Great family business. CT was mentioned to me a while back by the guy who manages the fleet where I work. He has very high standards given our vehicles have to work perfectly. A few weeks later I almost totaled my personal truck in a collision with a deer at 65 mph. CT seemed like the obvious choice. My truck was fixed perfectly in just two weeks. The owner called me three times along the way with progress updates. They did a great job and explained exactly what was being repaired. It’s awesome that businesses like this still exist.

CT Collision did an excellent job on our Lexus. It was a small fender bender, but they made sure to get it back to factory condition. The process was very simple, and everyone there was friendly and professional. They had the work done in 24 hours after dropping it off, which is incredible. It was an insurance claim, and they handled communication with them once the claim was approved. I highly recommend them for collision repair!

This family-owned & operated business did an excellent job repairing the damage done to my wifes car and they handled a difficult insurance company as well. My wifes car was hit by a garbage truck & we had a difficult time working with a third party insurance company & Mr. Robert delt with them and made absolutely sure not a single penny came out of our pocket.

Got in a fender bender that kept my door from being opened and no other shop could see me that day to get my door back to working. I called Robert at 4:30 (close to closing time) and he told me to head to the shop and he could fix my door so I wouldn’t be without a car till he could fit me in for a repair. I dropped my truck off the following Tuesday and was very impressed (because of the extent of cosmetic damage) that I was able to pick my truck up the next week. I was kept updated with pictures and a brief description of what is being done to my truck. This company should take pride in how amazing their customer service is and great their work is! Hit a deer and did $10k worth of damages. I took my 2019 CRV to CT Collision. Robert and staff did a phenomenal job. The paint job is flawless and matches perfectly. Incredible customer service and quality work. We live in Gulf Shores and due to the tremendous damage to numerous vehicles in our area, none of the collision shops could even look at our truck until January (this was October). So we took it to Opelika to CT’s since we go to Auburn on the weekends. We have no regrets and will likely use them for any future body work. Robert and his crew did an amazing job on my 4Runner. The front panel had a dent in an odd spot near the windshield. Many places in town wanted to overcharge and take out the windshield. Needless to say Robert got the job done without overcharging or removing the windshield. My car looks brand new again and the final price matched my quote. Great place!

When I first was looking to get my vehicle repaired after a fender bender I brought it to a well named repair company and it sat there for 2 months while I waited. After they said they could not do my repair I started shopping around and found CT. After calling and getting helped with getting my vehicle towed I was told they were booked up till March so I waited it out ready to hear back then. I was pleasantly surprised when I heard back about a week before March with an estimate. After mentioning just wanting my vehicle back to drivable condition it took 2 days of work and I got a call saying my vehicle was ready to pick up. Overall the service and the friendliness make CT an amazing option if you are looking for a repair. Thank you again for all the help getting me back in my vehicle.

I just got my car back this morning. I was so surprised when Robert phoned me my car was ready because I just dropped my car yesterday morning.Other Bodyshops told me that it will take 3-4 days to fix my car but Robert made it happened less than 24 hours. A deer rushed to my front passenger side bumper so my bumper tore apart and the washer fluid reservoir was broken. Also the body part above the tire was dented.Robert was a genuine person who wants to help people like me have an accident suddenly. It’s real hectic to experience an accident so I was so lucky to find him and fix my car with his help.He showed me all his efforts to make me feel comfortable and trust him more.He made a honest estimation that other shops refused to make one when I told them I was going to use certain insurance company.He checked the manufacturer parts with the insurance company’s limited estimation when I was with him to make sure all things on the go.Moreover he gave me a ride back home and picked me up since I don’t have a ride.It was really nice experience and I want to recommend CT collision to all who needs fix his or her car. Robert is a very friendly, kind, and honest man. He walked me through the whole process in a lot of detail, even about which parts he would have to replace on the front end of my car after it was backed into by a shuttle bus. Robert also worked with the insurance company on my behalf to set up a rental car while mine was in the shop. It only took 4 days and it ended up costing less than what the insurance adjuster wrote the check for. On top of that, I had a burned out headlight bulb that wasnt related to the accident and he swapped it out for free! What a nice man, I would highly recommend his services.

My truck is the black 2001 F150 on the website. It was rusted on the hood and top. It was in pretty bad shape. Robert did an outstanding job painting it. I have had the truck since 2004. The exterior looks better than when I purchased it. CT went above my and beyond expectations.

My 2016 Jeep Patriot was hit in the rear, mild damage but enough that four pieces needed replacement and others need repairs. I went to CT Collision a week before dropping off my car, so they can see and purchase the parts ahead of time prior to me dropping it off. I dropped my vehicle late Tuesday afternoon, while I was there I brought up the fact that my last vehicle accident had left some errors like leaving some small dents, and even left off a bolt to hold my door. I pointed it out to CT Collision in hopes in fixing the issue. Friday morning I received a call that my Jeep was fixed. Once I got to the shop it was evident that the job was completed from more than efficient individuals, much better than the dealership. In addition they fixed the parts from my last accident.My only recommendation if any is to have the paper to lay in the driver floorboard so not to dirty the floor. But that is an easy fix, because after seeing the quality work on my Jeep I didnt mind it. That you CT collision, I will definitely recommend you.
