Today Nick and Mark came out and installed our beautiful new crystalline countertops. We were originally told it would be an 8 hour install process but they were in and out just under 4 hours. They were both so very polite and knowledgeable in the product and care of. I highly recommend that if using Granite Transformations you make sure you have these 2 as your installation team. Mary Ewing was also our designer and was such a pleasure to work with - I felt like we were family by the time we finished the design and picking of the product. She had a great eye after looking at our home decor to know what would be perfect for our newly updated kitchen. Thank you again Granite Transformations for an awesome product and experience. We are over the moon.

We did a lot of research on how We should update our counters. Looking at stone types, qualities, maintenance Ect. We researched Customer reviews and Work. We decided to to the income consultation which turned out to be an amazing experience. Eric brought more samples of materials,colors, and backsplashes than I ever expected. Once we chose what best fit our needs it was simple. Karley(who is absolutely amazing customer service) called to set up a template appointment and install date. Follow up exceeded expectations. Jumping to the install date the team was very professional and informed us the entire day of the install. We likes the work so much we decided to do another space in our home. Above all the customer service was worth the expense in upgrading our home.

Saw my friends kitchen floors, and all I have to say is very beautiful. Tile is layed perfect with no high/low parts, evenly spaced and to the corners perfectly!! Counters were amazing also with the white tile backsplash! I believe they said it was teko that did the tile floors and Don and his partner did the rest. You guys rock!!! I will call you guys for my renovations months to come!!

After meeting Patricia, the representative from Granite Transformations, I knew this company was the right one to remodel our kitchen counter tops. She was extraordinary and made this stressful desicion into a pleasurable one. She kept us informed step by step and kept to the schedule that she told us on the day we signed the contract. Our home was built in about 2006, and still had original kitchen. Our son had his kitchen updated by Granitic Transformations, and it was beautiful! So we decided that we deserved a beautiful kitchen as well! Decisions were hard for us senior citizens to make, and we did make one major change shortly before the work began. But, everyone was very accommodating with our last minute change.Everyone from start to finish was very professional, knowledgeable; and the finished product is an example of quality craftsmanship. We are very pleased with the set up and installation of our countertops and backsplash. They were very easy to work with and answered any questions we had. The crew that did the installation was very professional & friendly. We had a small problem with some discoloration in the grout on the backsplash. They scheduled right away to come out and fix it. There was no problem in getting it done. We are very pleased and would use them again & refer anyone to them.

The entire process was as promised. Took entire day, but so worth it. No tear out and minimal mess. If you need countertops, this is the place.

We were happy with our experience from beginning to end. It was not the lowest price quote we received for our countertops, but they seemed so knowledgeable and had a great product. The installers were on time and were efficient and clean. We had one small issue but it was taken care of almost as quickly as we called to inform them of it. We would use Granite Transformations again.

We started with a very dark, older 2001-ish kitchen that hadn’t been updated. After working with Patricia, we ended up with a beautiful, lighter, gorgeous kitchen that has transformed our home! We had our work done in April, yet we still havent received our sink mat! Whats up with that? We finally received our matt in September and are happy. I must say if not for that this company would have been given a 5 star their work and the owners are great not sure if the wait had to do with the manufacture.

Originally we were scheduled for 2 day install. Then received a call that the installer stated he could get it done in one day and chooses Friday. Fine we will give them the benefit of the doubt because they said he would be done by 6pm. At 9 pm he informed us that he wasn’t finished and other people would come the next day. So when it was scheduled for Thursday and Friday, you change to Friday and then go into Saturday morning. Now I questioned them when they wanted to make it just one day but whatever waste my whole evening. Workers showed up the next day, finished and it does look great. I spent the day cleaning all the glass out of my driveway, that I was assured would not be there. Do you know NOT ONE SINGLE person from the company did a follow up to make sure we didn’t have any issues.

Granite Transformations just installed new counter tops and sinks in my home this week. I would like to praise their workmanship, professionalism and work ethic. They were here about 8 hours and worked straight through until they finished. They were polite and always stopped to answer my questions. The plumber who installed the sinks was also very good. They cleaned up after themselves and left my home looking good. Great work!!!!

We purchased a kitchen counter and sink. The install being completed in one day is definitely awesome and transforming. There were some issues with the measurement of the product after installation but they were worked out. The product is a good product and it looks good.

Everything is beautiful! One area of the backsplash did not match up exactly but they did a good job of matching the best they could. I can feel one seam in counter top. Awaiting our cabinet refacing to start this week. The planning of cabinets left us with a corner without anything. We had shelving but now we have an empty space. Hopefully something can be done about this.

Best decision I ever made. Professional but not pushy from beginning (sales rep Jennifer was great! ) to the end (didnt catch installers names -sorry!). Highly recommend Granite Transformations!

Not very impressed with the installers. One seam in the whole countertop and it is noticeable. The stove opening is so tight it scrapes the paint off the stove when I try to push it back into place. The counter is not level at all which made putting up back splash difficult. No call from the company at the end of the install to check if we were satisfied. I received an email that said they would be calling me and that never happened. So I would not recommend this company.

We have no problems with the installer for the quality of the product. It was recently installedand done well. Our primary complaint is a maritime took to have it measured and installed. It took over two months. This is an excessive amount of time for any project. I would recommend that they add staff to get this done within a reasonable period of time which should not be more than 30 days at the maximum.

