If I could give them a 0, I would. DO NOT USE LINCARE, they are incompetent, lazy and rude! I was told a nurse was on the way with the equipment I needed, she never came. I went to pick it up myself, was there before 5pm, and they were too lazy to pick up the phone to order the medication because it was too close to time for them to close.
Customer service is poor, do not recommend them at all! I would give them a zero if available. Rachel from Lincare, doesn’t do her job, denies talking to you, hangs up on you or just doesn’t answer her phone. You will have a better relationship with the answering service. They will order you products without your approval and you will never see them. You will get billed for supplies you never order!. Don’t be put on auto call order, because you will get phantom supplies without your approval. To solve any issue is a head ache will take you 7 months, if resolved at all. She will give you a run around. She feeds you just enough information to satisfy for that call, if she takes your call. What a head ache!!!
My father in law is coming home from hospice tomorrow and they will provide oxygen. We told lincare to come get their equipment and they said no. They call our case worker and lie and say the family wants to keep using them for oxygen. Do not use this company poor ethics and unreliable equipment.
Worker delivered my nebulizer to my home.Very friendly and helpful.Instructed me how to use machine.I signed paperwork and we were done.This was a very convenient way to get medical supplies.
Mother in law went on Hospic July 11th, called to pick up oxygen and supplies. Called 3 other times. She passed away 18th of July. Called 2 other times still as of today August 10th no response. Poor service would definitely not recommend.

Lincare came and took my grandmothers Oxygen from her home. She is old and didnt turn in a piece of paper that could have been faxed with a simple phone call..... They took her OXYGEN..... Not her car or house we are talking about taking someones breathe of life. In what way is it right to take that from her or anyone for that matter....... I am speechless in the lack of care and concern that I have received. But I will say this....I will put this out as open as I can .... Do not rely on LINCARE... They DO NOT CARE about you or your loved ones!!!!!!!!
Lin-Care will not pick up the hospital bed that was delivered to my home in June. It has been no longer needed since 4 July. Its now 25 Aug. Maybe Ill sell it
Service is very poor. You have to be forceful to get any response.
