Everything was very nice and clean, well stocked and great Customer service as always. Target in Tiger Town Mall Opelika, AL. 36801. I have been going to this Target since it opened and it keeps getting better and better. Now with the cute little Grocery market, Its definitely a one stop shop but better than your typical one stop shop store. Im very thankful to all of Targets Management and extremely thankful for all the team member employees for always going out of their way to make their workplace great and always providing great Customer service always.I appreciate you all.

I had questions concerning an appliance I was interested in purchasing. I asked a young lady in customer service for assistance and she went above and beyond what would have normally been expected. Her name started with V and she had a sparkly V on her mask.

The one star is basically a negative 1star. Over the last year my 5 star rating (which I did not leave a review then) - has dropped to sub 1-star. The morale of the hourly employees has bottomed out! Theyve cut so many hours. The working people cant get by on 20 hours even at $12.00+/hr. Well, maybe they could IF - IF....they could have the same work schedule EVERY week which would allow them to pick up another part time job. I am posting pictures to show the results of minimal staffing practices.Theres also one picture of safety issue. I observed this guy climb up the post closer to exit door and called the store. No one came out to check. Ten minutes later he climbed down and went up on this beam further down - near employee lounge area. Called store again --- 10 minutes no one came out.

This is one of my favorite place to buy something!this is a big Target but you have few for everything.Love the intimate clothes but have few sizes for everything.By the way, the attention is great like all targetsGive them 4 star because need more variety

Visited Target yesterday, January 17th. It was a good visit and I was able to make a purchase of a lot of items. They were very helpful and all of the associates were very nice. They even had a Black History Month items right as you walked in the door. That was great the show and support the African American heritage. Great job to Target for that.

The Drive Up service is so extremely convenient! I had a large grocery pickup from a different store but received a message that a few items were out of stock. I was able to snag those items through the Target app and pick them up only an hour later. I never had to get out of my car, but most importantly I didnt have to get all of the kids out of the car :)

Today was my first time using Target to drive up purchase. The young lady who helped me with this when I arrived was very professional and had an A+ attitude. I was unfamiliar with a few things that you had to have to give to the target employee such as a PIN and so forth. This young lady took her time and explain to me how the drive up and everything worked she also gave me some sound advice not to give my PIN to anyone when I was coming to pick up an order and I appreciate that. I want to say thank you very much for all your help to stay safe and keep that great attitude.

I am from a completely different state and I went in Target causally while I was in the area just to look for a another lunchbox for work. I went through the lunchbox when I was on the isle the lunchboxes were located to make sure the lunchbox had enough compartments for me. After I was satisfied with the one I wanted, I proceeded to the checkout line. I was stopped by a white woman who worked there while I was scanning the lunchbox to ask if she could look inside. I gave her the lunchbox with no issue. The issue was what she said and I kind of took offense to her statement “We have a lot of trouble kids that come through here . I’m trying to make sure you’re not one of them and that they’re trying not to get you in trouble.” I’m a grown woman pushing 30 and I’m a RN at a Piedmont in GA. You thought I was a child and plus you think I want to jeopardize my career over a lunchbox. No thanks .

I was in my car literally not even a minute waiting and they were already at my window with the stuff I ordered! The girl who brought my stuff to the window was incredibly bright and friendly. Fantastic customer service. Everything was in as-expected/great condition. 10/10 I would recommend to someone and I will most definitely be using Target drive-up again!

Just what I needed but couldnt find elsewhere.

Store is consistently clean and organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. I have always enjoyed going to this target, its one of my favorite places to shop/wander around in the Auburn/Opelika area!

My son and I were almost run over by 3 team members pulling red carts; I assume they were for the curbside pick-up people. Im not sure. Anyway, only one of them acknowledged that they even cam close to running us over.

This location always has better products on the shelves than the Columbus location. Clean store, shelves are not a mess, staff can answer questions and help, when you can track a person down.

DeAjuha Malloy was very helpful . I hope everyone can learn from her there . Best target I have been to .

The girl that worked cosmetics (didn’t get a chance to look at her name) today around 1 was extremely helpful! She had darker hair I think. Got me the perfect shade of foundation and was super sweet!

