As I walked in you could tell it was a fun environment. the music was a perfect fit for an ice cream shop and the employees had so much energy. after giving me time to decide and multiple samples they were patient and made me my ice cream and complimented my outfit. totally coming back!

Its so bad that you ruined someones birthday cake like this. Why did you crumple a precious cake in a cookie box?

This is a very good place to buy ice cream. Maybe you can find better than this but is wellI enjoy my ice cream!

When my friends and I came in I was served by a girl with red and brown hair. She was friendly and greeted us as we walked in, she gave us time to make our decision, and served us swiftly. As we sat in the lobby she continued to serve other customers or other tasks. This experience was so enjoyable and her service was extremely pleasant.

I went and it was such a happy environment. The employees were so friendly, helpful, and made suggestions for combinations I could try. The ice cream was delicious as well. 10/10 would come back.

We used to love this place before COVID, this was our first time back and we were not impressed. My husband was served by a young boy who was obviously some employees kid. He was eating and did not wash his hands before serving. When we were checking out I was warned by another customer that there was a cockroach crawling on my foot. In informed the ladies behind the counter and they just stared at each other and said nothing. I dont think well be back. So sad that this place has gone down hill.

Terrible service. i would give it a 5 star if it wasn’t for the african american lady with red hair. she acted as if i was a burden to her. she scared off a kid at the door as well. this ice cream chain is one of my favorites, but this staff did not live up to the other friendly ones. the other staffs made my ice cream better. she just folded it together and slapped it on my cone. she gave me multiple dirty looks. she needs to be taken care of.

Visited your location in Tiger Town today and had a less than good experience. The lady who helped us had a bad attitude. I try to always say hello but she was short with us. When we were leaving my friend actually commented that she wanted to ask for more toppings however she was scared to do so. I understand that people are stressed and understaffed right now but they were not busy at all. Kindness goes a long way.

The first time I went, it was good. The second time, I felt unwelcome. The African American girl with red hair had a horrible attitude, got aggravated when I asked for a sample. She was sarcastic and put no work into my ice cream, unlike the one I had before. She needs to be fired.

Great customer service. Homemade ice cream with delicious flavor. I would recommend the usage of food gloves to prepare the ice cream. They did have the flamin hot cheetos icecream. Give them a try.

A piece of my childhood! I would come to marble slab with my family for special occasions growing up and they have not changed their style since! (If it isnt broken, dont fix it!) Friendly staff and delicious ice cream!

Not sure the name of the worker but there was a taller girl working when I came in the other night and as soon as I walked in the door she rolled her eyes and was rushing my family the entire time. She was just very rude to all of us and made me and my family feel very unwelcome. The other workers seemed kind from what I could tell, but I had to give a 1 star simply because the attitude of the girl helping us.

You dont go to a ice cream shop to face bad moods and attitude. This goes for the store manager and worker that was there at 4:45pm on 04/20/21. The owner needs to do a better job with hiring and training.

I recommend finding a different ice cream shop. They have very little seating and we had to go over and use Moes seating outside.

They put their toppings up an hour before they close. They had mopped the floor right before we came in and looked at us like they didnt want us to come in.. The two girls looked at eachother and told us they didnt have anything we asked for and they didnt have the stuff to make a milkshake so we just left. We were there at 9:15pm they dont close until 10pm. Good ice cream but bad business.

Friendly place, I enjoyed my icecream but not my waffle cone. It was really hard and not easy to chew, at first I thought it was Stale. Other than that the service was nice, the place was clean, the icecream was good, and the outdoor seating wasnt nasty and sticky

Over priced artifical flavored ice cream that was just not good. 5.00 for a small scoop in a paper cup.

I ask for a 🍌 banana shake with a fresh banana and Graham cracker added. Absolutely the best I have ever had! We made another visit on November 1st and the music was way too loud! The young employees need to understand that its not a club! Turn the music down so people can place orders with yelling or they can hear from the employees! I had to ask the employee to repeat himself because it was so loud.

Love the banana splits and the homemade Rum ice cream is awesome 😍

It’s past 12:30 pm and they still haven’t opened the doors, even though it is posted on their front door that they are open at 12 pm now. This place doesn’t seem like they are prepared on time.

Out of 4 employees, only one was actually doing anything. One was mad when asked to make a shake and one was busy talking to her boyfriend! Terrible service, though the one girl was trying her best!

Horrible customer service. The place is being run by teenagers with zero customer service skills. Im assuming there is a young couple working there and they played around while.intried to place my order. There were flies flying around and my daughters milk was watered-down.

I love freshly made ice cream. Fun to watch them mix your favorite dish on marble chilled slab, hence the name. If you dont tolerate milk, etc. Eat before you go and get a smaller serving if you can! Very clean.

I wish I didn’t even have to give one star. I came in to get ice cream and it was watery, so I asked fora new one . They refused to make me another one, and then they refused to give me my money back . The police was called on my family and I for no reason at all. We were discriminated against for wanting proper customer service . We were also never offered anything . Horrible place and management was pathetic . Also the ice cream doesn’t taste as good as it has in the past years . I will happily not be returning . Please go elsewhere .

Ice cream not overly sweet which I appreciate. The girls behind the counter had zero personality nor spent time in the customer area even though there was only 4 total customers inside. For the environment I consider the product overpriced.

