We had a fantastic experience buying our car here this weekend. Steven was our agent and he was so patient and understanding of our needs. We drove from Tallahassee to see a particular car, and it was waiting for us when we got there. The whole experience made us feel like we were always a priority. Car buying isnt a fun experience, but these guys made it pretty painless. We appreciate the entire staff for being kind and friendly. Again, props to Steven for finding us EXACTLY what fit our needs and budget.

Our Salesman, Nicholas, was fantastic! He showed me the exact vehicle I wanted, answered all my questions clearly, and didn’t make me feel pressured into anything I did not ask for. He gave us a tour of the dealership, introduced us to other personnel, and showed us the ins and out of our SUV. This has been the most pleasant car buying experience we have had. The finance manager, Nikki, was warm and informative and made the financials quick and easy. I would highly recommend Gordon Chevrolet!

Oil change was fine, however while I was waiting, I browsed the vehicles you had in stock and asked if I could sit in the C8 in the showroom and was told by the two gentlemen at the middle desks that they were unable to find the keys so I would not be able to sit in it. They stated this without even getting up from their desks. Being a current c7 stingray owner I was very interested in taking a closer look at the C8 version as I was interested in possibly purchasing the vehicle. Having purchased three vehicles from your dealership in the past I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. In addition I had an alignment performed there a couple months ago and my car still appears to be pulling I asked if it could be looked at but unfortunately your alignment individual was out sick and I understand with everything thats going on the issues with that. I was told that I will need to make an appointment and have my car brought back in to have it looked at and as you know alignments are not cheap and will not pay for the same service twice along with the $167 oil change which is ridiculous. When I asked about the $60 increase on the oil change they told me that you were losing money on mobile one so you had to raise your rates. I dont know who was running the show at that dealership now but it has most certainly gone downhill and I will not recommend this to any of my friends or family and I will no longer have my vehicles serviced at your dealership nor will I purchase any more vehicles from your dealership. I would not want to have to trouble your sales staff to get up from their chair to look for a key fob just so I can look at the inside of a $110,000 vehicle. I also understand that with the demand of the C8 it will not last in your showroom for very long so me complaining about this is probably going to be a moot point but I feel as though you just need to know how it happened. Maybe if I would have rolled up in an Armani three-piece silk suit I would have gotten better service but I dont work in a suit.

I am very satisfied with the service I receive at Gordon. My opinion and feedback has not deteriorated during the 3 years Ive been in this area. Gordon has been thorough with the work I have trusted them to do on my vehicle. As female I always worry about being taken advantaged of. However, Gordon staff has always been courteous, respectful and have never forced services to my tahoe that was not necessary. I trust them and would without hesitation highly recommend them to anyone. I am just sorry that I am leaving the area and Gordon Chevy staff wont be working on my vehicle in the future... and the awesome coffee you used to offer! 😁 Thank you Joey for all your help, patience and for ensuring my vehicle is safe and ready for me to drive every time I bring it in!!! These 5 stars are primarily for the service department. I would say the sales side was between average > good but working with Richard from service department was great. My wife and I feel he went above and beyond to resolve our issue and his communication in keeping us informed on the progress was outstanding. Look forward to working with Richard in the future.

To be charged $129.99 to find out what the issue was is fine. But not to at least get a discount on that price once you have agreed to have the repair done is asinine.Thanks for your reply...Most repair shops either wave that fee or take a percentage of it off. There is also the fact of the customer being charged double the amount for labor and parts. This very close to usury in my opinion.Thanks but no thanks

I absolutely hate leaving a bad review but they need customer service training and better processes in their service department.I made an appointment for a oil change and when I arrive I was ignored while multiple people were standing around. When one of the service members got of the phone he asks what I needed. I said I have a appointment for an oil change. He directs me to another window and asked the same questions again. The employee then tells me it’s going to be two hrs for the oil change even though I have an appointment. when I asked why it takes that long? he said they are busy and it takes time to do paperwork and do the service.They do not respect your time and this isn’t the first time it’s been like that when I went to get my service. It does not take 2 hrs to do a oil change. I drive down the same road and had the oil change done in literally 10 min with no appointment.I have bought multiple cars through that location and I will not be back for service or future purchases.