The Target employees were courteous, prompt, and friendly. My order was brought to my vehicle immediately. The process was smooth and flawless.

Deasia is an asset to this store. Very knowledgeable and personable. Great attitude and extremely helpful. Deasia is a great example to the other employees. She went out of her way to accommodate me.

It’s sad that in 2021 we live in a world so afraid and unaccepting of people being just who they are. I walked in this Target today just the same way I was born, with a visible face, and because I was different, they denied me business. Fortunately, I found the same items I was looking for at the Kroger just a few doors down, who are more accepting of a diverse range of individuals, even persons with whom they might have disagreements. Also more accepting is the Walmart on Opelika Road. Let us one day work to build a more loving and accepting world for all individuals, even ones who might trigger irrational fears in ourselves.

A Target manager literally chased me down and got within 2 feet of my face and instructed me and my older daughter to “mask up, or leave, as the statewide mandate states”. The mandate *actually says, that if I’m within 6 feet of another person not from household, that I should wear a mask. *I kept my distance, she did not, and was very rude. I already didn’t care for Target, but this sealed the deal. Very poor customer service.

The staff at Tiger Town Target is consistently courteous, friendly and helpful... except for one guy, but maybe he was having a bad day.

I normally love shopping here. But a cashier at self check-out was very rude to me. She pulled my items out of my bags and was touching everything. I wear gloves and mask for a reason. And I go thru self check-out to limit exposure to people. She pretty much defeated the purpose.

Target has items I cant find anywhere else. More importantly all of their associates are very friendly and helpful! Love my Opelika/Auburn Target!!!

Came in looking for a specific shampoo that I always buy and even though there wasn’t any on the shelf two of the workers looked in multiple places and tried their best to see if there were any more available in the store and provided excellent customer service!

They are conveniently located and the stores always have plenty of aisle space to maneuver which makes it easy the shop!They have a very good selection of items however I wish more of the items were made in the United States.But so many foreign made items especially items made in China. One would expect that those items being priced a lot cheaper... Target if youre going to cell cheaply made Chinese items at least price them cheaply to reflect that lousy quality!

Employees are always helpful. The store is clean and aisles are unobstructed.

I was staying in Opelika for Work and visited this location several times as it was close to my hotel. Before returning home I decided to return one item I purchased that I ended up not needing on this visit. The cashier at the return counter was extremely rude. I tried to make polite conversation with her, asked her how to pronounce her name she become very aggressive about it and then proceeded to tell me she was going to put my money back on my card I said no I paid cash and would like cash back she said im just putting this on a return merchandise card even through I had my receipt. Ask for a manager was told they were unavailable right now. This employees name is Deasia and she should NOT be in customer service.

I appreciate the ladies who work there being so kind and working hard to keep the lines moving!

Yall hooked me up with a credit card a while back and that was dope. Friends for life. Preesh.

A cashier came over to self check out and took items out of my cart and began yelling at me. The manager had to be called, I felt like I was assaulted by this employee. She was irate about items I bought. I will never go there again. This was approximately 8:20am and she had been witnessed yelling at other customers about items they bought. This employee should not be allowed to work at Target!! Or anywhere else in public!!

These get 5 STARS: Pros: several employees are TOP NOTCH!!!! Love love love most of the Starbucks folks! Miss the girl with really short dark hair!! 😩Service with a smile - even though they put up with non-empathetic bosses!!! The regular ol’ hourly people deserve so many atta-boys!!!There is one nice lady who may or may not be a supervisor- Susan. (I asked what her name was.) if she’s not, she should be!! also a thin dark haired guy - think he was called Abe - super helpful. Don’t know his role but he’s great.1 STAR—- Cons: bathrooms are always a mess even though employee log sheet shows it’s been serviced. They have to send out regular floor staff to get buggies during the day because they don’t always schedule trained buggy guys till late in afternoon.A boss asked the only person working Starbucks why they hadn’t got stuff from the truck stocked yet - it was 9 AM, and Starbucks person said “I’m the only one scheduled from 7:30 to noon and I can’t leave this unattended.” The “boss” huffed - sighed loudly and walked off with no comment.
