House of MIlle De Fleur recently created the arrangement for my brothers funeral service. Before I called House of Mille De Fleur, I contacted 2 other florist who did not have the color flowers I wanted. I am glad I made it down the list, because the arrangement House of Mille De Fleur created was perfect. I wanted blue and white, full and large, but not over-stated. The florist texted me a picture after they put it together so I could see what they created. I think they nailed it! It was really important to me to get it right for my brothers service and they did a great job. They also met our small delivery window. Thank you and I will look to you first in the future.

Wonderful!Its not always easy to order from afar but its important to buy local and this experience is further proof of that!I looked around and actually talked to her, looked around more and called back again. Very helpful in helping accommodate my custom requests while providing suggestions and options. An efficient call and didnt feel like I was being sold but rather I had found someone who could help express my sympathy to my friend. In the end I gave price range, trusted her with arrangement, and paid over the phone. Not long after I got a message from my very appreciative friend! Fast delivery, perfect arrangement!

I wanted to use a local shop to send flowers to my family in Florida from Michigan. I’m a big believer in shopping local. I placed my order online ($117) Unfortunately they were out the flowers I ordered. (white lilies!) I explained my concern with wanting to see the replacement arrangement, as they were bereavement flowers after the loss of my cousin. The woman on the phone sounded annoyed with me & told me “they deal with deaths all the time” it was so insensitive & made me feel like I wasn’t valued as a customer. I sought out this local shop expecting a personal beautiful experience. They could have offered to email or text a picture before the flowers went out but she did not. She offered a refund instead. So I took it (well...still waiting for it to be refunded to my card) & spent 140$ on flowers from a different site. It’s a shame but apparently no skin off their nose!

After receiving a order completely wrong from a DIFFERENT local florist. I called House of Mille De Fleur and explained what I wanted and they literally went above what I was expecting. They flower arrangement was absolutely stunning.

Extrememly disapointed. Just for a little clarification, I sound young i understand that, however I have been trying to plan my wedding singlehandedly an after reading many rviews an calling many florists thought this place was perfect. I called set up a day to go in, rearranged my schedule of other wedding things an was excited to go. However i called the day before I was sopposed to go an was told that I should no longer come, that there very busy, I should try again in 2 weeks. I found a different florist, if your not placing a large order would not recommend.

Thank U House of Mille De Fleur for the beautiful floral arrangement for my mothers home going service. It was everything that I thought it should be. It even had white doves in the arrangement. And there were doves released at the graveyard so the doves in the arrangement were extra special. So once again thank U so so much for the floral arrangement that U made and took to the mortuary, which was on time for my mothers viewing. Ordered my daughters bouquet for senior night recognition, requesting something unique and vibrant, avoiding cookie cutter design. It was stunning!! The colors were rich and she used a variety of leaves and branches to create visual interest and texture! I was thrilled!! I called House of Mille De Fleur yesterday when I wanted to send a sympathy arrangement to a friend. I had never ordered anything from their shop prior, but did some research on Google & social media and liked the arrangements I saw. I usually order flowers from out of state and have them overnighted but wanted to give another local florist a shot. Brandy was SO sweet and we talked about what I wanted for the arrangement. I was blown away by her customer service, their affordable pricing, and even her sweet offer to send me a photo of the arrangement after she designed it so I could see exactly what my friend was receiving. She followed through with her offer today with a text of many photos of the beautiful flowers. It is so nice to have a shop with modern & beautiful designs so close to home. I ordered wedding flowers from here and they were even better than I expected. The delivery service was right on time and the bouquets looked beautiful! I would definitely order my flowers or arrangements from here again.

I order flowers from this company at the end of February for a friend. First time ever ordering and having them delivered. First off they only had half a dozen red tulips when I wanted a dozen different colors and then I needed them to be delivered closer to 7-7:30 but because they closed at 5 they were delivered two hrs early which I went ahead and ordered because the employee Brandi super nice and because this company had great reviews but now I know they are from from great. Three weeks later I get a called from the owner Debbie saying my card was declined. I was confused because I knew there was money on my card at the time of order so I called my husband to make sure. He calls the owner and she admitted to my husband that they misplaced the slip for the flowers but she still wants us to pay for them. I didnt have the money at the time. Two more weeks go by and my card is charged (today). My husband and I both call the owner Debbie she is rude and disrespectful accusing my husband and I of using the money so we didnt have to pay her and refusing to refund the money even though it was their mistake. Let me explain something at the time of order my husband and I had just got our income tax so yes there was plenty of money in my account and it was there for days. How is it my fault you wait three weeks and then another 2 weeks to charge my card??? I am not trying to not pay for them but this was their fault and they should have fixed it. I would steer clear of this place.

Being away from family at a difficult time isnt easy, being on the other side of the world (literally) is even harder. I called this florist to ask a question and immediately knew I decided to call the right place. We had a horrible connection (on my end Im sure), but Taylar was patient and even called me from a different line to see if it would help. The connection continued to decline, so I ended up messaging her what I needed and we made it all work. Her patience and support were a true blessing to me. I would recommend this florist 110%. I ordered a dozen roses for my wifes birthday..she absolutely loved them..the flowers to the filler..everything looked top notch. Im so glad that i went to this place.
