As I was walking out of this store, the kid working the check-out area comes out and says I didnt pay. I produced a receipt that said otherwise. I dont know what about me made the kid think I was stealing, but I am certainly not shopping here again.

Customer service was great. Self check out great. Overall really think 5Below has figured out what it takes these days to satisfy customers needs. Thanks I will be shopping there often.

Five below is an excellent place to start your Saturday I would recommend that you should shop there every day!

Bought an Overwatch Monopoly, sign clearly reads $7 each. Checked out and it came up $10 each. Told the cashier that was working that the sign read $7, and she said NO, THEY ARE $10. We told her sign read $7, she said again NO, THEY ARE $10. I took a picture to be sure I wasnt mistaken.We asked for Corporate phone # to complain about miss prices item and her attitude, she said I DONT HAVE IT.Finally we asked for a manager, the manager came out, said nothing, no apology. Only said THE SUGN IS WRONG, THE SIGN SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHANGED She then politely returned the items that rang at $10, and rerang at $7.Not a nice experience, not worth $5, $7, $10, for the disrespect from an employee. I guess thats what $5 item/service gets you. I would rather go somewhere and pay more for better service.

I love the store! I was very surprised at the variety of inventory that they have available at such a cheap price! Almost completely self-serve! The customer service rep that greets customers at the door is always friendly! If youre looking for a quick stop and go place to shop for a last minute gift, this is your place! Walk in, grab what you want, check out and say goodbye...its that easy! The kid toy selection is awesome...and the t-shirts are so fun that I almost hesitate to tell anybody about them because they will be sold out!

They have a wide variety of make up & purfumes and gadgets to chose from. They also have some cute sock choices hanging nicely on the wall. It was a fun store to take the kids in to look around they enjoyed it.

They had good COVID-19 protocols in place. You can find the neatest things if you go there with an open mind. I found some 5mm yoga mats for $5.

I didnt go to this chain for a long time because I assumed it was a beer store. Once I finally ventured in and learned that this was actually a rich mans Dollar Tree, I was hooked.

This store is coolest. Always have cool neat items in the entire store for all those like.

Love this store! Such a fun vibe, great variety of items, great value (obviously), clean, such a friendly staff! As a homeschool mom I love all the extras I can use in our classroom!

The store was fine but unfortunately some customers came in without wearing masks. And while the store claims to require masks of its customers no one called it to attention or asked them to leave which made me uncomfortable and I chose to return my items to the shelf and leave . I hope in the future it changes but I will not be returning anytime soon.

Employees dont want to be bothered to check you out, they rather you check yourself out at self checkout. I was very uncomfortable when I went to the cashier line because employee was very upset that I didnt check myself out.