I bought my car at Nimnicht. Huge mistake. I could not get help from them, so I went to Gordon, who helped me right away. I should have known better. This dealership is no different than the others by way of being friendly & courteous, and when it comes down to the nitty gritty they play the same back & forth game of seeing how much they can get out of you in the long run. I understand the game, played it many times but have actually never had a protection plan snuck in on me that I was told before any numbers were discussed, was one thing that set them aside from other dealerships is that they included this at no charge. You sign so much electronically that I did not catch this until the next day when I looked over my printed copies that I requested because they now put your documents on a disk.

I cant say enough about The Service Team at Gordon Chevrolet, Richard Sentz really knows his stuff in making sure Silver Bullet runs smooth with the help of his ((technicians)) that are in the garage... I knew I had an issue with my right tire going low on air three times and knew it had to be replaced but Richards team seen that the threads on the left back were worn down low as well and I told him that lets get them replaced!!! You cant put a price on safety, especially when its your life in the vehicle!!! Silver Bullet is a well oiled machine all because of the people that takes care of him, getting him back on the roads. He serves a purpose of being a safety car for a bunch of motorcycles on the roadways that he follows or tails behind. I recently had the Hyper Blue Metallic Fender Hash Marks ordered and installed by a person that referred to me by the awesome service team at Gordon! The service representative who helped us was Steve. He did everything he could to make our experience a good one. We are from a different state and found ourselves with a dead battery. We found Gordon’s in the vicinity of our hotel and went there fifteen minutes before the service department was to open. Steve greeted us and got right on our job. Brought my sons chevy cruz in to fix an overheating problem that cost nearly $800 to fix. A month later the engine overheated to the point it needed to be replaced at an estimated cost of more than $5000. The mechanic put a bandaid on the overheating problem during the previous $800 repair since the overheating problem reoccurred shortly after the repair. I recommend avoiding the service department at Gordon Chevrolet. Better yet avoid purchasing a Chevrolet period.

I was very disappointed yesterday after thinking I was going to be able to trade. Only to be told that whoever took my information down took it down incorrectly. They had my hopes built up that I would be able to get into a really nice vehicle only to find out that someone over there made a mistake and was not nice enough to say they were sorry. If I ever do get to a place where I can trade I will definitely not come here. And believe me Ive been a lot of places oh, and I know good and well that if they wanted to trade they would make a way to do it even if they had to lose a little bit of money. We got extended warranty on our vehicle. When my daughter brought the car in she was told it had to much oil in it. She admitted to putting in Half a quart you called her a lair. I asked her face to face since shes my child and I know when shes lying and I know she wasnt lying. The dealership is the one that changes her oil. Why couldnt yall have made a mistake. Calling a customer a lair is uncalled for. I own a business and have Great reviews because we work extra hard to earn it and even harder to keep it. I will never ever buy a car from here again and I will and have told everyone I know not to go there. Shame on you for treating a customer like you did. And then charger her the price you did was even worst. Wish Id never pulled in your parking lot.

I had an excellent experience at Gordon Chevrolet. I was involved in a accident that deemed my new truck a total loss and was in the market for the same type of truck. From the moment I walked on the lot the staff was very helpful. They did not have what I was looking for that day, however the next day I received an Email that said they got what I was looking for in. My husband and I went in the next day and James Lee was our salesman. He was awesome very laid back not a pushy uncomfortable salesman at all. Got the car I went there to get it was a couple of years old but I love it. I was a little upset when I found a dent afterwards and I did ask if they could do something about it seeing as they have all the tools and was pretty much told you bought it as is. The second thing I was not happy about was a 499 paint protection charge.Update: I was contacted by Gordon Chevrolet and they are fixing the small dent and removing the paint protection charge. I could not be happier at there prompt response.

