I have been going to a eye doc in a box for years and was so tired of the inconsistency. I decided to try Whatley family eye doctor. I will NEVER go to another eye doctor. I loved this place! They were extremely professional and friendly. They cared about my needs. I didnt feel like just a number to them, which is very common these days.

THE ONLY REASON THEY GOT ONE STAR IS FOR HOW SWEET THE RECEPTIONISTS ARE! I made an appointment for my daughter, due to nothing but great reviews, I didnt even mind the waiting for over a month for the appointment... having been there now, I can only assume that they erase the honest reviews. Took my daughter out of school, went to the appointment, that they verified with me 4 DIFFERENT TIMES, filled out the paperwork, and waited.......to have a not so nice older blonde lady come and tell us that they made a mistake, and the Dr. REFUSES to take patients under a certain age( that being the age of 10)This place is THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE I HAVE EVER SEEN, AND I WILL DEFINITELY LET PEOPLE KNOW. Last time I checked DISCRIMINATION is a big no no....and that includes age. Funny how they definitely made sure to get the insurance info, and I will definitely let the insurance company know that if they charge them anything, they may need to take legal action.

Ive only started going here, but have found them to be very knowledgeable, accommodating, and professional. Dr Whatley is great. He listens, takes time with you, and explains things in an easy to understand manner. I was very impressed with him and all staff.

I have been going here for years and they always get me in and out. Dr. Whatley is super friendly and answered all questions. Glasses came in within a week, and they got then adjusted and sitting perfectly!!

My mom had her yearly eye exam at another location and the new glasses were too expensive; therefore, we brought her current frame and prescription to your location in order to get them filled.I received a text Friday July 3rd stating her glasses were in but we couldnt pick them up until today. We showed up and her glasses were not there, and the receptionist said we didnt leave them. We left them with the lady in the back and she walked them forward to the front where I paid the receptionist.They lost my moms glasses and the receptionist could have cared less stating, well I didnt lose them. Yes, you did. Eventually someone took us in the back in the back and stated that they would have to review the security camera as proof we did indeed leave them. Okay, fine I have no issue with that. Then she proceeds to tell me that the person that has the authority to review the cameras is traveling and out of the office for 3-weeks. This is a problem.My mom is 81-years old and really needs her glasses. Those were her main frames and the purpose of her leaving them there was to have sent them off and have the lenses input. To be fair they reimbursed the $195 I paid for the replacement lenses, but she needs her original frames in order to get them replaced at another location.I am seeking the frames we originally left there to be found and I do not think I am being unreasonable. Unfortunately, waiting three weeks is not an option and it should not be since your office lost them in the first place. I honestly feel the staff could care less and it is very disheartening.

My son and I come here and we love it. They’re quick, efficient, and the doctors are excellent. The staff is knowledgeable and have always answered my questions. Highly recommend!!

I have never been a big eye doctor fan but my experience was amazing! No dialation! Great and personable staff!! The appointment and getting the right set of frames was quick easy and most importantly painless!!!!

My kiddos love going to the eye doctor because of the cool lady with the cool big pair of metal glasses (they are 6 and 7). I cant ever get them in the phone though, I always have to go in to make a appointment and I honestly think thats a waste of my gas and time.

Both doctors here and very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff is very friendly and polite. This is the only place in town I go to for an eye check ups, contacts, and glasses.

Dr. Whatley has taken care of my husband, my six children, and me for about twenty years. He is kind, thorough, and very good at what he does. I have recommended him to others and always get a great response. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Whatley is great. He is knowledgeable, kind, and the only saving grace of this place. His receptionist and other employees however are extremely rude.

Dr. Whatley has been my eye doctor for 20 years and has always taken great care of me. I have gotten glasses and contacts from him and when I had Lasik done he was happy to help me find a great place to do it at and did all my pre and post op appointments.

Horrible customer service. Misrepresentation of good and services. Overcharged for services after being told different prices by different staff members. No one was one the same page. Office manager basically called my wife a liar when asked about it. Reported to BBB.

Horrible customer service!! Very rude manager; When I called to complain she hung up in my face and wouldnt answer when I called back. I ask to speak to someone over her and she made the statement, thats the doctor and he doesnt come to the phone.. I requested a contact appt for my son and he was seen for glasses and no solution was offer for the mishap.
