This place is definitely a hidden gem!! My pregnant daughter and I went there to look around and ended up buying many items because the prices were great and there was a huge selection. Also the sales associate was very helpful and friendly. I would suggest this to any expecting mother or anyone with kids. They also have maternity clothes for sale in this store which is very convenient.

Went to sell clothes here and the moment I walked in she said “next time you need to come first thing in the morning because at the end of the day I am tired of looking at clothes all day”. It was 4:30 and they do not close until 6. I had 3 bins of clothing so I told her I could come back again another day. She proceeded to say “oh no, you’re here now”. She was extremely rude. The lady who just stocks the floor (doesn’t do pricing for clothing) was pretty nice. But the lady who gives pricing (she has twins) was extremely rude. Also, wouldn’t recommend taking your maternity clothes here. I had a huge bin full of pea in the pod clothing and dresses and they offered $75. That’s the price of one dress. Wouldn’t recommend this shop as I felt uninvited the moment I walked in.

This shop gets an A+ rating from me. The merchandise is displayed in an easy to navigate fashion. They choose items for sale carefully and the quality is better than other local re-sale childrens stores. I feel like a valued customer whenever I shop and made to feel welcomed.

Went here with my wife & kids. We felt welcome & got a ton of really cool stuff for about $140 including 4 pairs of shoes, 7 outfits, a few sweaters & jackets, & two really cool toys that our kids love. Some stuff still had tags and the other stuff was like new condition. Everything we got was great quality & we cant wait to go back.

Small store but great prices on toys and strollers.

The owner of this store is very rude and off putting. The sign on the front door says, “Enter with a happy heart” and this is not at all reciprocated when entering. The sales person working the floor was the only joyful one who exhibited a decent attitude. My mother sat down a bouncer and a swing and before she could even take her hands off the item, the owner made a snide remark. “We don’t need anymore bouncers.” The sales lady said that she would double check the inventory and to please leave it. The owner must not have been happy with the comment and proceeded to make a second snide remark, “I’m not sure I will be able to get the stain out of it.” While I understand stained items are not acceptable, the stain was so faint that it was missed when packing up items to sell to the store. We acknowledged the comment politely and said we didn’t see the stain, we’re sorry. The owner proceeds, again, make a third snarky comment and say “Well do you see it now” in a very rude tone. At that point, I quickly realized that the store was not the place to continue my business with. I stepped outside to consult my mother about what had occurred, out of respect for the owner’s customers she had inside. I went in and advised that I have changed my mind and will be taking my things with me. The owner was yet again was rude to my mother and only took responsibility for saying she didn’t need any more bouncers. I advised her it was not her comments but the way she conducts herself and her business. She was then very sarcastic in the way she advised of her closing greeting of “Have a great day.”After reading several reviewers and mentions of rudeness from this store, it is apparent that the owner is in fact the one that needs to “Enter with a happy heart” and not the customers.Sellers and buys beware. There are several other facilities that will gladly accept business without the rude, snarky, snide and sarcastic behavior.

The shop manager was very friendly and helped me pick out an sit me up seat for my 5 month old son. I asked if they bought bouncers since I had one that I was looking to sell. She said yes and to bring it in soon. I took it in later that day and she immediately bought it and I got a good amount of money for it. I also got some cute clothes for a good price. Will definitely be going back for more clothes and to sell more equipment once my son outgrows it.

I’ve been buying and selling for a while at Moon Babies. The ladies that work in there have always been so kind. They even let the kids play in the “play kitchen/train table” area while I shop. They even help me when I carry my 4 month old in. They have always been helpful and we enjoy going there.

I have shopped this store serveal times. Yesterday i went it and felt like i was followed and watched by the OWNER making me feel like i was stealing(with my 5 month old) i went in again today to sell some things and gpt a whole 14DOLLARS and refused to take half of my stuff.(none of it stained most of it BRAND NEW) i made a few small purchase but WILL NOT BE RETURNING... The OWNER is SOOOO RUDE didnt even speak at all to anyone!!!!Also to add the claim to not take walmart stuff??? They had the most nasty pair of WALMART BRAND SHOES that i wouldnt let my friends dog wear. And a bunch of shorts and shirts that were very worn and stained up.

Im from PA visiting family and we have a nice childrens second hand place near where I am but this one really stood out. Very very well organized and spacious so you could see everything very well... you know sometimes those places can be like a treasure hunt more than a shopping experience, but not here. Very impressed. I wouldve bought a lot more but those pesky airplane bag weights.

They are picky about what they buy which ensures only the best items are put out on the shelves. Clothes are always in perfect condition and great prices on everything. This store is so awesome!! I’ve sold and purchased many items and can greatly appreciate the fact that they take there time to look over the items brought in, to insure they are in the best condition possible. I can honestly say that I know when I buy something from here, it is clean, stain free, not piled (little balls of fabric from being worn and washed to many times) and in “like new” conditions!! They work so hard to make sure there costumers are completely satisfied.

My mother and I went into Moon Babies and found lots of great clothes for my daughter on the way, at excellent prices. My mom even bought a gently used Pack n Play to keep at Mimis House! We loved Moon Babies and will definitely be back. The owner (Rhonda) was working and was so polite as well as the other woman working the register. They also offer a military discount!

Love the organization. Clothes are in great shape for a decent price. They always have nice swings and toys as well. For anyone looking for gently used resale this is a great place to shop.

Very disappointed in the quality of clothing on the shelves. Most of them look very worn out and dingy/faded. When you take nice, name brand clothes/items in they dont want to buy them. The store used to be good but not anymore. If they keep it up they wont last long. I have been going to sell clothes and buy for a couple years now. After today I wont be back. Seems everyone has started using swip swap pages anyways. Cut out the middle man.