Had set up an appointment with Mark Murphy/Service Advisor for transmission service and an oil change.Upon my arrival, he had my paper work ready and discussed the work to be done.He said he would have my vehicle completed before noon as I had to wait instead of returning later to pick up. My vehicle was completed by 11:30 am and I was on my way back to Brunswick, GA. They had also washed my vehicle.I am completely satisfied with the work and professional attitude displayed by Mark. Bought a used GMC truck for my son from a dealer in Palm Coast about a year ago, and bought the extended warranty. Transmission went out last week and he took it to Gordon for repair. The extended warranty company was trying to slip out of the repair over trivial things, but Ike in the service department fought for us every step of the way and got the repair covered. It took some time, but saved us over 5k. This guy is the man, if you want someone you can trust to look out for your best interest in service, ask for Ike, and no, I never met him before we took the truck there for service. 5 stars Ike, you deserve a raise!

Absolutely great experience! Gordon was actually our 2nd stop but should have been the first and ONLY. Stopped in admiring the new 2021 Tahoe when we were quickly greeted by Mr. Vincent. Nothing short of professional and very knowledgeable on the vehicle. He was patient in explaining and providing demos of everything this SUV had to offer. It wasnt a same day sale but within days Mr. Vincent and the other staff at Gordon was successful at making us a new Tahoe owner. When we first met Mr Vincent, he said you guys will show up to Thanksgiving dinner in this new Tahoe, needless to say, we were sold and we drove that Tahoe out of the parking lot just a few days later, one day before Thanksgiving. Brought in my 2015 GMC Acadia for transmission work. Mr. Jim Beaudry was GREAT to work with! They worked with GM to lessen the cost of the repairs, provided a loaner vehicle while the work was being completed and went above and beyond what was expected of a dealership! Had a long time vibration in AC fan which seemed to start after dealership replaced AC filter; upon 1st report they found leaf in fan area.... upon second report they found an acorn and an acorn top.... it is fixed now... no more vibration! Joey researched the possibility of installing replacement side mirrors with the integrated turn indicator but said there is not an option for my 2017 Silverado that would work properly.... what a disappointment... shame on Chevy!

The insurance Denies 50% of all claims and only pays 50 % of the few items they approve. Been to 6 dealers over the years as each dealer would only do 2-3 services. Of other prepaid contracts I have had Wesco is a D rating. I would recommend not doing business with them. To many headaches so I would not buy another car from Gordan. Update 8 days later on 7/2/21: Gordan called me following day and said Rep was going to call in few days. Well no call from Hal so both Gordan and Wesco are just ripping customers off.

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. My son in law was in need of an affordable dependable pickup and our used car salesman Martin did an outstanding job pointing us in the right direction. He assisted us with the price negotiation and final paper work in a very professional manner and helped us finalize the sale in record time. My son in law is very pleased with his new pickup truck. Recently my wife and I were looking to replace our Tahoe with a newer model. Not only did we find the best deal at Gordon Chevrolet but the vehicle was impeccably clean. The care that the dealership took in looking over the vehicle before our purchase showed not only in the detailing of the vehicle but in their knowledge of it. They clearly take the time to inspect all the vehicles on their lot and were completely transparent in their inspection findings. Honesty and integrity are two words I can wholeheartedly use when describing our experience.

Best car buying experience Ive ever had. Ed was my salesman. He never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable. He was very knowledgeable and kind. Unlike the other dealerships I went to that day he actually worked hard to find me what I wanted and in my prices range. Completely happy with the entire experience and process. Let me just say that the employees at this dealership COMPLETELY restored my faith in Chevrolet. I was ready to give up on after being treated like a second class citizen, feeling like salespeople didnt really want to sell us a vehicle and having another vehicle in service all day and wasnt even touched, we were done.We pulled up to this last dealership and Micheal greeted us and was extra helpful and made us feel like customers, not just a sale. I cant even explain the first class service and home environment I felt during our purchase. We did our financing with Vickie and she was amazing. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. This is the dealership to go. I purchased 3 vehicles from other chevy dealerships and this one is THE BEST. Dont waste your time going anywhere else. I will be returning for all my vehicle needs.
