Awesome bagel sandwiches. I had the Clementine, A ham and turkey sandwich with LTM. The steamed bagel is really good, and the Toffee Crunch Heaven iced coffee drink compliments the sandwich nicely. The coffee drink was very flavorful and the service was very quick and the two young ladies preparing the food and drink were very nice and friendly.

Really chill vibe inside. Nice staff. The food was really good! Had the chicken rice bowl and the Edison. Will be a regular here for sure.

Finally got to check this place out. Love the coffee and bagel options and the bagel breakfast sandwich I ordered was delicious and the iced latte was perfect as well. Use the Wi-Fi to do some work while meeting with somebody so it was the perfect atmosphere.

Friendly staff, great selection of unique bagels, great atmosphere, reasonably priced for the size of the bagels. Definitely going back.

Brad, Matt, and Marissa at the Orange Park Mall location are the absolute best. Attentive to refilling drinks and making sure my boyfriend and I are always well taken care of. Amazing and friendly conversations every time we visit while they maintain the stand. Definitely the best place to relax and have a drink after shopping!

One of the best sandwiches Ive ever had! Just stopped in and got a toffee crunch heaven frappe coffee drink and a steamed bagel sandwich called “The Zeppelin”. My drink was so delicious! Smooth and creamy! My sandwich had turkey with provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. They actually steam the bagel with the meat and cheese first. I’ve never had a better sandwich. Totally gourmet. 5 Stars. Highly recommended!

Second time and both times have been excellent. Sandwiches are bomb, but the 5 grain and chicken bowl is my new favorite. Coffee choices are excellent as well as smoothies and gelato. Nice menu all around and nice quiet atmosphere.

We went in this morning for the Grand opening and they gave us our breakfast bagel sandwiches, and the sausage and eggs were frozen in the middle. The staff acted like they didnt even care. I wont be surprised when I hear of someone getting food poisoning from this place. Definitely wont be going back. Also, who steams a bagel??

Been here once, great ice blended lattes!However, employees arent very friendly. The 2 other attempts I made to come grab a latte during normal POSTED business hours, I was met with a closing early sign and locked door.Do they ever stay open for their actual hours? Not great for business if employees just want to leave early. 😧 I posted this on Yelp also with a pic this time.On a positive note - Im ecstatic to find a place that offers bagel sandwiches, and STEAMED on top of that. I grew up in PA and bagel shops are like Starbucks...everywhere. I had one with my latte the one time I was actually able to order and it was ok, not the best but Im willing to give it another shot. Hope I can catch them when the doors are still open 😊

Its about time we got a rock solid breakfast place in the neighborhood. Steamed bagel sandwich is unique and delicious. Coffee was above average (only had an iced drip so might be better than I rate) and service was very friendly and timely..that lunch menu looked great, Ill see them soon! Felt like home in the neighborhood. I got it to go so sorry no pictures. Give this place a go!

Took some of my friends to meet up for a beverage and conversation. The Coffee drinks were WAY BETTER than that Seattle Based Coffee deal. I ended up eating a great steamed bagel sandwich for lunch. The PHILLY is fantastic and, according to my pals the bowls were fantastic as well. The Mustard Curry dressing....off the chain good!!! Great service and hospitality. If youre looking for a place to relax and have great conversation with friends... skip the other chill around internet coffee jobs and stop by and see the wonderful folks at Cuppys! Me and my girlfriend drive by here all the time, so we thought wed stop in and give it a try. It took over 20 minutes for us to get an iced coffee, bagel, and sausage egg and cheese sandwich. The breakfast sandwich was just thrown in a microwave. Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches are honestly higher quality. The bagel and coffee were alright. It would have been quicker and cheaper to just go down the road to Publix and buy our own microwaved breakfast.

One of my new favorite places to go! Every drink I have tried has been great and the steamed bagel sandwiches are awesome. Staff is friendly and willing to help find something on the menu for you! I like to use their bigger tables to study when I can and appreciate the WiFi and availability of plugs for my laptop. Keep up the good work guys!

I came up here to study for several hours but door locked and no sign saying why they were closed during business hours. Really disappointing. Ive seen a couple comments on how they are closed at random times with no notice.Stuff happens but a notice on the door would be nice. Guess its Panera for me today. I was really looking forward to a good coffee and bagel sandwich.

This is a pretty neat hang out spot near my home. The steamed bagels are interesting and pretty good. Lots of different coffee flavors to choose from. The staff is super friendly and ready to answer any questions you have.

I didnt really like the atmosphere. I came to study but the music was loud and really annoying pop style so it was hard to concentrate. The decoration is also odd... they should just stick with the brown theme without all the pops of random color. But its good for eating if not planning to work and the coffee was actually good.

Place is very nicely decorated. Staff is very friendly. I was turned off by the gentleman rubbing his snot on his hands then taking my credit card for payment and then preparing my sandwich all without washing his hands. I still ate it and it was alright. I also asked for the gluten free bagels they advertise but they were out so that was disappointing. But the snot ..... I wont be returning. Hope I dont get sick now.

Up until today, my experiences at Cuppys have been great. However if youre thinking of going, I would think long and hard about it. Today I walked in and the male barista began walking toward the cash register. I let him know that I wasnt ordering anything so he wouldnt walk all of the way to the register. I began setting up my laptop as I usually would. In a matter of 15 mins I notice that the store manager posted a sticky note on the store window. The sign read Free wifi is for paying customers only, Thank you:) I was completely flabbergasted that she would do such a thing. Before leaving, I spoke to her to explain how I thought it was rude and unnecessary. I also let her know that I have been a paying customer of the coffee shop for many months. I came in several times and purchased coffees and bagels from them. I can even recall speaking to the older male barista who is a pilot. After I explained this to her, she told me the sign was not just for me, there were several customers that come in just for wifi and shes been meaning to put the sign up for weeks. I begin to explain that if she wanted to put the sign up, it should have been before the business day began so it does not come off as if the customer is being targeted. She later says that people should go to the library if they are just looking for wifi b/c Cuppys has to pay for wifi so customers should make purchases.After the whole encounter I will not be returning to Cuppys! This was very rude. Also you never know when someone is going to make a purchase or recommend your business to future customers. Especially when I was going to be there studying for several hours and Im sure I would have gotten hungry at some point. Secondly, I am a paying customer and have come in several times to make purchases. Also, Cuppys wifi is not a necessity for me. I have free wifi at home. In addition to a wifi hot spot on my cell phone. I dont understand why any business owner would think this behavior is okay. Starbucks just got sued for similar conduct and making statements that there store is only for paying customers. While this encounter did not lead to an arrest like the Starbucks situation. I would think twice about conducting my business in a similar manner. I hope management takes a look at their internal policies and the way they effect the customers. It would have been nice to get an apology rather than to be brushed off as taking things too personal. Wrong is wrong.
