My wife and I have been using local fare for a little over a year now. We have always been very impressed by the quality of the items, and never have had a single complaint. The produce has always been fresh, and we always love going through our new bag and seeing how much better the items look than we are used to seeing at the grocery store.In addition to some great produce-they have wonderful customer service. On many occasions we have had their customer service team edit an order after the Sunday deadline. No problem. Once we had to change our delivery address AFTER the order was en-route. They obliged and had it redirected. To say Local Fare has excellent customer service would be an understatement. They have extraordinary service, run by what I must assume are some extraordinary people.I couldnt recommend local fare more highly than I do already. Please keep doing what youre doing!

The exceptional customer service is just the icing on the cake... you can customize your bag before every order comes, and you can set up text alerts regarding the status of your order.

I have enjoyed their service since the Covid crisis began and have never been disappointed. Every other Wednesday is like a little holiday when I open my bag and start to plan my meals. Applause! The customer service at Local Fare has always been amazing. Recently, I received the wrong order by accident, and Katie, the Member Care Representative took care of it. The staff is always so kind anytime I have ever encountered them, and the produce is delicious. I love local Fare because it helps me with meal prep, ensures that I eat fruits and vegetables every week because of the subscription, delivery is convenient, and I am able to support local farmers. I love the local farm to home produce of our Local Fare store which I began using when Covid made it so difficult to get out to shop. The quality and variety of the fresh food is only surpassed by the above and beyond care and service of the amazing people providing this service.
Fresh produce, fresh eggs, local sources goodies, a butcher box once a month...we started Local Far Jax when we were having problems finding eggs in the grocery stores and havent looked back. Everything has been delicious. The Cherry jam is SO good. I am gluten free otherwise Id be gushing about their breads as well. We were getting them weekly but my husband couldnt keep up with eating a loaf per week. it smelled delicious though. Darn you gluten!!! Anyway, we love our weekly delivery.
Local Fare has provided great service since I started 6 years ago and love receiving the freshest produce. They were able to provide the same personal service during the pandemic. Always on time!

Local Fare has been such a wonderful service for our home! We originally started using them when we were nervous about going into the grocery store amidst COVID-19. They always provided a wonderful variety of fruits and vegetables that were seasonal and fresh. I love that I can get creative learning how to cook with different things and then having our staples. They have a great selection of add-ons that also support local businesses. Not only is their product always outstanding, their customer service is also top notch. They are responsive, helpful, and virtuous. I have also loved being able to upgrade, downgrade, or pause my shipments at any time. I have and will continue to recommend Local Fare to anyone!
I am eating one of the sweet strawberries right now. Hmhmhm. Today I got those nice blueberries. My drink that helps my eyes has the blueberries from todays order in it. Also, in that drink are carrots, celery, Carmel, low fat milk, condensed milk, vanilla, water and two herbs. Hmhmhm good.

Direct from local farmers and picked with love and care. Local Fare JAX provides very fresh local (its organic-though there are so many laws that the farmers cant claim this) produce, fresh from the oven French Pastry bread that smells wonderful when you receive your bag and many local options like beef, eggs, honey, dressings, sauces, etc. Go on their website and comb it over. Tell them I sent you and know it is delivered either weekly, bi-weekly, every three weeks, etc. Check them out and you wont be disappointed. Locally owned by loving christian family.
My family and I love local fare JAX!! The veggie delivery makes it much easier to eat healthy. I recommend local fare to everyone I know. Considering we moved here about 3 years ago is not that many. But still!! I rave about local fare constantly. Shame they are not down south, as all my Miami friends and family wish there was something similar by them. If they had a meal delivery plan I would sign up in a heartbeat!

We received our first delivery with Local Fare Jax today and it exceeded expectations. The fruits and vegetables were all so fresh and packaged nicely. The delivery straight to our front door and the ordering online made the process seamless. The delivery driver was incredibly friendly. Im already looking forward to next weeks delivery. Local Fare Jax holds a special place in my heart. This store was a vision of the owners for quite some time, and Im so glad to see it come to fruition. They offer the best produce around sourced straight from local Jacksonville area farmers. Their specialty products are also spectacular, and you couldnt be in a more welcoming atmosphere.Youre greeted when you walk in the store, and you basically have a tour guide the entire time to answer any questions about their wide range of products.Every single food item in this store is hand picked and endorsed by Local Fare as excellent. Finally was able to swing by this store!! Its very clean and organized, with a decent selection and good prices!! They had produce, soaps, local cheeses and milk, as well as local meat!! The guy working was very polite and willing to help as well!! Definitely worth another trip!!
This place is, Wooooonderful! When youre doing business in the right way your advertising efforts arent arduous at all because youre consentrating on customer service. Local Fare JAX, (NAILED IT!). Ive only been a customer of theirs for a few months and once I started to see the consistent quality of the Fruits, Vegetables, Dairy, and Protein they deliver made me use their standard as the model for comparison of other vendors and merchants. I found out early in my search for suppliers that very few Food and Beverage Vendors in Jacksonville use quality of Goods and Service as a priority in their business model. It would be beneficial to anyone who can use Farm to Table products delivered by Local Fare JAX. The vegetables and fruits are soooo fresh it makes me think of the days when I was a chef at Timaquana Country Club. My favorite thing from them is the Dairy, although the eggs are smaller than what Im use to I understand why its so but the Milk and Cream takes me back to Dothan Alabama in the late 60s... OMG its so good!
