Your typical Starbucks, good for a quick coffee and bite to ear with friends. Naturally wont compare to a local roaster, but more than enough for your average coffee lover. Kind and capable staff as well 👍

This location is the absolute worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too because 1/the are the SLOWEST STAFF EVER 2/their customer service is also awful!!! Seriously, there is no difference in wait time whether you go inside or thru the drive thru their explanation is that they make them as they appear in the lineup. In other words they don’t have staff to just work in one area or the other. Every Starbucks But this one has people making drinks for the drive thru & other staff making for inside.Their excuse has ALWAYS BEEN they are short staffed. It’s been this way for years!Why can’t they keep employees/Staff?

45 minute wait in the drive through and we ended up with the wrong drinks? I guess Im the stupid one for waiting that long. Also, whoever designed the parking lot and drive through for this Starbucks is mentally disabled. We will never go there EVER again.

Normally I am okay with Starbucks, but not this time…. The wait was almost 30 minutes for 3 cars…. Each car only has 1 drink…. My girlfriend and I got two very simple drinks…. Both of which ended up tasting disgusting….. complete waste of money for how much these outrageous cups of lukewarm milk costs……

Its Fall drink time! I was very happy to receive a certificate for a drink. I chose the new Apple Macchiato Latte... Iced, since it was 85°! Of crse it was sweet, but except for trying it hot, itll be the only one I get. Its a sugar thing! You can select milk/milk sub option, but no SF syrup option. I really liked the Apple Macchiato.Clean inside, barista that was cashier was pleasant...no one else spoke. Theyre a Unicorn 🦄 Girls room clean & actually has seat covers!

35 minutes in the drivethru and they were out of most sandwiches. I ordered the option they said they had only to learn at the window that they didn’t have that one either. Not their fault so I said no worries and just charge for the coffee. I then received the wrong coffee but accepted it just to get moving again. Rough shift

Worst Starbucks in the country. Stood in line patiently for over 10 minutes. Finally asked for my coffee after they lost my order and received luke warm coffee twice. Walked out without a refund. Bad management. Poor training. Table full of employees sat talking during all of this disaster. Go elsewhere or the gas station over the road. Rubbish place and service.

I called this location and somehow ended up speaking to the manager, Carly* (spell check) is her name, she was extremely helpful and even though it wasn’t her location that messed up my drink that morning I called her and asked if I could grab something to throw in it to make it taste better on my way to work (I would have obviously paid for it) and she said “unfortunately no there’s nothing I think we could add but I will make you another one in replace of it! I would hate for you to go to work and not have your morning coffee.” You can tell she loves her job and loves what she does. I needed that boost of joy that morning and I’m so thankful that I stopped in. As for her team, I am ALWAYS greeted when I get there and when I leave. Every single one of them have a smile on there face and are ready to SERVE. In today’s world, it’s hard to find people in the service industry that really love what they do, and I appreciate this location so much. You guys rock and I look forward to seeing you guys throughout the week. Keep doing what your doing and being a light to this dark world!

Ooooof. Didnt know it was so hard to pour cold brew in a cup and put ice in it in a timely manner. Especially when you are the only one inside the store with an order.....

3/4 of the cup was filled with coffee instead of cream which was a which was a very nice surprise!!

Having too much noise from machines and music and with a divider between plus masks on it was hard to hear. The person taking my order seemed impatient, frustrated and rude with me for some reason. My happy morning at that point seem to lose a little of its luster. And then a coffee was placed at the end of the counter with many other coffees and hardly a notification as to which one might be mine. Sorry, my experience is typically a good one @ Starbucks, just not today. ☹😡☹☕

Prioritizing the window and app orders while theyre only 2 people standing inside is pretty dumb. Theres no reason I should have to wait 10mins for a coldbrew.

Horrible experience. I ordered my favorite seasonal drink in the drive-thru. When I tasted it, after leaving, it was unrecognizable. Not only did it taste bad, but it was missing the toppings. I called and they said they could remake it. When I went back, I was not greeted, although there was no one in line. I explained the situation to the girl up front. Despite her attitude she began making it. When she brought it to me she informed me they did not have the toppings for the drink. Politely, I told her that I wouldn’t have ordered them had I known. Her reply, “I don’t think it changes the way it tastes.” I asked for the refund I had been offered over the phone. Without a word, she walked to the other end of the counter and stood by the cash register. The overpriced drinks are worth it because they are delicious and the service is top notch.but not today.

Tight to get in and out of the parking lot. Right on the corner with busy traffic zooming by. Not the quietest of spots. Most of the time I go through the drive thru. The one time I went in it took WAY longer to get my drink. I learned that day that drive thru is given priority... They do a good job making the drinks though. They stay busy.

Nice and convenient location. They are a little slow but overall okay. Difficult to see from the highway unless you’re familiar with the area because it’s not on the shopping plaza sign.

For everyone saying the service here is quick. I have one question. What Starbucks are you going to? This location has never been super fast, but its ridiculously long as of late. They honestly take longer to make a cup of coffee, than most places do to serve food.

