Mike took good care of us. Announced my daughters birthday, gave her a little tiara and a balloon. I dont know how yall found that guy but dont let him go. His energy and overall happy personality is what you would think of working at a toy store but never see in real life. That guy makes me want to take my kids back there. Im not kidding. It really was that good of a shopping experience.

Sad that these stores arent doing well. Ive always loved Toys R Us since I was a kid. Now my children love it too. Great selection on everything awesome and great prices mostly. Just went there not to long ago and it was still as awesome as I remembered it. Kids didnt want to leave and neither did I. Forget online shopping. Its overrated. Save this store!

So Christmas time was not ideal for Toys R Us shopping. My son wanted 1 item from Santa and no one would answer at the store to confirm availability and then the line was super long. Called another store that was able to check here and Town Center to let me know the closest place that had it was Daytona.Store was clean and people on the floor were nice which is why Im giving them 3 stars. I just feel they could have had more than 2 people assigned to returns/customer service.

Best TRU experience I have had in decades! The manager Rickey took the time to interact with our kids and us was amazing. He helped us track down some formula we were looking for and even called other stores in the area to make sure he was able to find it. It was all done quickly and with a smile. Anytime I need anything this store sells Im going here first...the store was clean and organized, amazing staff and really made me feel like I had stepped into a toys r us time warp...these guys do it right!

Weve always loved shopping at this store ever since they opened. So sad to see them going out of business. Even during the close-out sale they are having they continue to be friendly, prompt and professional. Weve spent thousands at this particular store for Birthdays and Christmases. Always so much fun to shop and browse this place and wish they would stay open. We will miss this business a lot as it has played a part in many memories since our daughter was born and always loved this place most if all throughout her first 9 + years.

Bitter sweet that our children will not be able to experience the magic of a toy store after this summer. Thought I would say thank you though to the employees and managers who were all still cheerful and helpful today even though their positions are only temporary.

Good place for toys and to bring the child out in you. The staff its very friendly and you can look and take your time. The store needs updating but it is not too bad.

I shop here frequently and make quite a few purchases and returns here. I have never had an issue in any way. All of the employees work hard and still treat you well and give you their time. There are sales here quite often and usually are of greater magnitude than youll find at other places.

This store has been in this location for as long as I can remember. While I visited less and less as I grew older it does sadden me to see them go. Its like a chunk of a memory going away. I have never had issues with this store and while it was a little pricey it was always a good store with great staff. So long ToysRUs!!

I went there to pick up a bicycle for a friend of mine. The bike was not only put together very well, I was surprised at the Quality and then found out the price on the bike....WOW, LESS THAN $200 FOR A MOUNTAIN BIKE (a very sturdy mountain bike) the staff was friendly and helpful! A good experience.

This has always been the go to place for Christmas and birthday gifts for children. We typically found everything we were looking for. Prices were typically decent and we took advantage of sales. Unfortunately they are shutting down which makes it a sad moment for us. I still remember the jingle from when I was a kid.

I have been coming to Toys-R-Us since I was little, and I still love the wide selection of toys available for all ages as well as their excellent customer service. Thats why I will always be a loyal customer at Toys-R-Us.

Store is older. The selections seemed to be low in stock but it could have been between stock days. The staff was helpful and friendly. Parking is plentiful. This store is set back from the main road.

What amazing service. They had someone greeting people at the door and in every section. They were also looking to help people not just hanging around.

I was hoping for some great deals since they were going out of business. Turns out, even with their sales prices, they were still way over priced. That explains a lot. It was also very dirty, dusty and unorganized. Although everything was stacked properly and in rows, it still would be very difficult to really find anything unless you have time to walk through the whole store.

I figured the going out of business liquidation would have better sales.. most of the things are 5-10% off.. not that great...

The manager here went above & beyond to help my toddler & I buy a powered ride on within our budget & even insisted I at least apply 4 Credit there & sign up 4 rewards. Im a very impatient woman but she won!! Lol unfortunately, we want a 12v car & thats impossible with 135.00 left on our store credit but the experience was amazing & will absolutely cause us to visit again!

We ordered a trampoline for my kids for Christmas, my mom was given the wrong one. I went back to return it and they told mw i would only get half what we paid for back and they had none in stock. They ended up having 13 of them on the shelf and were just too lazy or too sneaky to honestly give me the product i asked for.

This is my go to toy store. The building seems a little outdated, but inside is all toys r us. They always seem to have what I need when the one in Southside runs out of stock mere hours after opening. The staff is always friendly and treats my 5 year old daughter as a customer, instead of someones kid--always answering her questions, asking how her day is, etc. Excellent service in my opinion.

Had the toys the Grandkids requested for special occasions. Now folding due to another buyout by a carried interest capital firm, leaving it with a mountain of affordable debt. Capitalism at its worst.

My kids and I were here for several hours last night. Weve been traveling so their sleep schedule is messed up, and I needed to entertain them for a few hours. The staff was extremely friendly despite my kids messing up displays, etc. I fixed what I saw but Im sure I missed some. When I first came in I asked about a specific toy series they were out of. Hours later the truck came in and two of the employees approached me with toys from the series that had just arrived. This made my day, and probably my kids christmas. I cant say enough good things about the employees here.

Good deals going on this weekend. Employee are busy, but still try offering help. Do double check the price of items bering rsng at the register. Had two items with incorrect (higher) pricing. But was handled after I pointed these out.

ToysRUs seems so much different than when I was a kid. I go here from time to time, but in general the company seems to lack customer service focus and has some what trashy feeling stores. certainly here at this location, but also others in jacksonville.

The management are a bunch of rude idiots. The whole store is run down. Go to game stop for your games and pretty much any where else for toys, because their prices and selection are not competitive at all. Dont waste your time or money shopping here.

What a mess of a store!! Now, I can imagine that its hard to keep a store tidy and well organized with such a vast selection of products and parents with bratty kids walking around messing stuff up, but this store is just unreasonably poorly laid out. Heck, from the moment you walk in you are taken through a maze of turns before you are vomited out into the Hunger Games of toy chaos. Every man for himself. Finding specific items in this store can be one of the most aggravating experiences you will ever have. Parenting is hard enough without being faced with a store like this.Perhaps ToysRUs purposely designed the place to force you to have to wander aimlessly, being constantly nagged by obnoxious children droning on and on about how they NEED this or that. Perhaps they wanted me to lose all of my hair prematurely. If so, congratulations this store managed to do it.

Not surprised folks have stopped shopping here, and will be less surprised when it closes. Horrible customer service. Called about an item. Clerk said 3 were in stock. I told him I live 20 minutes out, will you hold. He said policy is no. No prob. Now Im 5 minutes away, call to ask if item is still in stock. Clerk says yes, 1 left. I ask to hold, he says no. I get there and am told item is out of stock. Really? This is a Thursday afternoon and the parking lot is empty. Whatever. Either the clerk is a jerk or Toys R Us need to focus on customer service and hold an item for 25 minutes. Thanks for wasting my time. The store is also old and depressing.

Took my daughter for her first, and probably last time a month ago. It’s ashamed that they’re closing because I grew up going to this place. It was obvious that they were going out of business though, the prices were always high. The online competitors beat them.
