I have called around to find prices at different places to see what their prices were, their availability and cost of Freon. Tiger Heating & Air beats all that were called! They came within the same day, fixed the problem and it didn’t cost an arm & a leg!! I would definitely recommend you call Tiger Heating & Air! Great service and he will be straight up with you.

First of all, the technician showed up 2.5 hours late to refill the Freon in our AC unit. But being late was only the start of it. We discussed the possibility of having a full unit replacement because he said if the Freon kept running out then that meant it was probably time to replace the unit. So with that said, we weren’t planning to spend a ton of money on Freon since doing that repeatedly meant there was a problem. He then continued to agree he would fill only 4lbs of Freon but instead filled It with 8.5 lbs without consent, skyrocketing our bill. Let’s just say they will not be the ones replacing my Air Conditioning unit when that time inevitably comes.All being said, I would never recommend this company. Despicable display of business ethics.

When I first called Tiger Heating and Air on Aug 9th, I was pretty pleased with the quick service that I received from this company. But after my experience with them over a new problem I am very disappointed. I wouldnt refer them to a dog house if it needed to be cooled down. My a/c unit stopped working Aug 29th, I called the owner and he was suppose to get back to me within an hour. I called his phone atleast fifty times from my phone and numerous times from my husband and unpublished as well. I finally get in touch with him today and he schedules the appointment for noon- 1pm my time (which is 11a-12p their time). I am sitting here in a hot house waiting on the a/c man... its almost one pm my time and he calls me just before and tells me that he isnt coming out today I needed to call the warranty company and have them schedule someone else to come out. there are plenty of contractors in Phenix City that could come out today (did he call them and ask to see, hell no), he tells me that there is no way that he can come out he has an emergency at the hospital. that is understandable but why cant you send someone other than yourself to check my unit? He tells me that it isnt that hot outside that it could wait till Monday. This man knows that I have seven month old child as well as a four year old and he has the balls to tell me that it can wait because it isnt hot? The next time my baby throws up on me I will make sure I call him so she can do it to him. she cant be in the heat she has too many problems for it and he is not worth the time of day or the money you will spend. CALL SOMEONE BETTER, PLEASE!!!