I love the outcome - new kitchen countertops, sinks, fixtures, likewise, master bath, but the experience was painful. Despite being an established business in the area, the planning for my installation was amateurish. Didnt get started until 11 am. 9.5 hours later, they were finally finished. Kitchen totally shut down for lunch and dinner. Project was done on a Friday, so extending to another day wasnt an option (a window 4 days later was offered - not really practical with critical rooms packed up). Social commitments on Friday night had to be cancelled - I couldnt get into my bathroom to dress, prepare for the event. Also, I dont think the fixture I selected for the mb works well from a design standpoint - arc of faucet doesnt extend far enough out into the rectangle sink. They should have known that, but professed never having had a similar complaint. Customer focus just needs a lot of work. But again, end result was exactly what I wanted. Just not the pain and inconvenience. Forewarned you might be better prepared to ask questions I did not.

I purchased a top from you & enjoy it very much. Your finance company though is very dishonest. We financed at 0% interest & we paid it off before time was up. I received a letter that stated we had paid late & all 0% finance deal was off because we paid late & we owe all interest on the top starting from day 1. Luckily we paid by check & found when we paid the bill & it was stamped by your finance company as paid a week before the date on the letter said we had paid it. I called them gave them the check number & said I could send them a picture of the check & where they had stamped it. The finance company then stated never mind that they had made a mistake. I also said if they could send a nasty letter out they could also send me something that said everything was paid & that I owed nothing. They could also put a apology with that letter. I received the letter stating that I owed nothing but of coarse no apology. How many other people have they done this to who had not kept records like I do. Very disappointed & this reflects on you. Because of this I can not recommend Granite Transformations in Jacksonville Fl

OMG!! I need a very basic 22 X 63 counter top with a sink. I called to get a general ball park estimate, more or less than $1,000 was my request. The woman that answered the phone said she could not do estimates over the phone; I needed to make an appointment. I asked if an associate could call me with something very general so I would not waste their time and was told no! I asked if she could pull up a similar project they completed in the last 60 days and tell me that price and was told no!I have been in sales for 25 years and understand the importance of face time with a customer but not at the expense of losing customers because you will not answer a few basic questions.I have never submitted a review on line, congratulations Granite Transformations of Fleming Island, Florida, for losing a customer before you had one.I would have been ready for my installation next week!

Debbie scheduled my appointment with Jennifer, a consultant who listened attentively and recommended the EXACT products I was looking for at affordable prices. The quartz Calcutta countertop is absolutely gorgeous! Lynette was efficient at scheduling my templating and installation appointments. Garrett and Rays BEAUTIFUL installation of my new kitchen countertops DELIGHTS my family and all visitors to my home! Mr. RR Ronnie Ray did a meticulous job installing the new MOEN Touchfree Oil Rubbed Bronze faucet and new MOEN garbage disposal. Granite Transformations was the perfect vendor for our kitchen restoration project. We tried many other sources that were either too expensive or the slab colors looked entirely different from their pictures/sample. The entire Granite Transformation experience, from contact to installation, covered the period 9/19/2018 to 11/13/2018. That time may seem lengthy, but the results are worth the wait. We are DELIGHTED!!

Granite Tranformations has been transformative. For the price, workmanship and convenience my kitchen looks great.

I was so excited at first because my designer was awesome (Jennifer) and she wrote up a great plan for us to have cabinets, countertops and back splash. We paid a $4500 deposit. Summer and Garrett were so pleasnt too. Then, we had some water damage which our insurance covers. We want to get that fixed before moving on because as it turns out we may have to Replace instead of Reface the cabinets. I explained this to the contractor when he came to do the templates and said keep my appointment, but let us know if anything changes. 2 days before is when we heard from the insurance so we had no choice but to move the date for install back, however this made THE OWNER (TONY) CALL US VERY UPSET AND AGGRESSIVE. He said things such as, well I know the insurance company wont pay for your damage, I think you just dont have the money, youre wasting space because we already cut your countertops! And my favorite, well, how much are they gonna give you for damages?! I tried to explain that we already had paid $4,500 so clearly we plan on getting it done, we did not plan on water damage. To this his reply was, well, I hope you can still get them done before June because we will be busy with other customers! Its home show season! Awesome 😒 thanks for your empathy to our situation. Thanks for saying thanks for choosing Granite Transformations and paying $4,500 already to secure the work. Oh, wait.... That didnt happen. Tony turned into a financial advising, insurance adjusting, space saving Customer Service Rep. So now, I am no longer excited about our new kitchen we will receive whenever they have time to install because they have other customers 😤.***to follow up on my complaint Summer called on 04/10/17 and offered that I could have a contractor come out. I again explained that GT Jax was taking pictures and contacting the contractor and we were always under the understanding that both were getting done at the same time. To which, she said she knew the whole situation very well and that my sink damage was not in my contract and the owner had spoken with me already. I told her how unpleasant that was too and she said she was in the office and it was not. I then explained again how awful this customer service has been and all the steps that were taken that led us to believe that it was included. Now, she saying she has to talk to this person and that person because this is the first he heard of this. What?! I have been saying the same thing since the beginning! Why did she even need to call and follow up? Why is there a need if there was no problem? I can not believe that now I am accused of lying too. I wish I could return all this stuff to them! I would rather cut my food on a TV tray than use these counters at this point.