I’m probably the easiest person to get along with but every time I step foot in here the workers are so rude it’s actually sickening. I spent probably $300 here once buying things for foster children and my own children and the entire time checking out the lady had an awful attitude. I’ve brought things to drop off for them and EVERY TIME (it never fails) I get some snooty remark from the girl behind the counter (which crazy enough I think is the “owner”) and a long exhale. Taking my business elsewhere, and I recommend you do too.Also I’d like to add, every review that’s left about the RUDENESS, they completely ignore. Either they are aware of how rude they are or they’re just continuing to be rude just like they are in the store.

Wonderful store that keeps a large and varied inventory. Their buyer has a keen eye. Cannot beat the prices for the quality of their gently used products.

This place is lacking of taste. Most of the clothes are ugly, lack of winter clothes or the racks are empty. They need to step up their games . I was also offer $30 for a huge box of kids items with tags .... Not even the price of one the new Kipling’s backpack included in the box... not worth the trip

Store owner is extremely rude! I have sold many things to this resale store but seller beware...if you dont accept the offer they give you for the items you take to them, the owner will tell you we spent a lot of time going through your things, so maybe this isnt the store for you. Basically, dont take your items to them unless youre willing to take their offer. Mind you I took a lot of my own time to pack a huge bag full of things and they only wanted 3 small things! So whos time was wasted???

I called the store to inquire about baby jumpers and they told me they had 1 in stock for $45 and it was finding nemo themed. I asked if they could hold the item for me and they said they would which was nice. When i arrived at the store i noticed the jumper was broken. It was missing the large stingray and 2 hanging toys. From a quick check i noticed there were a few scratches and when i unclipped a toy there was some gunk around the base of the clip but nothing some lysol wipes and a good cleaning could not remove. So against my better judgement I took the jumper to the register and asked the cashier if they would be willing to discount the jumper to $40 because of the missing piece. She immediately became flustered with me and got defensive. She told me it was already discounted to a fair price because it was disney. I didnt care about it being disney but I also dont have a lot of experience with shopping second hand for children and there were a lot of customers in the store so I felt rude for even asking and just agreed to purchase it. Even though when I called to inquire i was told the price and was not told the item was broken and missing 3 toys. The cashier had also mentioned the item was still usable and had been through 2 babies I am not sure how she knew this unless she had personally owned the item or something. I took the item to my car and sat it down and realized the base felt very wobbly. I had to take it apart to fit it into my trunk and when I did I noticed all the metal bars inside were rusting. The item was not safe. I took it back inside and returned it which they gave me no issue with but my fear is that they most likely will try to resale it again knowing it is unsafe. The whole experience was awful and I feel like it is very dangerous for this store to be selling equiptment for infants that they are not THOROUGHLY checking. I ended up finding another jumper at a different resale location with no missing peices, no crumbs or gunk, no rust that literally looks brand new for $39.99. So I have concluded that this store does not check its merchandise well enough and is overpriced.

The owner of this store is great! I enjoy talking with her and doing business with her. The lady who I had to communicate with today was a different story. I came in to sell a few things and while she was helping the person before me she was staring me down like I was going to steal something and then was very snoody when I handed her my things. She barely spoke to me. She turned away my diaper bag which was in perfect condition but said she wouldn’t take it because of a small dark spot on the inside of the bag. Now I understand they can’t buy everything that everyone brings in but her attitude toward me was very offputting.

Absolutely love this place! Clothes are like new, toys are like new as well. The only resale store I shop at, for the grandkids!

I am a full time working mother of 2 children. Getting out to shop for them is quite difficult if you know what I mean. MoonBabies has continued to EXCEED my expectations in so many ways. Rhonda (the owner) and Debbie (store manager) are always so polite in greeting upon arrival and with a smile. They remember you, your children and upon returning greet you by name, now tell me the last place you went where that happened! They remember your style/what your looking for and when visiting will let you know of any new pieces/items that have come in or will even notify you if something comes in that youve indicated youre looking for. Let me say how very caring the Moonbabies Family is. How truly refreshing that is in the society we have become to live today. The selections offered are always of great quality (clean, current style, not faded or torn, not pilled, not cheap, etc.), some new with tags and others EUC. All at what I consider to be extremely fair and even below average in consignment pricing. Ive found numerous boutique brand/high end pieces (MJ, Smocking, Jelly the Pug, Janie & Jack, Nike, Under Armour, Gap, Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren), both NWT and EUC all well below other local children consignment store pricing. Along with purchasing Oshkosh, Carters, etc at what I consider a steal. Ive purchased a variety of shoes for my son and daughter, such as Livie & Luca, Squeakers, L’Amour, See Kia Run, Converse, Nike and Under Armour. The book/puzzle/toy selections they have are out of this world, my son/daughter always find something new there. I find that MoonBabies is diligent in posting pictures/videos of new arrivals, “hot” items just in, holiday (upcoming) pieces & current sales happening on their Facebook page. The store is clean, organized, open and nicely laid out and is easy to manage your way through and locate items. The restroom has always been clean, when I or my kiddos made a visit. I give this small local business 10 stars for their dedication to their customers, quality of merchandise and customer service. I look forward to my next visit.

The lady that works here stereotyped me as a thief and cheap. Aparently she thought I was going to steal a pair of shorts I picked up for my son because she snatched them from me with an excuse of Ill hold this behind the counter for you. Other ladies were in shopping with more items than I had and she didnt offer to hold their items. Then she said the shoes I was looking at were expensive and pointed to another area where the cheap ones were located. I would have left if it hadnt been for my mother-in-law wanting to buy something for my son.
