Great customer service! I called and the gentleman I spoke with was very helpful. I wasnt sure if I was going to go with them for the parts that were needed. I had a forty minute ride! After numerous additional phone calls I decided to go with them. I walked and was graciously greeted and they had the part I had been asking about waiting. I was in and out in a matter of minutes! I would highly recommend them!!!

This is apparently the only Company that will come take care of House Wells. Omg ! Again they have taken care of my houses needs for fresh water. Charlie is a truly knowledgeable and very professional technician, in fact everyone I spoke with at Florida Pump provided great customer service. I am thankful we found Florida Pump and I will continue to use them as well as reefer them to everyone. Incredible company and response time. Charles replaced our old aerator and replaced with the new, maintenance free aerator and water softener and two pumps. Florida Pump Service responded quickly to my urgent pump repair request. Charles was the technician and he is super! I thought I needed a new pump but he checked the pump, replaced a starter capacitor and added a pressure gauge for just a little more than the cost of a service call (He easily could have said I needed a new pump for about $800!)He was knowledgeable, fast and able to explain the working aspects of the pump so I better understood what to monitor in the future. Their regular service call cost is less than other pump repair companies. Florida Pump Service is a First Class company and I highly recommend them. In my experience, you will get fast and honest service at a very reasonable cost!

Gene from Florida Pump Services came out to check our pump which was not working properly since the night before. He not only fixed the problem but performed a second bi-annual inspection to make sure everything checked out ok. He discovered our aerator wasn’t filling properly and was clogged which was causing us to have dirty water. We are scheduling to have it cleaned and can’t thank Gene enough for his help. He was efficient, professional, and very thorough!

Adam and Gene came to our home a week ago to find a leak at our well. They both worked very hard to determine were the well was leaking and repaired it for us. Our well had been repaired before by others who evidently did a sloppy job. Thanks to both Gene and Adam our repair has been completed properly. I paid $125 on Jan 9, 2020 for Florida Pump to perform an inspection on the aerator and well pumps on the house I was about to purchase. The inspection document said the aerator was clean. Ever since closing, Ive had a strong sulphur (rotten egg) smell in my water ever since moving into the home. I hired a company after I bought the home to check out the sulphur smell. The aerator has brown sludge at the bottom of it and Im told that is the source of the sulphur smell in the water. If Florida Pump had done a proper inspection, I would have asked Seller to clean the aerator before closing. Now, Im having to pay to have the aerator flushed and cleaned. Im wondering if the inspector even opened up the aerator and looked inside? The brown sludge on bottom of aerator tank is very visible. Im not happy as I dont feel that Florida Pump performed a proper inspection.

They replaced the control box on our water pump, and a few months later the box stopped working and they came out and put a new one in free of charge that works great. Very professional A+

Woke up and didnt have water. Wife told me it has been out since the night before. She called Florida Pump Service and the earliest was the next day. We went ahead and scheduledelete it. We got a call a couple of hours that the service person finished a job early and would be here in 30-35 minutes. Got here a diagnosis was a bad pressure switch. They replaced it,the pressure guage, and added air to the water pressure tank. Will I call them again? Oh heck yes. This is a great company with a great staff. It was great dealing with them.

Very helpful. They tested my starter capacitor for me, which tested bad. Only cost me $23 for a new one and it fixed my pump motor.

Called service when they opened this morning and spoke to Tonya who was very understanding and friendly as usual. I have been a customer of Fl Pump for 30 years and have always found them to be prompt, fair and efficient. Pete provided my service today and he was, as usual, prompt and friendly and provided fast complete service.

Florida pump severcies were awesome!! I had my well pump quit working and they came out the next day within 45min of me calling. I guess I was lucky and got in a window of their job schedule. They fixed the issue replacing the relay and adjusting it. Filled the bladder tank with air made sure every thing was working properly.Would highly recomend!!

Super helpful with all my questions. Provided instruction at time of purchase and answered my call after I got home to help me trouble shoot an issue. They even gave me suggestions on where to purchase additional parts for my project that they did not carry.

After waiting for almost a year to have my leaking well repaired I was told to call another company. Florida pump didnt mind taking over $9000 to repair it and in doing so my well began leaking and flooding the yard. It had never leaked a drop before their repair. I was told it would be repaired but no one showed. After talking to them they stated I needed a new well and would cost around $15000 as it was struck by lightning. Well it is fixed and took less than a week and for a few hundred dollars by another company. Get a second opinion.

Mr. Charles Stine was an awesome service technician.... very polite and down to earth... Mr. Charles was greeted by my big white lab who cared more about playing and talking to Mr. Charles than to allowing Mr. Charles to begin work... Lol. Mr. Charles did not mind at all, as he too was a dog lover.Honestly, Mr. Charles was called to my home to figure out my pump problem, however, we spent more time laughing and talking about my husband, who had passed away last year, in relation to his father.... How very similar they were and how funny the things they did in life 🙂. Mr. Charles did indeed fix my problem with the pump. It was a great experience and job well done!! Thank you Florida Pump 🙂

We chose Florida pump because they had the most reasonable price quote for installing a well. They handled the permitting for us although it was a bit of a slow process (unsure if that is due to Fl pump or the permit approval process?). Communication was a bit underwhelming...I was told I would get a document emailed to me to sign, then a week later, I emailed them asking for the document. Another week goes by and I had to call them to get them to email it to me. Normally I wouldnt wait so long in between communications to move things along, so it probably could have been handled immediately by calling. The installation was quick and easy..the only comment I have is that it was summer and super hot outside, and one of the installers had his shirt off which seems unprofessional to me, but it was sweltering so...? Something happened to the pump, needed repair a couple of months after being installed. We called FL Pump and they came out immediately to repair it under warranty. This guy was amazing and professional...he explained everything to me and wrote it down also. We are back in business. So overall fairly easy company to work with...things were a bit lengthy and communication wasnt the greatest, but no huge complaints why I wouldnt use their service again, especially considering the cost was substantially lower than other companies.

