I bought several pieces of furniture from Joe Smith this past weekend. I did a lot of shopping before, but decided to go with Joe Smith for several reasons listed below.First, their location was pretty convenient and easy to find... right off of the highway actually. They told me that all of the inventory on display is in stock, which was nice to know. Everything is boxed up, brand new and ready to be picked up upon purchase, if you choose (they’ll also hold if you need). So I was able to purchase everything that morning and they actually set up delivery for me the SAME DAY... which cost me a little extra and is provided by a third party delivery service that Joe Smith uses. They were ON TIME and even called me ahead, so that I could plan accordingly. I remember having some appliances delivered recently by a large retail store and their delivery was a nightmare!Second, quality and the fact its brand new. Sure, I looked quite a bit on Craigslist and thought about buying used. However, Im just not thrilled about using used furniture when I have an option of buying something brand new for a competitive price. My expectations werent too high with quality though, since I saved so much money... however, I was pretty impressed. Since everything comes in boxes... you do have to put some of it together. And Im definitely not a DIY (Do It Yourself) kinda person, but I put together my entire sectional in about 15-20 mins. So VERY easy to say the least.Lastly, and most importantly... PRICE!!! Its just AMAZING how competitive their prices are and I know first hand, since I did so much shopping around. I went to a large retail store the week before and found an identical sectional (same feel, look, cushion, warranty, etc.) and the retail store was literally about 53% HIGHER. I wasted hours and even days, so my biggest regret is not finding out about Joe Smith sooner. One of the employees mentioned that they’ve been in business a while, sad I didn’t find them sooner, but Im certain theyll stay VERY busy. I will definitely be back soon to furnish my guest room and will send them plenty of referrals.Thanks again Joe Smith!!

This place is amazing. We moved in March to a new home and needed a new table set to fit our kitchen. We saw this place recommended on local moms groups and decided to check it out. I had a vague idea of what I wanted but it wasnt in the store for display. The owner did an amazing job on showing me options and narrowing down choices and got me spot on within only a few minutes of talking.Delivery was fast and after the guys left we realized part of the table had a crack in it. They contacted us immediately and manager fixed the whole replacement with the furniture brand and made it a seamless experience for us. They truly go above and beyond. Will go here for all our furniture needs in the future.

Bought 2 sectionals and a chair here 5 months ago. In less than 3 months, the seams started to tear. I called the store and they have NO WARRANTY whatsoever. The prices are good, but dont be fooled! The furniture will fall apart with normal use and you will have completely wasted your money on furniture that is awful quality. DO NOT SHOP HERE. IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

NO FREE DELIVERY! Not only will you charrged $55 if you want delivery...but, youll likely have to help load and unload also! I was shocked when asked by the owner, after I had already paid for the service, if I would mind helping with the delivery. I didnt mind..but I shouldnt have been charged FULL delivery fee. Plus, the delivery driver got his truck stuck in my yard! The furniture here isnt exactly top notch...its reasonable pieices at reasonable prices.

Bought a sectional here and it broke within 5 months.
