Purchased hot tub, got a great deal. Sale person very helpful, while in store purchasing.Service is very sub par, not sure of causes, lack of help, or skilled technicians. Very frustrating dealing with, and never sure if they will be coming by or not, not much in the way of communication.Pump coil starter in photo, installed with no cover, open to moisture, so pump is now burnt as well.Would not recommend purchase from here for that reason.

My wife and daughter went in to the Blanding Blvd. location a couple weeks ago and were treated great! The staff was knowledgeable about the products and were not pushy. We called back last week and bought our pool. Great business!!

Sadly I was not able to business with Splash pool Do to the fact they tried to rip me off by raising the price from 5400.00 for the Cypress 5900.00 from the first time. After she raised the price 500.00 she called back and said she misquoted me and the price was now 6400.00.When i told her I called and got a quoted she stated that he misquoted me then and hung up on me!

We are extremely pleased with splash pools. We first bought our hot tub from them 3 years ago. We have always had great customer service. We decided to purchase a pool from there also in mid June. The transaction was smooth and the manager Jeff gave us an abundance of info for us first time pool buyers. Thank you Splash! We love our new pool!

My husband and I were the first to enter the store. The lady came from behind the counter with baby strap to here and said the guy on the phone would help us with Hot Tub. Needless to say, when he ended his conversation, he looked over us and went to help the White Couple and Never said a word to us. We continue to sit and once he completed with the couple who came After Us, he walk to another couple, keep in mind, We Were the ONLY BLACK COUPLE IN THIS STORE. As we stood up to leave, then he said, I will be with you shortly. This is by far, the last place we would go back and shop.We are all human and have the same type of money, learn to treat your customers all the same, No matter what his or her color is.

Purchased an above ground pool in June 2018. Day before install the manager called us and told us our 18 lagoon pool was damaged and they could upgrade us to the same pool, but in a 21 for no extra charge. The next day our pool was installed, but it has pieces from 3 different pools. The wall is from a Symphony, the supports are from a lagoon and the liner is from a cypress. Contacted the store multiple times, left multiple messages for the manager, in person and on the phone. Manager would never call back. Was actually able to speak to the manager only 2 times on the phone and each time told us this is the 1st time that he has heard about it, he would call corporate then call us back. We still still have no answers, no stainless steel wall that we ordered and paid for. Installer was sent by store to verify what was installed, installer told us splash would email us documentation that they would honor the warranty for what we bought, not what was installed. Also installer would warranty their work for longer. Never got it in writing and manager denied he even said anything like that to installer or even sending installer back out. Manager just stated we could contact the better business bureau and he already hooked us up

Stopped in for the first time to see their Christmas decorations and trees and Im glad I did! Beautifully decorated trees and all the decorations are gorgeous! Not to mention, 50-75% off! There is a huge selection to choose from. I dont think you would be wasting your time to stop in 👍

Always friendly and helpful. I have a hot tub and they are as knowledgeable with that as they are with pools. I go in every Friday to have my water tested. It doesnt matter who is working that day they always have a smile on their face and always happy to help me. They listen to all my concerns or questions and wont let me leave until they know I understand what to do. They do not push me to buy anything when I am in there. The other nice thing they do is keep a record of all my purchases so I wont buy something that I already have. Will continue to go.

We bought a pool vacuum and were told by Skylar if we had any problems to bring it back. A plastic screw piece broke inside the vacuum head a few days past the 90 day manufacturers replacement warranty so we tried bringing it back to exchange it. The girl at the counter was exceptionally uninterested in assisting us at all, said its out of pool season (we still vacuum to cleanup leaves), refused to exchange it, and told us to call the manufacturer who just wants you to buy replacement parts because they know its junk. Needless to say we wont be back again, too many other pool places to use than a store that wastes time and money and says anything to get you to purchase their junk products just to screw the customer.

My business partner and I visited this store for the first time the other day. There were 3 people standing behind the counter. NO ONE said hello, greetings....zero..!! We wandered around around for a few minutes with the intent of purchasing items....NO ONE ASKED, RECOMMEMDED OR OFFERED IF WE NEEDED ANY HELP OR ASSISTANCE. I looked at my partner and said Im not purchasing anything in here...! I turned and walked out. As i was exiting, a man walked from around the counter and watched me walk out WITHOUT SAYING A WORD....TALK ABOUT ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE......I WILL NEVER GO THERE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THERE STORE....!! ITS CLEAR WHY THEY HAVE SO MANY BAD REVIEWS...!!

If zero stars were an option i would have chosen that. The worst experience we have ever had. Bought an above ground pool in june was to be installed 7/3. Got installed 7/5-7/6 this is august 1st and WE STILL DO NOT have the frog system that was supposed to be delivered and installed with the pool. Shane and Robert have no idea whats going on. We had to wait two weeks for a ladder that was also supposed to be delivered with the pool. The ladder was two pieces they gave us one and promised the other part would be delivered that day or the next at the latest. A week later i had to call the jacksonville store to get it because they never ordered it. Then they delivered the piece we already had instead of the piece we needed. We now have algae all over the bottom of the pool because we have yet to be given the frog system that we paid for in June. Robert promised it would be there Monday not there so he said Wednesday not there and its Thursday haven’t heard a word from them. My husband just called at 5:00 they said oh thats right we’ll have it here tomorrow. We arent even supposed to install this it is supposed to be installed by the company that installed the pool. Jeff the manager at orange park has never called us back or talked to us even though we have called several times a week since 7/3. We will never buy anything from them again period and will advise anyone looking for a pool to go anywhere else. It has gotten so bad that i started recording calls because they are lying and not taking care of the problems. The pool was also installed incorrectly and as a result we had to drain 8,000 gallons of water and fill it up again. I will update if this issue is ever resolved with them. In the mean time i have gone to pinch a penney for anything we will need in the future including testing our untreated water and they have been very helpful.UPDATERoberts at orange park told us to pick up and install the leap system ourself..... according to the jacksonville location only the installer can do this. Friday came the system was still not available so i reached out to gary at their main office. He is the only one who helped and actually resolved the issue. He had the installer out the next day to put in the frog system. I’m thankful he was helpful and got everything taken care of. Having said that we will never work with splash again. We are purchasing all chemicals and having the water tested at pinch a penny.

This company did not include the pump with the pool and we had to wait two days to be able to get it because of a holiday weekend, then the pool had a leak within the first week of having it up! Prices are too high, products are quality but overrated!
