Piercing Pagoda you cant call them that they dont provide service in piercing your EARS to the public. (scarf) they sent me down to the local tattoo shop. How can they call themselves a Piercing Pagoda when they dont even provide that particular service as far as Im concern thats inadequate service
Went to get a charm for braclet discontinued the charms I was looking for wonk wonk wonk the girl was very helpful n directed me to the place I needed to go thank you
Associate was awesome. She took her time and explained everything to my daughter, made sure the dots were set perfectly, and even did a count down so my daughter would know when the piercing was taking place.
After she requested it for her birthday, I took my 9 year old daughter for her first piercing to this place on recommendation of a friend. The girl totally missed the spot where she marked. My daughter got so upset at another pinch on the same ear we couldnt complete the process. When my daughter got the courage to get them done we went somewhere else. Maybe not the place to go for small ones.
They do pretty well when come to piercing babies ears.
They are a lot of money for fake Bling
Took our 3 month old to get her ears pierced in November 9th around noonish. Not to sure what the older lady’s name was that helped us, but She was A M A Z I N G!!! Very professional & took time to make sure her dots were even. Definitely super happy with our baby’s ear piercings. Highly recommend this place. We were just going to go with Walmart; so glad we decided other wise.
My 11 yr old got her ears pierced here right before Christmas. We paid $27 for the earrings and less than 1 week later the top part of the earring/jewel broke off leaving part of the earring lodged in her ear, and when we took the back off to get it out it pulled it further in the ear. I had to take her to urgent care to get it out. For $27 I would expect the earring not to break off while wearing it. Turned out to be a very expensive ear piercing.
My daughters were both having their ears re-pierced after the holes had grown together, and it was a very special event. Stephanie did an amazing job, especially with my youngest who was so excited to get it done, and then got terribly nervous when her turn came. Stephanie was a professional from beginning to end despite handling multiple customers alone. Reading the other reviews, Ill add that she wore gloves, and talked us through each step. She was considerate while remaining fully in charge, placed the girls in control of the process whenever possible, and educated them extremely well on proper care of their ears while they heal. If Stephanie is any reflection on the training and hiring practices of Piercing Pagoda, then I heartily recommend them to everyone.
Look at every jewelry store, every kiosk that sold jewelry, my very last stop was here and I was not disappointed and they had exactly what I was looking for an at a great price compared to other jewelry stores!
We had our 5 month olds ears pierced here the other day. I wasnt impressed with the older lady that was going to attempt to pierce our daughters ears. She took forever on just getting the marks on her ears. Thankfully her manager saw she was struggling so she re did the marks and pierced our daughters ears herself. Thank God for managers.
Very nice lady, she did a great job on my ears.
People were great to talk to but they did absolutely EVERY THING wrong with my helix piercing!!! I wish I wouldve gone to an actual piercing parlor to get it done...it wouldve been worth the price. (They pierced it with a gun, used sterling silver instead of surgical steel, used a stud instead of a CBR.)
Loved the speediness of everything that has partaken!
The workers were very caring and informative. They recommended 14kt gold for our daughters piercing and it healed perfectly!
It was quick and easy. Didnt even hurt until later.
Lillian was sooooo helpful
Need better prices
The worst customer service I have ever seen. The manager was not only not helpful but showed very little willingness to resolve any issues.the orange park mall location.
Not a good company to work for.. discriminate against pregnant individuals.
Nice salesperson, friendly.
An employee named Sarah at the booth by Dillards was extremely rude. Looked at me and made me wait for 15 minutes before speaking to me. I just needed a warranty exchange and she told me she had to do two piercings first (as the customers were still filling out paperwork), before she could help me.
Great customer service.
Great service and helped with buying decision
