Excellent meat. Tony is a very nice butcher who knows his cuts and very friendly. Wish we had found him earlier. We got 4 ribeye steaks, some breakfast chops and his ground sausage patties. All are excellent in flavor and the cuts are perfect. We will be back on a weekly basis for our meat requirements. Thank you and well see you soon.

Excellent & Local. Fresh Cut means it isnt cut til you ask for it. You have not only a variety of cuts of meat to choose from such as New York Strip or Ribeye, but you get to choose how thick you want your steak! He even has demo steaks on display as examples. Very friendly and helpful. The steaks we cooked were delicious! He even sold us some meaty treats for our dog!