I had an amazing experience! I just moved to a house on a well system and the pump broke! We had been without water since Saturday, landlord called these guys Tuesday and they showed up Wednesday exactly at the time they said theyd be there. Our well is deep in the woods at the back of the property and it was pouring rain but he managed to get the job done quickly and made sure everything was working before he left. Shout out to Pete Mangham! He did an amazing job and even informed me and answered all of my questions so I could be more knowledgeable about my system!

Available and on time every time I call, and they have never tried to sell me something that I didnt absolutely need. Theyve always been able to fix the issue.

Got lured by a discount coupon only to have guy my irrigation system apart and even though he realized the filter and pipe in the water was not the issue he failed to reassemble it before he left and simply added the cost to my price quote to do even though I already paid for the quote. Now unless I accepted a higher quote then my other two quotes, Im stuck with paying someone else to reassemble my pipe and filter under my dock, again that was not the issue. The nice young man assured me he would, but now its take the aprox 80. For estimate, plus 639 for 1.5 irrigation pump plus plus labor for reassemble my pipe n filter. I wish they would just put it all back the way they found it, Id be happy with that.

The tech that came out ran up a $470 bill and told me the well was the problem. I changed out ONE piece of pipe and a foot valve that he installed and re-primed it and have had NO problem since then. What a waste of time and money this was!

FANTASTIC service. I had my septic waste-pump get hit by lightening. Called Florida Pump and the nice lady helped me immediately and they had the pump in stock. When I walked in the door the pump was on the counter ready to go!Just before I left she asked if I needed a septic pump and I told her I thought it was about time so she scheduled me for the next day.They called an hour before arriving and the two gentleman that arrived were AWESOME. I want to thank Jake and Johnny for a first rate job and I will definitely recommend Florida Pump to all my friends.

I had a sump pump break down and an office in my building was flooding with groundwater. I called FIorida Pump Service and got same day service --in fact they came early. The work was done quickly and I thought the price for a new pump and same day service was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Florida Pump Service.

Called the night before and they were efficient the next morning. The two men were professional and did an excellent job, I would refer Florida Pump to anyone.

We used Florida Pump to repair a well that wouldnt hold a prime. Long story short after two service calls and $500+ later they said we needed a new well drilled. We were told that Tanya would get back to us with a quote in a couple of days, that was four weeks ago. I called earlier this week and I was told that they would investigate and get back to us. Still waiting...I cant recommend Florida Pump, they dont follow through and keep their commitments.

Long story short ! I live outside of the city on well water along with the dreaded rotten egg odor. I pay rent with a local water company to use their aerator to completely remove the smell. And when its working it works well. I started having issues with the rotten egg smell ( Sulfur ) and after two visits with no luck I was told to call a well company. Keep in mind I rent this machine and Im told that I need to look elsewhere because its not their machine. First off I call a local plumber and $125.00 later and he finds nothing wrong. I decided to contact Florida Pump Service. Three days later Mike Easterling, JR. arrives at my house looking good and ready for business. Mike examination every inch of my pump & well system and finds nothing wrong. He decides to look deeper into the water softener and my aerator. This gentleman is slick, within ten minutes or less he corrects the issue by clicking a few buttons and corrects the problem. I ask, how much do I owe and he said the first visit is free.When that day arrives and and I have a well or pump issue Florida Pump Service will be my first and only call.Thank you Mr. Easterling,John & Monika Ragsdale

I have reached out to them three times to have a broken well head fixed. each time they have openly told me that they deleted my information. I am in sales myself and would never treat a customer like this. So I will take my business elsewhere

I give them one star because they showed up on time. They had recommended pulling the DP to fix our water flow issue but during the pull they encountered a problem. The foot valve broke off and was apparently stuck down in the well. After some time I was told it was taken care of and the work would continue...next thing I know they had packed everything up and were knocking on my door with bill in hand saying the well could not be saved! It took a few days for them to even get us a quote to drill a new well. We paid $450 for them to come out and basically break our well...at least we had running water before they came out to fix it! Not great customer service and after doing some research not even great prices...

Had a little problem with CC, they tried to contact me but I was out of town. Once I called them, they got right on it. My part was right on time and just what I ordered,Perfect!

Had our well pump replaced last year. Had some minor issues after the fact; however, FL Pump came out and fixed it while under warranty with no additional labor or material cost.

A little pricey but they had everything I needed.

Their Fist pump lasted well over 20- yrs., bought another one today.

Came out the day I needed....was here before scheduled time.....Gene was very professional and friendly.....explained things that us non-pump people could understand.....so on a scale of 1 - 10 (10) being the highest Gene deserves an 11......thank you Florida Pump
