Great visit. The place was packed with college kids & families getting items for school. Still, the shelves were stocked and there was plenty of employees on hand. All the registers were open. Lines were fast. Good job B B & B.

This has the best customer service of any store in the universe! I have never been in there but what three to four sales people ask could they assist me. They are always pleasant and it is a great shopping experience. I highly recommend it.

I cant say enough good about the employees at this store. They always do their best to be helpful, and to help order items online if they dont have an item in the store that youre looking for. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that even though they have so many items, they often dont carry the right size or color thats needed. Still, we turn to them first when we need anything we think they might carry.

This place bewilders me. Much better to buy online because you go inside looking for some obscure item not sold at target or Walmart and do not find in their stores but only online. Then, you end up leaving with something you didnt want or something completely different.

Usually very friendly. I have shopped at Bed Bath and Beyond many times over. On a few purchases in my past I was allowed to use more than one coupon in different stores. I went here and purchased a cup and asked could I use more than one coupon and was quickly told “NO” almost in the ton of voice like you would talk to a child. The lady then told me the system wouldn’t allow it. Knowing that sometimes people can be wrong about what the system allows I then asked could she still try it. She quickly responded “No!” Then she changed her words from the system won’t allow it to we are not allowed to do that. She then said maybe on more than one item but not one item. I then remembered that I did purchase more than one item on my old transactions that I was allowed to use two coupons on. It explains it on the receipt. But the ton of voice she used to tell me “No” was not respectful. Also I have worked in retail and I would have still tried the coupon for the customer even if I knew it wouldn’t work. If they were not allowed to do it because of store rules then say that don’t lie and say the computer system won’t allow it.

Had what I needed. It was easy to find. There staff was very helpful.

I needed help in the curtain department. The young lady that helped me was courteous and helpful. She was also knowledgeable of the merchandise.

This is one of my favorite stores in Tiger Town. The store is very neat and organized.They carry everything from kitchen products to household items. Bed Bath & Beyond also has a selection of collegete items. The store is well stocked. They have a section of as seen on TV. As we walked in, the manager asked if they could help us find anything. The staff is friendly, the A.C. is cool and the restrooms are clean. Easy access in and out and easily seen as you pull into Tiger Town.

Excellent! We moved here recently and it was my first time to go to this store! A busy night. Found everything I needed. Even with long checkout line, service was quick, and staff were very helpful!

The store always feels overcrowded to me. Add to that the weird consignment shop layout of the floor plan, and I just get the feeling that Im somewhere I dont want to be. Weird, I know. But, good selection, okay prices, and stuff you cant get anywhere else...makes it a triple B store indeed.

Went there for 3-9 inch cake pans and a cake carrier. ...they didnt have either. They did offer to ship to my house, but I work during the day so no packages are left and it would mean an extra trip.

Always friendly staff, usually have what you need/want. I came in looking for a particular set of tongs to replace mine I lost while moving. Staff member asked if I was finding what I needed and when I replied, no he immediately jumped on the computer and looked up the tongs. Not available in store but he ordered them online and had them shipped to me! Just like that. Seems trivial but they are really cool tongs. Ok?

I got what I wanted at a good price, after coupons. I thought their curtains were expensive, though. Ill purchase elsewhere.

Too much junk. Most things are overpriced, sales and discounts are laughable but my biggest complaint is the store is so jampacked with stuff you can hardly move. The aisles are even filled with displays and bins full of stuff. I really dont like shopping here.

What a FANTASTIC crew! They didnt have what I wanted, they ordered it and because I live out of town is having it shipped!

It’s sad that the staff felt it was necessary to lie to a customer. There was a cart full of marked-down items and when I inquired about it, an employee told me it belonged to a customer who had left it to use the restroom. I watched an employee roll the cart to the back. I understand employees wanting a good deal but blatantly lying to a customer is just very poor customer service!

Could not find the Beyond aisle. I really needed a new universal remote.

My wife is in Ft. Benning for a TDY so I called ahead of time because she had been needing a water pillow. I called and talked to someone who I thought was very helpful she said she had looked up my item and had it I even asked her to set it aside for me because it was going to be at least an hour drive for my wife. She said she would.... My wife showed up and to my surprise no one knew anything about it and apparently they didnt even have that pillow. Idk what kind of service this is but I cannot believe that my wife drove there after I was told that it was set aside and she was told it was not. I am very disappointed with this because bed bath and beyond has always been one of our favorite stores. Too bad for the service that was experienced here.
