th by 3pm. I was going to be out of the state but I sent my mother to pick it up at 3pm.She left her job early to make sure she was on time to pick up my shirt so she could send it to me in Atlanta only to be told that it wouldnt be ready until 5pm. At this point, my elderly mother had decided to wait and had been there since 3pm.At 5:27pm, I called and Jorge (or George) answered and, after voicing my concerns, he rudely asks me So what do you want me to do?. I told him that, in the vein of customer service, he should be telling me what he is willing to do appease a customer.I told him its not about the money but I felt some sort of discount should be given for the inconvenience and he tells me We dont really do discounts but you can maybe talk to the owner when she gets here on Monday.I explained that my mother has been sitting there suffering for 3 hours. He then has the AUDACITY to turn to my mother and say to her Are you suffering?.THIS WAS MY FINAL STRAW.Jorges (or Georges) nonchalant, un-customer service like, careless attitude is the reason why I AM LIVID and will make sure no one I know would DARE patronize this establishment again.

Excellent designer and printers. Wouldnt go to any other printshops.

If I could give 0 start I will. Terrible service. My bussines cards were supposed to be ready by Thursday, went to pick them up late afternoon on Friday and they were still not ready, the guy told me to go back on Saturday. Today is Saturday and still no cards, no one answers the phone and mailbox doesnt work. Im afraid they lie to me and went on holiday for labor day weekend.

Has no customer service skills & personnel are disrespectful and have no idea what their doing. Jorge is the boss and he’s horrible even if your buying things from his store. I wish I could give 0 stars because that’s what he deserves. #Jorgesucks
