Never a good experience from the deli. It used to be excellent, but that is no longer the case. We order using Instacart as well as place ahead orders for deli, and 9x out of 10, the food is undercooked and incredibly greasy. There is a way to deep fry and have the items crispy, not too greasy and cooked thoroughly. Once again, 20 piece chicken is going to the woods for the animals

Wonderful staff very polite and extremely helpful. Love this store. Cost more but, just the fact that its always clean looking good and smelling good, its worth it.

For a person who travels alot and really likes Publix. Ive never ran across more incompetent Publix employees then the ones at several of the Publix Ive been so far in FL. For FL to the be the headquarters of Publix they should be ashamed of themselves. The employees are not helpful, never know where anything is, even if its in the aisle their unstocking and not friendly. They really need to do better with training.

I wasted a whole hour waiting for a flu shot a simple no we can not see you without an appointment would have been very nice.

This place has really gone downhill over the years in regards to customer service. It used to be like a friendly neighborhood grocery store, now its just another chain with zero custom service. Sad.

I could not believe that this was the cake that they presented me with for my daughters baptism. It was lopsided, poorly iced, and appeared to be decorated by my infant daughter herself. People actually laughed at it at her christening party. I will never use this bakery again. I cannot believe they let this product go out and represent them.

This Publix is by far one of the greatest. Everyone is so kind and polite especially when I do my drive up pick ups. Kenny the service manager is phenomenal and so very kind. We had car troubles and he was willing to deliver our groceries for us. I will forever be grateful for him going above and beyond. It is most definitely a pleasurable shopping experience at this location.

The rate was given 4 🌟s because of its clininess, variety of choices of products, and, produce. The floors appeared clean in each aisle, but they were not shiny where a person could see their reflection. Ive seen sparkling, shinier floors in other businesses. There are some items that my husband and I have purchased from Publix and found the same items, for a much lesser price at Walmart! Walmarts meat and produce selections is not good!!The personnel of Publix greeted me quickly when they saw my husband and I. That part is good. But, why dont they ask if were finding everything alright, OR, if they could help us??!!! The store location that we go to isnt crowded. We make it a point to not go shopping during the peak hours.It would NOT hurt the staff of Publix to really and truly SMILE at customers and offer assistance!! Thats why I changed my 4 star rating to a 3. During these terrible, dark, difficult and very scary times that were ALL facing, smiles from a stranger and/or having them offer you assistance would actually brighten someones day or week. That smile may help you ☺!!!!!

Our neighborhood Publix and also happens to be one of the neatest, very organized example of this chain. The staff are all friendly, quick and more than willing to go that extra mile or two.

Ordering subs online sucks they never have my order when it’s time to pick it up. The worker tells me every time that they redirected my order to another store when I obviously have the receipt with the correct store number. Never doing this again.

Second time in 7 days I went to Publix for 8 PC fried chicken...and out of stock between 6 and 630pm. This is unacceptable for Publix...the location was Publix at Oakleaf Plantation. The deli clerk said 25 minutes and there were 3 others behind me wanting chicken.It wasnt on sale...I estimate they lost a couple hundred dollars in sales between 6 and 730 or 8pm.Very unhappy!

Whats not to like about Publix? Its much less busy that is Argyle Counterpart in the Argyle area. With that being said it, it is a smaller version but they have everything you could need.

Great store and great people. Just got a Covid vaccine here and it was super smooth.

Selections, for example, the meats are limited than other Publix locations. Ordered an ice cream cake and it was made completely wrong, it was ugly and not the decor I ordered and it fell apart. Basics are good but it would be nice if it was one of those nice new Publix that has an extensive selection. This location is clean and nice looking.

Efficient customer service, but my complaint is the bread.They do not have wheat fresh bead and their Cuban and French bread loaves are burned. I talked to a baker and she said they cant be undercooked, but these are passed done and hard as stone.

This is the best Publix store I have ever been in. No experience with the deli as I do not frequent that counter. I am a huge fan of the soup bar. Kudos to the stores ordering manager (is that a thing?) because I have found *many* hard-to-find items and locally sourced items at this particular store that I would normally have to order online and pay shipping costs, or drive across the bridge to go to Whole Lotta $$ Foods (see what I did there?). They have a substantial sugar free and ketogenic-friendly selection of items that I greatly appreciate. The one downside is that I wish this store sold spirits (vodka, whiskey, etc) because it would be great to do my party/special occasion shopping in one place, instead of having to make multiple stops. However, theres a spirits store in the same plaza so thats a small thing. Another downside is that items are pricier than some of the other grocery stores in the area. I echo the sentiment of the uncomfortably nice staff (Im a transplanted New Yorker so this is not a downside, just took some getting used to). Keep up the great work, ordering manager! (seriously, is that a thing?)

Seafood area should be open and ready to be sold/purchased when store opens at 7am. One shouldnt have to come back later in the day. That defeats the entire concept and benefit of Early Senior Shopping. Whats so difficult about preparing ahead of time, like the other areas are?

The store is always immaculate and staff uncomfortably nice. I was born and raised in NY and when someone offered help to your car you normally declined in fear of some ulterior motive. But that is not to say anything negative with their checkout, stock, management. Their biggest weak link is their deli counter. They do not have someone to organize deliver quick precise service to their customers. On average it should not take 10 minutes to have any meat sliced. Extenuating circumstances do apply and it can take two minutes to prepare a freshly packaged turkey out of the wrapper. But with that said, there should be separate systems in place during high volume service hours to dedicate at minimum one competent staff member to slice meat/cheese, and the rest dedicated to the longer process sandwich making process.PS> Stop using the checkout counter in the pharmacy to discuss what your medication affects should do with your hemorrhoid suppository. They have a convenient isolated window to discuss HIPA protected information 10 away and that way I never have to look at another human with such utter contempt. I understand staff dont want to turn away customers actually taking a proactive stance in their care but there is a time and place for it all that doesnt interfere with the twenty people behind you.

I don’t live near this Publix but I was going to be over that way for a function, I realized I was out of migraine medication and could feel one coming on. I called the store to see if they could fill the prescription even though I get my prescriptions filled at another Publix on the other side of town. When o arrived my prescription was being filled and I only had to wait 2-3 minutes! The staff was great, fast, and super friendly! It was a total life saver. Thank you Publix at Oakleaf Commons!

Fresh produce, stocked shelves, and if they dont have something you want the manager is happy to get it for you. Way to go Phase 2 Oakleaf Publix!!!!

Normally I receive good service at this Publix. Yesterday I was waiting in line to cash out and the older cashier walked right pass me and asked the man behind me to come to her line to cash out? Did she not see me in line waiting?

There is a lot of great employees especially the front line. The pharmacy has the rudest employees I have ever seen. There may be 2 people in the pharmacy that makes it worth going too. The Deli runs out of chicken by 5:00pm it has happened more than 7 times to me. I’ve been shopping at this publix since it opened. The new managers could take a lesson or two from the ones that moved to other stores.

I frequent this location. I havent run into any issues and I like getting in and out fast.
