The staff and jeweler were very friendly!They replaced two watch batteries for me!The service and wait time was acceptable.I had them replaced in the mall several months back and they did last. So I tried this store. The nice jeweler said he would also check to make sure nothing was wrong. I appreciate the great service!

Awesome work. Great customer service. When I first went in i seen a great big selection. I was looking for a gold chain. But the big Cuban curve links that hardly no one ever has out on display. I instantly found the chain I’ve been looking for. I wanted it but still wasn’t sure. I came back 5 times that week just to hold it and get the feel for it. And every time HE (not even knowing if I was foreal or not..or just taking up his time) would still present the chain to me and let me put it on all 5 times. For about 5min each day. His patience and good character helped with my decision. I bought it!!! 24” gold Cuban curve link chain 194 grams. Now I’m back and had to get a pendant made for my chain. I drew it out and he sent it off. He then sent me a 3D pic. I added and adjusted some things and now it’s made it home to me. 116.8 gram later I have my pendant that I designed myself. Witch makes me even happier. I’ll post so you can see.

The owner made sure that he will get correct size and have it shipped to us in CT. I brought my Tag Formula 1 in for a clasp repair and full refinish. The watched was touched up from top to bottom. All the paint was perfect on the bezel and there wasn’t a single thing out of place.