75 cents for an empty paper cup! Really? The ice cream is fine, but if one is paying 4.5 bucks for a silly scoop of ice cream, the last thing you can do is to give a paper cup for free!

Very good icecream with great mix-ins. The Pumpkin mixed with Cinnamon is one of the best combinations in existence I am pretty sure. Staff is friendly and helpful, and while prices are high, you get ice cream that tastes like it costs.

I used to come here all the time and get good, friendly service and good milkshakes. I came today at 5:30 PM and only saw one smile (with 4 employees here) and had very rude service. They served people who came after me before checking me out, so my milkshake melted. When I asked for something different, the guy in charge refused and made me another watery, tasteless milkshake. I couldnt taste any cheesecake at all. And he was very rude about it. It was the worst cheesecake shake Ive ever had and it was the most expensive, at $6 for a small. I had a better cheesecake shake at Cook Out yesterday for $3. The management has declined here and I will not return.

My boyfriend & I were on an outing so we decided to stop by marble slab. The ice cream was absolutely delicious. I chose the double chocolate mixed with alomnds& my boyfriend had sweet cream & double chocolate mixed with peanut butter.

This place doesnt even deserve one star if Im being honest. I believe this is the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I came in to get some ice cream with my mom before catching a flight back home and the worker whos name tag read ARIEL waited on me. Granted I had a special request that I get my ice cream in a bigger cup so it didnt melt during the 40 mile drive to my sister who was craving it. Not only did she not put it in a bigger cup, she rolled her eyes and gave so much attitude I had to walk out and will not ever be coming back. Just a heads up to anyone coming in expecting decent customer service, just turn around and go somewhere else.

Wish i didn’t even have to give it one star. service was awful. she was sitting down and ignored me when i walked in. not to mention there were only five flavors of ice cream available. i’ve been to marble slab before and was disappointed i could not get my favorite flavor which is strawberry. they didn’t even have vanilla the most basic of all ice creams. this is pathetic and this place has really gone down hill. won’t be surprised when there is a vacant spot where marble slab once stood.

They were pretty busy and the service was actually super fast! Tons of flavors and options to choose from plus you can now get waffle cones in a bowl which is neat.

Its ok on ice cream but their milkshakes have been pretty watery the last couple of visits. They seem to be constantly out of any brownie-esque item when I arrive (around 6-8pm). Service has been super slow recently and they have messed up my orders the last 3 times (spanning over the last 3-6 months). Its ok ice cream and would be great if they were a little faster and got my orders right.

We got there 7 minutes before closing and they were not willing to serve us. They were rude and i would strongly encourage stricter emphasis on good customer service policies!

The comments about the service are accurate.Please beware if you have nut allergies: the store must have been out of regular fudge brownies when I went, so my server used one with almonds. I noticed their inclusion when my order was handed to me, but there was never any mention of it to me by the clearly uninterested employee. This kind of negligence could literally kill someone.

I usually love going to Marble Slab for ice cream. The ice cream is always delicious, but the service at this location made me my whole experience unpleasant. There were 3 teenagers working at the time we went in and it was obvious that none of them wanted to be there, or cared about what they were serving. The young man who helped me and my boyfriend was slow and unaccommodating. I asked for something specific (and really not complicated at all) and he refused to make it, even though I have had it done the same way at other locations. All of the employees were being very lazy and almost rude to the customers walking. EXCEPT for one lady who walked in after we had already paid for our ice cream. It was clear that she knew the young man and he had no problem smiling and helping her with anything she needed in a timely manner. So frustrating to see an employee treat everybody worse than just the people they know personally.

Went early in the evening and there wasnt much of a crowd, so got lots of good attention from those working. The service was really good, and the employees very friendly. That some items were in the back because of broken shelves suggested a little more car could go in to the franchise by the owner / operator.

We came in 15 minutes to close for some ice cream and while were ordering they put away half the toppings (including cookie dough) in the cooler behind the counter. Now, cookie dough in my ice cream is the reason I came here. I ordered my ice cream and asked if there was any cookie dough and she just shook her head. Probably wont be coming back anytime soon.

Ice cream is good here if a bit overpriced. But Id go back again because it is delicious and theres lots of choices.

This place has great ice cream and there is no problem with the staff. If you go here, I recommend getting the coffee flavored ice cream.

The ice cream is delicious but the service is horrendous. I came in with a coupon that I have used at the same location before that had apparently been wrongly explained to me during my previous visits. Instead of politely correcting my mistake and apologizing for the previous misunderstanding that I had been led to believe, I was insulted and argued with by the girl behind the counter and then shouted at by the manager who threatened to fire every employee that had ever allowed me to use the coupon before. Despite me remaining calm and unaggressive, I and my friend were embarrassed in front of the other customers. I am very disappointed in the hostile response I received because this had previously been one of my favorite ice cream places in the area. Im not sure I will ever go back now.

I unfortunately decided not to get anything. The cashier was scratching and rubbing her eyes vigorously. Instead of stepping away to wash her hands, she proceeded to pass out ice cream samples.She also took cash payments & went directly back to scooping ice cream without clean hands. Yuck.

They have the worst customer service and the outside smells like sewage and you can’t enjoy eating outside. My daughter got a huge waffle cone and couldn’t eat it and wanted to take it home... they wanted to charge me .60 for a bowl!!! Does not make sense. It is typical service at this location.