Sorry if this is long winded, just frustrating. The hours weren’t updated this morning so they opened 2 hours late due to Covid reasons, understandable it’s a pandemic. BUT today was a cup release and I and several other saw the cups on the shelves at the original opening time at 0600am but when we came back at 0800 at the revised opening they told us what they had on the shelves is what they have. Where did they all go? The store wasn’t open, nor was the drive-thru. How are cups being sold when the store isn’t even open? Make it make sense.

I was rushing for work which was my fault and J.T. Greeted me at the Drive-through with a smile as well as Great Customer Service. Maisha was so nice to me over the phone and had Awesome Customer Service. Carley expressed Excellent Customer Service over the phone as well. I got my Beverage and Coffee Cake in Great Timing before work. This Starbucks is one of the best locations I have visited with a Excellent Staff. Thank you all for being Great!

Well, I went to the Tiger Town location. I would suggest going only if you desperately want a coffee. Because of the Covid, the inside is not open. You already know how the drive through is on a busy day. Its even worse now. Still great and friendly service though. I was in line around 45 minutes.

This morning. After paying $18 a listening ear of what my real order was suppose to be would be nice. What I ordered at the speaker was not what I received. Listen to the customer. Our words are not descriptive the same words you punch in your system for the team to prepare. Ordered plain not warm regular croissant glad I checked the bag... received a chocolate warmed croissant (interesting seeing the labels on the baggies) I did offer to return they were correct for not taking the chocolate back thru the window. But when the lady turned the team member behind her gave her a plain croissant warmed... not what I ordered again but its a croissant. I said its okay (as I looked at the baggie label. Other items I received were correct. Seemed as if.maybe she gave me another persons croissant (warmed) should I post this. I believe yes. Many enjoy Starbucks, sometimes listening to customers order is the advice on this post. Im sure ill be back thru the drive thru again... Enjoy your Christmas Eve as well

Too busy and not enough people working. Spent 22 minutes in drive through before ordering on the app and walking in for it. Altogether spent 37 minutes to get my drink.

Always a 10!!! This location stays pretty busy, but if you stop here, dont let the line fool you. They always keep it moving and get your order served quickly!

I came here at 8:40pm on January 9, 2021 and the person at the drive through said “we’re closed” in a rude tone. Google said that they were open, so did the Starbucks app. My assumption is that the employees were attempting to close the store before actual closing time. Maybe the closing time is incorrect on google and the Starbucks app? Might want to get that fixed!

My granddaughters and visit often for me an ice coffee in low fat and a cake pop. Awesome treat for a grandma

Just what I need when I am traveling.

We literally waited 30 minutes for two drinks. There was zero concern on the employees’ faces as the line grew longer and longer. I even watched the employee in the drive though texting on his phone multiple times. I told the girl my name as soon as I walked in because she asked if I had a mobile order. I realized after another customer asked if that was her drink sitting over there that mine had been there for who knows how long as well. 30 minutes!!!! We own a pharmacy and no one has EVER waited 30 minutes for prescriptions to be filled and we are one of the busiest pharmacies in the state. Won’t be back again.

Going through the drive-through, love how they are using your name asking for the order. Most may ask, but never use. Carly (spelling?) does the best job of them all. She asks at the beginning, uses at the beginning, then thanks you by name at the end. Im in the customer service industry & Carly is top-notch!! Thank you!!

Today I went to this Starbucks location. And I will say that it was the best service and quality of Starbucks products I have ever purchased. The Caramel hot latte was the best tasting latte I have gotten from a Starbucks location thus far. Highly recommend. :)

Slow and rude here. They take FOREVER on purpose. I advise you go somewhere else... there is a Starbucks in the target In Tigar town. The lady grinding the coffee had the worst attitude ever! Rude for what? This is on 8/1/20 5:15 P.M

Stood inside at the register with no one else around and wasn’t greeted or asked for our order for over five minutes. As I was about to place a mobile order, the guy finally took our order. After payment with the App, he didn’t even saying thanks or confirming the payment went through.I typed this while waiting for my drink. Seriously?

Call before you go. Closing time is 7:00pm currently, but Google maps has something else listed.

September 29th at 4:17pm Drive Thru... Cashier was rude and seemed confused on my 2 drink order cause he gave me 1 drink and said thats all! Im like I had 2 drinks coming. Just rude and act like it was an inconvenience to him. Not the 1st time so probably wont return... :(

My husband pointed to the advertised picture of a salted caramel frappe, they fixed him a salted caramel hot coffee. Barista was not friendly at all, could barely hear her when she called out names. I ordered a pumpkin cold brew, it tasted like vanilla. My husbands coffee tasted old. Will not go here again.

Drinks are good orders are usually right but every time I go and order inside it takes 10-15 minutes to get my drink which I guess is fine but like not really though. Adding to my review I came back and ordered an iced black coffee that took 19 minutes to make. The excuse was that they were waiting on the coffee which would be an incredible thing to have stocked at a coffee shop. They never offer a refund or to make things right. I dont know why I keep coming here I think its my own stupidity.
